Always great help here. EVERY time. Thats a rare thing to find in every visit to stores. But, thats been my familys experience here.

Good set up, clean, great customer service. Found exactly what I was looking for.

Please dont goto this store they will never pick the phone up also they are outta games most of the time yes the workers are nice but i dont always need nice i need someone that can get what im asking for answer the phone an stay Professional this is why my score is what it is i have found alot better service a few exits down .

Helpful staff, prices little high compared to shopping online, good place to find unique items though that Walmart or other stores do not carry.

If I could give this Game Stop 0 stars I would. This was always my favorite location and the old staff was always so nice. Not anymore! I now drive to Winston Salem Hanes Mall location but even that is to far to drive. It is the closest one that is worth going to. The new lady manager who I assume runs the Burlington location talks over you and talks down to her staff. She was extremely rude to my son who was trying to ask a question. What is so ridiculous about this location is the extent the staff goes to not care. I used to call them and they would hold an item for me and now the new staff refuses. I asked them once to transfer a statue for my son from another game stop area and they refused saying it is a new company policy to not allow store transfers. I am at my wits end. Buying games should not be so hard. This is why people just buy digital nowadays. If Game Stop wants my business again they will have to get better staff. I do not want my son anywhere near that place.

Ordered my item in the morning when items were available, then when I go pick it up from the store that night they seem to have no more copies!!! Their excuse was that they did not update their system nor check their online orders!!! Very poor customer service and they offered nothing in return for their mistakes! Never will I EVER return to this store!!!!

We had an old Xbox 360 that we needed to know if it still worked. We no longer had the cords or controllers, so I took it to GameStop. Denver was busy when I walked in but he acknowledged me. He was kind enough to try a few different games to double check if the unit was broken. He was quick and friendly, not only to me but everyone who entered the store while I was there.

This place has.fantastic employees who are helpful both in saving you money and advice on what the game is about Id your buying one. A friendly atmosphere is always present here.

No need pre-owned overpriced, digital you can play on every console in house disks break and u need a disk each system. No use for these stores but to rip off customers.

Called the university drive GameStop in Burlington nc last night around 5:55pm on 9/16 to see when the ps5 was open for pre order and the man on phone told me today as 9/17 but unfortunately it was open when I called and missed the preorder

Associate was friendly but out of the 8 games i bought a half hour ago, half of them are so messed up they are unplayable. One disc was even in danger of breaking cause of all the cracks. What the hell is even going on with this company?

Like most Gamestops, this is a tiny store with a limited number of available games or discounts. I used to love Gamestop but started going to Best Buy instead as they discount new games and offer better refunds.

We always get excellent customer service at the Huffman Mill Rd store. The one at exit 140 across from Alamance Crossing is okay also.

Out of all the GameStop’s I have been to this is the most disappointing. I have been to most of the GameStop’s in my area and this one was the only one that didn’t have Nintendo games. But if you are a PlayStation fan this is the place for you
