TERRIBLE customer service. Needed a return label because corporate Verizon didnt send one with our new phone. I understand they didnt order the phone, we ordered it online, but they still could have taken our old phone and made the call to customer service to get the correct label themselves if they cared about our business. Corporate laziness at its finest. This Verizon is why were moving to a new carrier.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Knowing that this is Verizon, I dont like being aggressively sold to just because I dont use their cell service.
No restroom. I’m in a queue and they tell me to go outside to some other business. Whaaaaat?I’ve been prepay for 10 years or more. Decided to get a new phone, do the contract and pay the $25 or so a month for the phone + whatever for the line.Verizon reseller (they do the same thing) in Graham, NC has a restroom.
Verizon has always had my My back and everything I have done through them. Iperiod I bought 5 phones 2 tablet 3 tablets Some cases and a bunch of screensavers threw through them and several plans. Ive been with them for years and years and theyve never done me wrong youve never done me wrong. The only thing I would complain about with these are prices.. For someone on social security its hard to afford.. When I call and talk to them about that they always find some discounts for me. They are high enterprises but they are well worth it to me.
I recommend making an appointment, if you can make one with a specific employee, go for Cesar, hes awesome!One thing I noticed on my recent visit was that no one seemed hurried or impatient with the customers. They all treated the customer they were with like the only customer in the store. While that can feel frustrating while youre waiting, its very important when your selecting a phone.Highly recommend this location for all of your mobile needs. They have a wide selection of products to look at before you make your final decision. The staff is very helpful in making sure you pick the right phone for your needs.

The associate was very unprofessional. Looked completely disinterested in helping us, and was rude to my mother in law. Questioning whether or not to stay with Verizon after now multiple bad experiences with this location.
Waited well over an hour to simply pick up a package. We were told twice that theyre setting it up. Finally I was called up and was handed a sealed package, that had obviously not been set up. Absolutely ludicrous waiting that long, when any employee could simply gone and grabbed it.

After almost 2 hours on the phone this is my moms story: approximately a month a half ago my mom decided to do an online trade in for her iPhone XR to get an IPhone 11. We chose to do it online instead of going in to the store and expose her self to Covid since she is elderly. She proceeds to do all the steps of turning her “Find My iPhone” off, resetting the iPhone, and cutting the device off as well. She puts it in the envelope and sends it off, the steps are very clear and simple. I personally transferred all her information to the other phone and watched her do all the proper steps to return her phone after receiving the new phone. So after a week or two she started receiving a text about the “Find My IPhone” was not turned off and to follow the steps to turned it off from her new phone. We tried doing it but we couldn’t figured it out so we called Verizon wireless and they walked us through it. Next; she continued to received a text saying that her next bill will be $420.85 which we were very confused on the why so we called today to figured it out and first they couldn’t figured out why but than it went from not knowing to telling us that the screen was cracked and that the device wouldn’t cut on. Than it switched from the screen not cutting on and being cracked to that we returned an iPhone 6S instead of the XR. So we kindly asked for them to return that device because we know for a fact that none of those statements were true specially because if the screen was cracked and it wouldn’t cut on why would they know that “Find My IPhone” was on. I asked the associate how could that be possible and he couldn’t answer me at all. Than after we pushed the fact that none of these statements were true for almost 2 hours on the phone they magically found out that the packaging was for an IPhone 6 but that the IPhone XR was inside of it.......😒 We were wrongly accused of sending a defective, cracked wrong device with no apology! And than not to count how horribly we felt during those 2 hours of thinking we were going to have to paid fully for the new phone on top of been accused of something we truly didn’t do. Has this happened to anyone else with Verizon?
Beware of this store. They will automatically sell you insurance on a new line without discussing it with you. The last 3 trips Ive made to the store have ended up with me having to make a phone call to the customer service center, spend 25+ minutes on the phone trying to get the insurance removed from the line and avoid being charged.
James Grigsby and his coworker (didnt get his name but he was the only other male working during the last shift last night) did an amazing job fixing a complex issue that the Tier 2 Phone support guys at VZW were unable to resolve for me. They dug in, and even stayed an hour after closing to finish the resolution! James and his coworker were extremely patient, tenacious, and kind!! These guys know what they are doing, and were a class act!! Verizon, youre lucky to have these guys on your team!!
My husband has been with Verizon for many years and I have recently been thinking of switching to Verizon. Their signal is better where I currently live thanmy current provider, but after our experience trying to replace his current phone, I will NEVER go with Verizon.My husband suffers from PTSD and prefers to do as much as he can online. Therefore, he ordered everything online, but after seeing it would not come for a couple days, he opted for curbside pick up so he could get it the next day. Once he recieved the email the following day saying it was ready for pick up, he left work and drove 20 minutes to pick it up. Upon arriving he was told the store was closed the rest of the day because someone had covid. I understand things happen, but when I tried to contact a living human being, it was impossible. I finally called a different store location and talked to a very nice young man named Matt, off Mebane Oaks Rd in Mebane. He tried to help but I was still left with no phone and no person from customer service to talk to. I will get my new phone and phone service somewhere else. Thanks for ending my indecision, Verizon.

Always a disappointing experience. 1st time went into buy a new phone. Bought the phone outright and they changed my monthly cost without my knowledge.i got a crazy bill and had to make a lengthy call to get it resolved. 2nd time, my husband went into pay a bill for a hotspot and to ask a couple questions that he had tied to his tablet. The employee started questioning him like he had stole the tablet. This was a tablet he bought through Veruzon and hotspot hed been paying for two years. He eventually said hed just call to pay the bill. 3rd time, I went in again to look at a phone. The employees wouldnt come from behind to answer questions. Very limited information available about phone specs, cost or anything. Ended up just leaving and buying a Verizon phone at Best Buy.

All I want to do is activate a phone with a $30 prepaid card. The 800 nbr doesn’t have the $30 option, the website doesn’t have the $30 option. Out of 6 ppl I spoke with, only Courtni actually put in the effort to help me before we were disconnected. Jason, Patrick and Mirakle didn’t bother to ask probing questions to even see if they could help me before bouncing me elsewhere. Destiney just straight up did call avoidance. So I once again called cust care(where 3 of the ppl told me to go after already calling it multiple times), only to be told that I have the wrong dept. I had the wrong dept despite calling the nbr listed on the phone and choosing the prepaid options. 20 min hold to be told that bs! Verizon, train your ppl better. There is no reason I had to go through all of those reps to activate one phone and only ONE of them were willing/made an effort to help. After all of that, the phone still isn’t activated!! Unacceptable. Phone and card returned.

Had two appointments and they were closed both times. No calls or anything to let us know. Had to 30 miles away to get a phone. Poor customer service.
It depends on when you go to Verizon as to how helpful they are. Ive been there three times. Theyre only helpful during the week. Dont go on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Youll get the crew that only wants to make a sale. Not the crew who will help you with any problems you may be having. They wouldnt give a Sim card when needed. Even though we were told on the phone with Verizon Corp that all we had to do was walk in and ask for it. We went during the week and were given a Sim card. If I could, they would get no stars! Who has time to keep going back! Thats not the only problem weve had. There have been others. Too many to describe here.

Went in this store to exchange phone ordered online due to malfunctioning of the phone. Im a Verizon customer since 1995. I had recently added a new line for my daughter. The salesman was a little demeaning and wasn’t at all empathetic towards my situation. I wanted to just change out for a different phone even if it meant paying more. Guess what I would have to pay a $50.00 restocking fee. I asked him to please ask his manager to waive that fee since the phone was obviously a lemon and not our vault (remember the long term customer statement.) After about 10 minutes, they both finally came out and she said the same thing as the salesman. So nothing got resolved and I left very unhappy never to return to that store again sadly.End result after leaving I called Verizon and got another phone with no restocking fee and 2 day delivery!!!! Don’t go to this store it’s a waste of your time and money. Call the online Verizon customer service. They treat you fairly and with respect!!

This place was a prime example of a money hungry facility that does not seem to care about helping people out. My friend started off with a polite greeting and was put on the wait list. Instead of assisting her with a problem, the worker suggested a new phone, or to get a new phone with the warranty. He did not even touch the phone. After waiting around for quite a while, we left and had to contact the insurance number. We were on and off the phone for over an hour and a half with the insurance line and it seemed that we went into this Verizon location for absolutely no reason at all. I love Verizon and I have not had an experience like this before. I hope it never happens again.

I have been a customer for 8 years now and usually when something happens Verizon has never really took care of me but I came to them for an issue with my phone after it was the 3rd replacement due to the phone having issues and Paul one of managers took more than excellent care of me. I have never had a Verizon manager go above and beyond to help a customer and show they take care of their customers 5 stars for sure!!!

Great experience at this Verizon store! We had looked for an actual Verizon Store (not an authorized retailer) and found that this store had only two stars, but this was the only real Verizon store in the area. While talking to a technician, we discovered that the two stars were earned three years prior under different management. A new manager, Paul, was brought in and he basically got rid of all the old employees and replaced them with a brand new staff who understood the reason and necessity of good customer service. We would not hesitate recommending this store to anyone.

I hate this store. I go in and someone starts helping me and someone calls her name and she just left me. They dont care about the customer. Im not sure what they care about because I needed a new phone and was going to spend some money. Once they got rid of their sales people who ACTUALLY HELPED PEOPLE, the place just doesnt care.
We went to add a line and got the absolute BEST service from Candice. I would have rated a 5 stars. But today we walked in to get help with a simple problem and the MANAGER told us to go home and call customer service.

I usually try not to write a bad review because everyone deserves a second chance. But this Verizon store needs to send their employees to professional development training. I dont mind the long wait or the lack of knowledge by the employees( I usually do my own research) but, the amount of money I spend monthly with Verizon, I think good customer service is a reasonable request.

Went to get my phone fixed and the individual was not very helpful. He did not even look at my phone simply just said I should buy a new phone or ship a new one in with my warranty plan. He seemed careless. Very disappointed in this location compared to my location back home only about an hour away.

I may change my view later if I dont have to fight to fix their mistake. However I walked out pretty mad. Tonight my wife and I went in to Verizon to check on getting our daughters iPhones. My wife and I have separate unlimited data plans. My 2 daughters are on my plan(out of contract). After discussing this we decided to change my wifes plan to 18g, because she does not use a lot of data, and add the girls. Well when the associate went to do this the associate changed my unlimited data plan to the 18g by mistake. When I was told I was steaming mad but I held my tongue because people make mistakes. I use a lot of data and dont want to lose my unlimited data. The associate apologized and said I would get my unlimited data back and that the manager was on the phone with customer service now. The associate returned a few minutes later to say that customer service fixed it but it had to be sent to corporate to get the final fix. This could take anywhere from 7-10 days to get my unlimited data back. I hope I am wrong but I dont believe it. The associate said it should be quicker than 7-10 days since the manager spoke with customer service directly. I dont know about anyone else but trying to get Verizon customer service to straighten out your account is a NIGHTMARE. So for now I have a cap on my data. I am beyond mad. The manager tried to settle the situation by offering me a couple of things. I do appreciate what he did for me but the fact is I still dont have unlimited data right now. I dont understand how it took a 30 second click of a button to change my data plan to 18g but I have to wait 7-10 days to get unlimited back. This makes me want to go to the dumpster and chuck my phone and go to AT&T. I have been a Verizon customer for years. My Dad has been trying to get customer service to change something on his account for a year now. I hate the customer service when you call Verizon. I hope they get it right but this should have NEVER happen. To say the least I am beyond mad!!Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so was it fixed in a timely manner? Or do you have to take legal action.

Sub par customer service and dear Verizon...you need a better manager. The one you have needs an education on iPhones. He tried to tell me it wont work again. He was rude and nasty about it too. Well here I am making a review on the phone he said was basically a piece of garbage at this point. He tried to accuse me of lying several times. Oh no you got that charger from apple no Verizon sells apple chargers and no u dropped your phone or got it wet. He is rude and nasty. I hope you can find someone who likes helping people. Had an issue with my Pixel 2 I had recently purchased and it needed to be replaced. Dealt with several people @ Google on the phone and they eventually after of hours of dealing with their staff told me that what I actually needed to do was talk to Verizon. I talked to Verizon and was passed to a number of other people for hours more, who never seemed to want to help me.As soon as I walked into this Verizon store the staff and managers immediately took diligent steps to help me get my issue immediately resolved. This store alone has made me believe my switch from Sprint was definitely worth it.It is hard to come across people in this industry that actually make the customer believe someone cares about their experience and not just their money. Thank you staff!

I would not recommend coming to this store if you have other options. Every time I’m at this store I always leave with an error made to my account that causes me headaches at the next billing cycle. Worker lied straight to my face and told me I didn’t have insurance on my phone and I’d have to buy a new phone but when I called Verizon they said they had no idea why he would’ve told me that, even the Verizon lady I was on the phone with told me that seems kinda fishy he told me I didn’t have insurance. Needless to say they’ll lie to your face to make a sale. I will never be coming back to this store. ITS RUN BY A BUNCH OF CLOWNS 🤡

I spoke with the store manager about a problem I was having with my phone. His name is Alan(not sure if I spelled it correctly) and let me tell you he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I dont write many reviews but he definitely deserved 5 stars. Not only did he make sure I was satisfied he took time out of his busy schedule (Saturday) to call me back hours later and made sure everything was perfect. GREATLY APPRECIATE THE HELP AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
They messed up my phone big time by putting wrong account number, when I transfered from another company . I paid $75 for the first month and couldnt get any messages or phone calls from anyone . Went to the place and told them about it, they told me to call customer service which I did, but because they messed up my phone account they couldnt do to much to help me. I went back to the Burlington verizon place and they said they have had fixed everything which was a lie they even told me it was their fault .anyway I will have to change my phone number now with at&t they have better customer service.

Terrible store. My phone broke just 2 weeks outside of warranty. I went in to see if the store could help. They suggested I take it to a local shop to have it fixed. Wouldnt even look at the phone and help me troubleshoot. I went out to the parking lot and called Verizon. They happily overnighted me a new phone at no cost and I had it the next day.

The customer service is awful. I purchased a phone yesterday and I had to walk out the store without my phone being activated. I was told to download an app to transfer content, but not told how to activate my phone. I had take time during my work day to call customer support to activate the phone. It seems that Verizon stores are only selling phones now and not providing complete service to their customers. I purchased $899.99 phone and I expected it to at least be activated. This is terrible service for customers!
Like Verizon but hate the price I am paying. Bought a $600+ phone from them. Within a year phone would not hold a charge. They replaced with a recycled phone which pissed me off. Within a year that phone went bad. Now I am paying for a new phone and my bill runs around $120+ a month. Once this phone is paid for I am going back to a cheaper phone with another company where the phone last longer and does not cost so much.
My wife, my teenage daughter and I go in to get 3 New phones, we walk in and there is 4 people working. The guy with the check-in I pad thing he looks right at us and checks in the two people that walked in after us. So I ask him do you think you could check us in and he did but didnt say anything about doing the right thing or at least apologize. Its ok we left and we will go else where. Been with verizon for over 10 years. Thats what we get I guess.
This store is going from bad to worst, when the 1st open which was years ago they used to stay pack and still would manege to get ppl in and out in a timely manner and they used to all kinds of products in the store.Now these days you walk in for a charge and you might end up waiting for 30 minutes and just to find out that they dont have it and thats on a good day.Like I said the store is going from bad to worst.

Walked in and was greeted by some short little red-headed sales guy named Brian Allen who was instantly confrontational with me the moment he realized he wasnt going to make a sale off me. I was in there for 30 seconds and this guy was already walking away from me and yelling insults across the store as he went to fetch his manager like I asked him to. Do not buy from BRIAN ALLEN. Funny part is, I walked in with the intention of buying something, but never again. Worst experience Ive ever had in a verizon store or perhaps any sales environment.
Great service and immediate assistance when you are going to purchase a new phone, but HORRIBLE service after you purchase a phone. They treat you like your there to steel from them. If you have a problem with your account they pawn you off to the online / 1-800 customer service. Verizons 1800 customer service is awesome, too bad you wont get the same service from the store.

Starting with the positive of this place it did actually have some of the greatest phones Ive seen. They definitely had some reputable models in comparing the style and specs.Now with the issues; it does appear that staff is a little low in that area. From what I saw it appears that they have a roster from once one of the employees notice you they add you to it which that took 10 minutes to get noticed and we ended up having to walk to one of them.After nearly 30 minutes and getting the information given to the representative we were looking at the phones and comparing them. We are giving a moment by the representative however that moment I believe turned into a 10 to 15 minute break. Since everything was rushed and appointment based there was no mid-level on discussing getting a replacement phone and we will referred.Though the pricing was more or less the blunt issue of why business was not continued I have to say that the customer service was not adequate and appeared more to look like they just wanted to go home.(I honestly cant blame them since near the end of my visit one customer came in that looked irate and was already looking for help and not to wait)Overall if you want to see some really nice phones I would recommend that place but if youre trying to look more into pricing and also more into your account this would not be the place.

Ordered an upgrade to be picked up at this location for a family member. She was not treated well at all by a rep. and was not shown even how to turn on her new phone. As a longtime customer and stockholder it was a customer disservice experience.
