Customer service was disgraceful! I walked into the showroom to find a shower fixture and the lady told me she was listening to voicemail. So I waited awhile, then tried to check in again and see if someone else might be available. She sent me over the the will call area next door. The guys in there had no interest in helping me. I tried to explain what I needed, I had the fittings that the fixtures attach to and he had no interest in seeing them, cut me off and said we dont have that. I am a patient person who never writes reviews, but the service at Keller is dreadful.
