Had cricket for 20 years in New York absolutely loved it came down here seems as though most of the employees do not know what they are doing phones are the same but feel like youre flying by the seat of your pants if you need help

Cricket is a great cellular carrier. Ever since they teamed with AT&T I get service everywhere. Their bilingual ( English/Spanish) staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me with all my technical and hardware issues. You will not be disappointed by stopping by this Cricket location.

They are just amazing!! No matter if they can help or not!! The young guy and the Young chick! Not sure of the names. The manager has a very bad attitude though. I hate dealing with her. But overall they are very knowledgeable and very fast. Thanks for the help today, or and get a new manager.

The people werent very helpful at all there unless you meet John, im 58 not to techy but still try.John explains things where you can understand but the rest just want a check. Opinions are like fingers, we all have one or two.
