We love the designs inside Boston Interiors; we just wish the prices were a little more affordable.

It was an excellent experience! None of the sales staff pressured us at all, but they were all super helpful! Lulu helped us and was great! If she didn’t have an answer she got it right away! Also the delivery team was very efficient! Came in and set the couch up in a matter of minutes.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Nancie Griswold. She was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We will be back to purchase more furniture and decorative items and will work with Nancie once again. Highly recommend Nancie!

I placed an online order for a media stand and it was shipped from this store. They provided prompt order follow up and delivery. The delivery guys were super friendly and set up my tv on the stand. Love my purchase and great service!

I enjoy walking thru the showroom. It is always decorated so nicely.I just purchased some tea towels. But my sister in the other hand. It was her first visit and she ended up purchasing a beautiful Talbot sofa with reclining seats in it.Very nice experience with a well informed salesperson.

We worked with Stephanie Kane when my husband and I came in to buy a couch. AMAZING store, seriously wowed by all the offerings and the prices, and honestly feel like Stephanie and I would be great friends after our fantastic interaction. She was kind, funny, had all the know-how, explained the whole process of insuring and delivering and whatnot. Overall we just had such a positive experience after being on the hunt for the perfect sectional for MONTHS. BIG, BIG win.

Our salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable. She went the extra mile to help us make informed decisions and spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions. We had looked at other furniture stores but Boston Interiors had more selection with good pricing.

Helpful and friendly sales person, who walked the entire store and windows with me looking for wall art I needed to cover an electrical panel — dimensions were critical. Finally chose a pretty print and she got me a discount by texting the manager, because of a tear in the foam board back. Great service - will go back!

Went in shortly before closing just to take a quick look at couch options. Staff made it obvious we were not welcomed and they just wanted to close. Wont be back

I bought a sofa few years ago online. I went into the store, checked it out and then purchased it myself because no one helped me when I was in the store. I visited the store 4 times and no one ever offered to help. Last night, my husband and I went in to buy a sofa bed. I told him I love the quality, but no one ever helps you in here. He was fine with that. I was proved wrong. We had an amazing sales person come up and help us right away. Kate Cormier was so helpful, pleasant and fast. We got what we wanted and went on our way. The products are great it is good to see that the service is now as well!

Great experience at the Burlington store - very friendly and helpful staff showed us carpets and sofas and left us to roam without pressure. Wide selection in a spacious showroom. Completing the paperwork for our purchases took much longer than anticipated, but all was done with good humor and very professionally.

Terrible value. We spent nearly $3,000 for a dining table and four chairs. Within several months the paint was chipping in multiple locations. When we called for service we were advised there was really nothing that could be done and blamed us for the paint chipping. Not a quality product and poor customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Anyska was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She really helped us narrow down our choices for a sofa, and spent a lot of extra time with us looking at fabrics. She even helped me think of ideas for paint and other decor. We really appreciated her advice and enjoyed talking with her.

I do love Boston Interiors for their furniture..what I dont love is their showrooms with absolutely no stock and a beautifully designed room that displays everything but too bad if you want any of it, you have to deal with uppity sales people that cant tell you if the pieces are in stock, let alone when you will actually receive the item. I have ordered several items from them and always get the run around with delivery dates and costs for delivery which is quite expensive. This Burlington showroom sits on 3rd Ave and is basically one large room of pieces. Their prices are high if not higher than Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn, except their quality is not as good. Look elsewhere before you buy here. I did research and found the same lamp they were selling on Amazon for half the price.

I’d imagined lots of chic living room furniture. Saw a lot of sectionals with large popping going around it. Doesn’t feel very modern. My search for a sectional goes on.

So professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I went in and were not hounded as we looked around. When we were asked if we needed help we were able to meet with a designer Stephanie who although 9 months pregnant waked all around with us ! She knew what we wer me looking for and did other research for us. When I went back to look at fabric Susan was there to help and just really gave me the time I needed to make my choice then was very honest when comparing the ones I chose. Her follow thru was fantastic and we ordered our furniture.! The personal touch is not found other places. I love the quality of Boston interiors furniture and will go there again. Beautiful store !

Boston Interiors has a large selection of furniture. I was looking for modern furniture. The store in Burlington did not feature any mid-century modern furniture.

Great atmosphere and great selection.

My husband and I went to the Boston Interior located in Burlington in search for a sectional. We were approached by Sharyn with no push or sales overload. She simple introduced herself and let us know if we need anything to just asked then left us to our searching. When we finally decided on the sectional we wanted Sharyn gave us the specs and told us to go home and measure to ensure we had the space and we could call in with the order. No pressure, great service, unbelievable quality! It was a no brainer to purchase from here.

We contacted Boston Interior in Burlington concerning the table that is defective and the saleswoman was extremely unprofessional with her sarcastic response to our concern. Since we were dissatisfied with her response we decided to contact Jeremy Siegel. Mr. Siegels lack of cooperation coupled with his belittling attitude and his sarcastic demeanor reflects the path for the future of this company.

Salesclerk was knowledgeable without being overbearing. She gave us time alone to look through fabric samples.

The associates were available to answer any questions we had or provide additional details about pieces of interest. However, we did not feel the pressure like we did from salespeople at other furniture stores.

Not even one star! I purchased a sofa and a middle table with a circle side table form Boston Interiors 3rd Ave, Burlington, MA. Shortly after (2 mounts) the sofa delivered to our house the sitting pillows started loosing the shape and ttly deformed (we dont have a kid or a pet and barely use it during this time), and the pillow cases also start to piling. We didnt get any help both from Boston interiors and its very rude and useless costumer service. Very bad quality furniture, over price and horrible costumer service... for them everything is until they sell their product...
