Worst customer service ever. Blatant disregard of old customers. Sends out false advertising & Anna Jette, the manager is happy as can be to blow off a whole roasting club over a silly $15. If we treated our customers this way, we would have been out of business years ago. Probably only care about mega corporate accounts and not regular people.
Loved it! But whoever lifts those heavy boxes deserves a raise because they sure are heavy, poor guy!
For the last two years, this was a five star glowing review. I ordered on the Cyber-monday sale, and got charged full price. I was a regular customer, picked up on location when I lived in Mt. Vernon. I considered them friends and neighbors. In microscopic text, the add said till 11:59 EST, which is about as relevant as Beijing time. I ordered a few minutes after 10pm our time. I talked to Anna, and she made it clear to me that they dont care about me or the many customers I given them through my roasting classes AT ALL! Guess they got to big and now NY is their customer base. My friends and I will not be buying from them again, and I will not recommend them anymore.
Sonofresco has staff that are very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with from buying a roaster to buying green coffee beans.
