I love being treated like a person and not a wallet. Carmen is a sweet person, very helpful and knows her stuff. She was fair when giving me options for buying a phone. I didnt feel like she was taking me for all I had. Great service. 👍🏾

I just wanted to share my experience with metro by T-Mobile so far. I lived in Detroit Michigan when I signed up with them. I spoke with the store manager who said we could keep my old IPhone all I would have to pay is 275.00 to unlock it. I paid the money got to keep my old phone he gave me the numbers for the account and that was it. We was in and out in 10 minutes. Later that day I went to work and told my boss I got a new phone number. He told me Verizon my old carrier dont lock I Phones except for 60 days after purchase. I called and verified from corporate Verizon. I had the IPhone 12 for year. I went to the store to get my 275 that was stolen from me by metro. He was rude and didnt wanna give me my money back. I called corporate. They hung up on me twice I finally got a hold of them they told me not go back to that store. Corporate metro also told me they dont unlock phones. I was able to get my first bill off 88 dollars takin care of but thats not the 275 that the company stole from me. My phone screen broke and I cant even file my claim because nobody will give me the security pin I need to file it that I was never gave when I set it up. Im a Marine Corps vet that needs my phone because Im still waiting on the VA to finish my disability claims and because my disabilities I cant hold a job to switch from this horrible company. I do not recommend it to anyone. I will be switching from them as soon as I get my money from the VA. #MetroByTMobile

Does anyone know what is the right phone number to Metro PC thats located in North Church Street in Burlington NC. I called the phone number thats on the web page it rings but no one pick up the phone. I want to know how much a phone cost to do an upgrade.

Metro Website says 8. Sign on the door says 8. Automated system says the store closes at 8! Why then did my husband and I show up at 7:46 to to pay our bill and find locked doors!? 7:46 is NOT 8 oclock!!!! No where does it say stores may close early to expedite closing cash out.

Called all week multiple times, all three stores in Burlington. Have yet to have anyone answer a phone.

Ok so i went to pay my dad phone and the next day he said it didnt work it said it havent been payed but i had already pay for it and it not working it like they are stealing my money. Den i called the the customer service and they said they fix it but it still dont work so i want my money back!!!
