Very reliable, great customer service. Any time my place of employment needs help or has questions, J&S is on top of it! They are great at following up and making sure that you have all of your issues resolved. Technology can be a huge pain so it is very nice to have a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them!!!
I am the secretary at the First Baptist Church in Keokuk. We bought a copier from J&S with a service agreement back in February, as our old machine was just limping along. So far there have been no major issues. I worked with Joni and Shaun, they are wonderful! To date anytime I have an issue I can call and my issue disappears. They are friendly and courteous every time I talk to them. I love this new machine. It has made my job so much easier. It used to take me an hour to print our weekly bulletin, I timed it today and it took literally 5 minutes. So to date as far as I am concerned the copier, and their customer service are outstanding! I highly recommend J & S to anyone and everyone!
This place is terrible. They sold me a copier and then when it needed service they simply told me that I was no longer in the service area. They sold me a lemon copier that is not even paid for with no service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!! You will regret it!!! I wish I could leave less than a star cause they dont deserve it.
I heard a radio advertisement for a copier tech opening with J & S, since Im an electronic technologies student at SCC I thought it may be a mutually beneficial summer position, I would acquire some experience and they would get cheap, no benefits labor. When I called, the first person to answer the phone was very pleasant, but the second person who I was transferred to, unfortunately was not. He informed me that they were not looking for summer help, which I understand, but he did so in a curt, almost disrespectful way, as though I was unworthy of a thirty second phone call. I can accept not being right for a position, but a little respect, civility, and decency would have gone a long way in my brief interaction with J & S.I did not want to score the quality, appeal, or service categories, just write my experience, but Google+ required it.
