Good amount of selection and friendly staff. The store was clean too. Janexis was my cashier and she gave me an excellent checkout experience despite my huge purchase.

I havent been shopping in a while. But, went shopping for X-mas gifts for my grandchildren. Store wasnt crowded, everyone was polite & keeping distance. Plenty of open registers. Quick in & out. Pleasant surprise. Especially during a holiday season.

This brand new Burlington leans towards the smaller side but gives a bigger appearance due to being well lit. Its clean and well stocked. Offers a good selection of items for ladies, mens, and children. Home area is sufficient. I didnt notice any knife selection and the pet area is lacking. Only good if you have a dog. But for cat lovers the Marshalls across the road has you covered as does the Super Wal-Mart if you dont want to pay Pet Value prices. Parking is horrendous. I cant imagine what it will be like over any holiday.

Dress nice when you go to this store they may think youre there to steal. I was followed the whole time while in the store. while they were just straighten the shelves. When I got to the register the clerk checked my purchases to see if I switched the tags. I must be magical since they were watching me the whole time.Will not shop in this location again.

The womens shoe department was really neat, the pictures in the home department was an extreme mess and unorganized. Other than that the store was clean but could use more inventory.

She saw I was having difficulties with the cart and my items and she came over asked if I needed help. She helped me carry my giant painting to my car. Thanks again for your help.

I usually go the Burlington store near my house which is in Burlington. The first few times I went they were OK but, the last two times I went I had the most horrible experience ever. Firstly, they ring me up twice for everything I bought and charge me $100 for only 10 times. Second time I went I was using a $20 gift card with $20 balance on the card and she tells me there is only $3 on the gift card. The cashier TONYA was so rude and had no habits of how to behave with the customers. After that I come home and call customer service. They tell me I have $17 on my gift card. NEVER GO TO THE BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY STORE IN BURLINGTON.
