Great selection of furniture! I bought a couch and loveseat, and got a great deal!! The best part about this place (other than the great furniture) was that I wasnt hounded and harassed by the salespeople like I was at the other furniture place (in Burlington). I will be back soon to buy more!!!

The location I went to in Oak Harbor Washington is COMPLETELY incompetent. I ordered a low profile box spring on 12/24/2019, paid in full. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BOX SPRING!!! I have called about every 6 months since I ordered. Each time I call I am told that they do not have record of my purchase and will reorder. Yet I have the original receipt provided as well as my card receipt. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN! Do yourself a favor and go to another company.

The people who work here are super friendly and helpful, not pushy and dont linger too long . I found exactly what i wanted at an amazing price . They had 1 in stock and ordered the 2nd . Said maybe 2 weeks ...got it in 5 days . You guys rock ! I will be back and im bringing friends .

Bought a chest took it home when I opened the box the two top drawers werent working well. They werent latched to the side rail. I called them that same day and they said to bring it back that they were going to give me another one. When I got there they just wraped up the one they had on display. I purchased new not the ones they have on display.

One of the few open stores remaining at the Cascade Mall, which is all but dead (and quite creepy but kind of great if you love dead malls).

This place has very nice things and very affordable prices. When all other stores failed me in my search for pieces for my new business, they came through for me without any hesitation. All of the staff were friendly. Darla and Jeff saved the day and for that I’m forever grateful. I’ll be back for more for both the business and the home.

Good place but needs more stock... great on hand staff

So over a 2 day period I visited over 10 furniture stores from Everett to Mt Vernon and this was my last store I stopped at. The people that work here are genuinely some of the nicest people!!! I found a couch and dining set that I liked but had to wait till my wife got off work. We made it in 30 minutes before closing and they helped me rearrange the sectional in there showroom. By the way I was even given the option to not purchase one piece of the sectional saving me $250. This now my go too store in the future! Best prices in Snohomish/Skagit county.

My first shopping experience here was very pleasant. We purchased an accent piece and a coffee table. A month or so ago we decided to purchase a queen bed frame and dresser, it took about two weeks for these two items to be delivered to our house. The dresser was fully assembled and in tact, however the bed frame box was opened and missing all the hardware. We called the store to notify them of our missing hardware and they had to order it from the manufacturer. 10 days later I still haven’t heard anything so we give them a call, they said if the hardware wasn’t there by Monday they would take apart a bed from the floor and give us that hardware. Monday came and we received the hardware in a tapped up baggy. While assembling the bed frame we then realized we had a board missing as well. We decided to make do with what we had and not to purchase any more furniture from this store.

Danielle was great. No pressure and a ton of info. They treat you like a person not a check. And by the time is was done it was the best price in town. Thank you and be safe.

Really great variety of stock from entry level to high end, non-pushy sales people, reasonably prices, knowledgeable. Very satisfied. Didnt realize how much furniture they had until inside.

Amazing service! Carmel and Danielle were extremely helpful in answering all my questions, and took the time to go look up everything they were unsure of. There was never any pressure, and they went out of their way to send me pictures since I was not able to come into the store.

Good furniture at fair pricing

When I walked into this place, I was taken back by the amount of furniture they had everywhere. I was excited to start shopping for our bedroom set. We have gone from store to store all throughout Bellingham and Ferndale, Online, different websites. We finally found what we were wanting at Furniture World. First we only purchased the headboard and a chest on 9/6, the next day I decided that I wanted the entire set. My husband called the store and spoke with Shawn, and he was told that if we paid for it by 9/10 that everything would arrive all together. I called on 9/9 and paid the for the remaining set. When we went to pickup the headboard and the chest. We were told that the rest ended up not arriving. Shawn acted like he had no idea and never told us that they would arrive at the same time, and advised that the rest of the set would arrive on 10/5.10/5 - No call. No update.10/6 - No call. No update.-I called the store to see if my items were in. The phone was answered with a Hello? instead of addressing the company I was calling. Still waiting to hear if our stuff arrived. Still waiting to hear back......Update: Supposedly, theyll arrive on Monday 10/12.Stay Tuned.

Furniture world was the first store my husband and I went to browse for our new sectional. The staff was very friendly and not pushy. I absolutely fell in love with one sectional in particular, but my husband wanted to make sure we looked at a few different places to make sure we found the best deal. We looked around all our local furniture stores, and online and still ended up back at furniture world to get our couch. Not only did furniture world have the best selection and best customer service but they had the lowest prices as well. And trust me we looked everywhere before pulling the trigger! They also were able to deliver the couch sooner than any other store could. I am so in love with our gorgeous new sectional and I will definitely be going to furniture world to get the rest of my furniture from Lynda who took amazing care of us.

I bought a sofa table from the floor of the furniture store. It was a great price and the sales people were very helpful. The store looks sketchy from the outside but its great to shop in once you get inside.
