I came in with what I thought was a virus issue. The first thing JD did was upgrade my malware virus program from 1.0 something to 4.0 something. Then he did a search through my computer and found no existing viruses. After that there was a suggestion for a different browser that contained an ad blocker which he installed and showed me how to use its unique features. I have always found the employees at CityMac to solve any issue that I had brought to them In a quick and efficient manner. These people are terrific.
I stopped in to do a warranty replacement on my iPhone charger when it was shorting out. The rep tested the cord and because it was not showing any problems in the store I ended up buying a cord. I called Apple support today and was able to do the warranty exchange over the phone at no cost except a $38 hold until I return the damaged cord. The rep should have known this and explained it to me at the store. I should have just called apple first.
Sean was super great ! He helped my daughter and I out with upgrading and swapping our phones. So helpful. He had lots knowledge of what he was doing and had great customer service. I’ve been a long time Verizon customer and had never visited this store, definitely will go back for any future needs.
Nice guy waited on me. Im not very computer savvy. Often techs lose me because they talk too fast or use too much lingo. This person was easy to understand and helpful.
I always get answers to my questions from the courteous staff. I even got an unlimited Data plan suggested that I qualified and signed up for on a previous visit.They are very helpful.
Went in to have my IPhone 6s battery replaced under warranty and the service was great. Went in and started the process in less then 10 mins and my phone was ready in less than 3 hours. The guy that took my phone back listened to everything I had to say and was very polite. Would definitely recommend.
I had a young man who helped me repair my computer. He was knowledgeable about the problem and because of his knowledge he was able to correct the problem quickly. He used a vocabulary that I understood to explain the problem. He was pleasant to talk with about the computer and I appreciate the conversation. He is an asset to have working in your store. Sean was patient and thorough in evaluating my phone’s diagnostics. It was near closing time, and he went out of his way to be sure all issues were addressed and available repair scenarios discussed. Although the one phone was deemed unrepairable, he offered replacement options. Furthermore, Sean suggested an evaluation of my second phone to be sure I was getting the best possible functionality out of my device. He did all this free of charge whilst juggling multiple other customers with ease. Overall, excellent service and advice was given. I suggest stopping here before you panic over iPhone problems.

Walked in off street, met by SEAN even though this store is an apple product location he took a quick look at my android phone ( not even verizon ) and checked out my issue. Surmised may be a phone issue and to contact my carrier. I was pleased at the service and time taken by rep.
I got answers to all of my questions, personal hands on assistance setting up my new phone, & several VERY HELPFUL & money saving SUGGESTIONS about options I did not even know existed, as well as information about potential risks. My iPhone touch screen was not working and after trying several restarts at home, I took it in to City Mac Burlington. Sean and Justin helped diagnose and fix the problem and in two hours I had my phone back and working again! All this the day before the official stay-at-home order from the governor. My phone was locked on a loading screen for about 2 hours and wouldn’t stop. I stepped in and it took the guy about 5 minutes to diagnose. Lol. He spoke to me in terms that were easy to understand and treated me with respect. Very nice place for those in need.
I had a defective iPhone 7 and didn’t know what to do. I came into this store and worked with Jose and Kaleb, and they notified me that the particular model iPhone I had was a recall model. They sent it out to Apple and I got a new phone back within 2 days! They were so courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend this store for all your Apple needs.

This was the most amazing service I have ever received. They were so nice, helpful and compassionate. My Mac has water spilt on it and they shipped it out to the Apple warehouse and they said a 5-7 day turnaround. I brought it in Thursday afternoon and I got a call Monday afternoon that it was completed!! It is like brand new!
JD Was awesome! I had a terrible experience with Asuron over my broken iPhone, and eventually got a new one. I was concerned about setting up the new phone, when it came, as my old one had a huge amount of data on it, and I had no stable WiFi where I lived. From past experience, this was going to be a nightmare. Without a second thought, I went straight to City MAC to have the data transferred! Best decision ever! He backed up my old data, charged the new phone, found it was actually not a “repaired” phone, but NEW, upgraded it, because mine was the most recent OS, transferred all the files, and wiped the old phone, so it would not have any data on it, when I sent it in! Fantastic! This new phone has all my files, and I don’t have to worry!!! Thank you!!! This would not have been possible without you! I cannot thank the entire staff at City Mac: Burlington, WA enough! They truly understood my plight with needing my computer to write up an offer on a property and clients were arriving from out of town within 24 hours! They called ahead for verification of my keyboard malfunction and under warranty for necessary parts to arrive in their daily 1:00 mail. As soon as it was delivered, they had it changed and tested before the close of their business day. Turn around less than 24 hours! Wonderful to have them located away from our busy larger cities made this an even smoother repair. Thank you gentlemen, you were awesome!!!

My iphone got stuck while updating the software. Took it to CityMac first thing this morning and it was back up and running in less than five minutes. I was so impressed and will definitely go back there, especially now that I know they handle upgrades for Verizon Wireless. I highly recommend CityMac.

I had several requirements when buying an iPad and, like a hot knife through butter, the guy who was helping me answered all my questions, solved all my problems and took care of every detail in such a short time it was truly a pleasure doing business there. There was no “we can’t do that” or “you can’t do that”, just great customer service with no glitches.

I had some trouble with my WiFi connection. The customer service rep (JD) was super knowledgeable and helpful. Chad’s service department got the parts ordered under warranty and my laptop (MacBook Air) back to me as quick as they could. Only slowdown was due to expected holiday shipping challenges. They were also very communicative with me about the status.
Kaleb couldn’t of done his job better. From the moment I walked in to when I left- He went above and beyond to give exceptional customer service. He was so friendly, welcoming. It was just as I expected the results were the same, not much different then If I didnt go, but I found a few things that was true. Customer service was good and all my questions were answered, tech were quite nonarable and answered all my questions.

My old IMac hard drive crashed and DIED and I thought all my info was lost, which would have been a disaster because it was work stuff. Brought it into CityMac Burlington hoping something could be saved. They were so helpful. They sent it up to their techs in B-ham and they were able to retrieve everything and put it on an external hard drive for me. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! Every time I’ve shopped at this store or needed help it’s been an awesome experience. So happy they are up here in the North Sound area. Thanks again guys!

The best! Apple tried to rip me off almost $300 claiming hardware issues with my iPhone. I had shattered screen. I asked Apple to give me back my phone as I knew it had zero hardware issuesBrought it to CityMac. They found NO hardware issues and only charged me the screen repair.These guys are amazing. Associated Jacob and Sean, convinced me to switch from my Verizon rep in Bellingham, to work with them. They understood my I-phone, diagnosed battery issues ( selected black out options), found an easy way to download my photos to my non-mac computer, and also was able to navigate my non-tradition e-mail account. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and engaged. They were just as pleased as I was, that my issues were resolved. It makes sense to use CityMac for professional, qualified individuals. City Mac, Burlington WA, has always gone they extra mile. The keyboard on my 2016 Macbook was sticking, and they replaced this under warranty (in 2020!) My iphone 7+ is not receiving calls from time to time, and they have spent a lot of time trying to figure this out. I have always been treated VERY well there.
I bought my new iPad Mini from Sean at City Mac. He was efficient and extremely courteous. He very patiently helped me through the process of transferring data from my old iPad to the new one. ( extremely important for a senior citizen). While I was there, I noticed each customer was given undivided attention for their needs. It might be a bit of a wait, but it is well worth your time. I would highly recommend City Mac for all of your Apple needs and/or problems.

Kim is amazing! After 2 hours on the phone with Apple, Apple Supports senior tech advisor said I should go to a CityMac or Apple would just reload the operating system- losing all my data. In 5 min at CityMac, Kim fixed the issue and showed me how she did it. As a Systems Engineer, I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but Kim definitely knew more than me and really helped. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I would highly recommend CityMac!
Replacement battery dropped to 74% Max Capacity after 6 months on Iphone 6s. Sent an e-mail requesting warranty support and did not receive a response. Called 2 weeks later and was told that it is not covered under warranty. They suggested I bring it in to the Burlington store (1 hour away) for another battery replacement. The Kirkland location where the battery was installed is now closed. Im disappointed that an authorized Apple dealer does not stand behind the Apple brand.
As always they team at Citymac did and incredible job....in and out in 30 minutes...Back up and running again thank you very much

Took 4 days for them to call about my laptop that i dropped off. They claim that they dont have the parts to fix my laptop? All that is needed is a sata cable replacement in my opinion. Time to look somewhere else i guess
