Today I was unclear that my card on Apple Pay wouldn’t work. My man who shall go nameless not only put his job on hold to go get his form of payment from his car, But also inserted his employee discount, unsure if I had enough to pay for the groceries. If you’re looking for some good hearted patient people to guide u through a sometimes stressful shopping process, teeter is your place.

Harris Teeter has always been the preferred choice to shop. The diversity of food choices is plentiful. The seafood, meats, fruits and veggies are always fresh and well stocked. Harris Teeter is my favorite Grocery Store.😊

Im so glad we moved close to this Harris Teeter. The produce always has lots of variety (the prices arent the best but the quality makes up for it), the bakery and deli are always stocked with a huge variety of things (and the individual desserts are soooo good), I love the bar in the beer section now, and the staff is always so friendly in every department. Even when our toddler is very vocally insisting on being entirely independent and pushing the cart through the store, they are always so patient with him and us. Its always a pleasant experience at this store and I hope it continues to be.

Business as usual here. Clean, well stocked and kind, courteous employees. I have never been in a Harris-Teeter that did not look like it was a well managed store.

Love Harris Teeter. They are customer friendly and always treat you well. Express lane is our favorite way to shop.

Love the Teet but I have been unable to figure out where things are since the remodel. The logic is off. Quality products though and decent prices.

Didnt know that HT closes the salad bar at 2pm. WOW. Some times people have late lunches.... Will have to find somewhere else to get my salads from now on. Not a great day

My husband and I get our medicines from here. We love the fact that they take the time to know what we take and if there is any chance of a reaction to mixing our medicines. They always answer any questions we might have.

Nice store but management needs to work with the staff on how to help people. If they are not assigned to be helpers they are not helping unless asked, now once asked they are fine, but when we were there some had an obvious emergency and 2 employees walked by. A little too task oriented. Also the store is to busy for cutesy mid aisle displays.its like a war zone in there, the need more people helping get folks out and less building displays.

The staff was excellent but the champagne grapes in the produce Dept had molded and the cut melon was old. Just points to improve on!

Update 7/15/21 they offer full meals which are amazing and very affordable. Thursday is prime rib with potatoes & veggies. With au jus & a horseradish sauce. We couldnt finish so the pups had a nice topping for dinner. Truly wonderful.

We were in here yesterday 6/6/21. Very nice store, clean and well taken care of. Nice and open space since the remodel you dont feel cramped like other stores. Used the self checkout and the girl working the area was very friendly with us. No complaints here!

Just got my card and the food and store is all around better than food lion, and a better choice of everything.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with the pharmacy at this location. Ill be moving my prescriptions immediately.

Really nice selections for food, beer and wine. Jordan at the pizza counter is really great.

Great selection of fruits and veg. The avocados were perfectly ripe! Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Love the store and the new expansion you added. The customer service in the pizza area needs help, you wait on the customer that is in front of you, what you dont do is continue to act like Im not standing there

Phillip in the seafood department is about the BEST customer service representative Ive ever known, and Im 69 years old, so Ive been around the block. All the employees are excellent, but he really goes the extra mile.

Fabulous produce and meats. The ground Angus sirloin hamburger is the best you can buy! The bakery cakes are fantastic. The best coconut cake of any of the grocery chains. Their brand glazed doughnuts puts Krispy Kreme to shame.

Store is always stocked with what we need and during the day I never have to worry about going around employees stocking to get my products like in other stores.

Very nice store with a very friendly staff & quality products. I visited the other day and was rung up by a very personable young man who seemed sincere and happy to be at work. It was a great experience. Things were kinda crazy with the big remodel but it was worth it because the store looks great. Burlington deserves this nice store and I am happy to spend my money here. Always clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful. Busy senior Thursday morning, But worth amazing savings you can get. I saved $55 and only paid $80.

This place is just too busy all the time thats the only complaint but the the Starbucks inside is awesome

Renovation and expansion of the Dixie Village location is coming along nicely. The store is ALWAYS clean and well organized. From the stock people to management the staff is super friendly, extremely helpful and very very efficient. The pharmacy is also first rate. Pharmacists and technicians go above and beyond to ensure customers get what they need when they need it. Trust and believe you wont find better service anywhere! I extend my heartfelt thanks to Harris Teeter for the exemplary service they have provided the Burlington community during the pandemic. Yall keep up the good work!!!

Always have the freshest meat great selection of product did you cant find anywhere else a little expensive but if your looking for something in particular this is definitely the place to go

Yesterday was my first time shopping Harris Teeters but it was all right. I just have to continue going there to learn the layout of the store. Everyone there was very helpful that included the customers. I really appreciated everybodys help. I will continue to shop there.

The store is updated and nice but theyre chronically out of stock of lots of items which is really frustrating.

Theyre great! We need one of these stores in California. Maybe not wed eat em alive, theyre just too nice here.They did however have a Starbucks which I absolutely have to have every morning as a long-haul truck driver AKA essential worker. And nobody from the store tackled me to try and wrestle a mask on me or anything like that like some of the other stores that I dont frequent anymore.These days its the intelligent person with abilities that can spot a good place to spend your money. Harris Teeter is one of them. I give him five stars for not harassing the customer. Way to go!

By far the best grocery store in the area! I do all my shopping at HT. Love the quality of food and customer service is top notch.

Tonight I went to my HT to get my Friday night subs.... the associate was less than helpful..... i dont want to use her name.... but when I went to the front Melisa the manager was awesome! She checked on the situation and made it right! As these other stores come in to town I will stay loyal to my HT because of people like Melisa.

Little busy today but a great selection of fruits and meats. More variety than other stores in the area. Would be 5 stars but items are a little pricey when you compare to others.

The variety and selection of cut flowers are amazing. I went on a Saturday evening needing enough for 2 vases for altar flowers. I found two very similar bundles; added some tall ones for height and you couldnt tell they had been arranged by an amateur!

The renovations are very nice, and dont forget Taco Tuesday!

I love Harris Teeter. I work in tne distribution portion of a Wal-Mart so i have an unbiased view on grocery stores in general. HT makes you feel like youre at home and their staff is super friendly. Going to start doing more of my shopping here especially with their open bar and hot food options plus their awesome bakery!

Great experience with the online ordering and store pickup. We were strapped for time one Sunday and werent expecting time to shop, so we placed an order for the week. Turns out all you do is press a button to say youre there and they bring it out and load it. I still think well do most shopping on our own, but its nice to have the convenience on occasion.

Oh my...I normally dont get excited about a grocery store. I must say this Harris Teeter is the nicest store Ive ever been in. The employees, its many selections and cleanest made my shopping experience very enjoyable. I definitely will be back.

This store is BUSY!! Came in on a Sunday.

We were in a bind looking for flowers - Saturday afternoon. We talked with the floral associate and she contacted the floral manager. The two worked together to make a beautiful arrangement and cost was much less than a florist. They were at the end of their shift but stayed over to get it done! Thanks HT!

The new pizza place has a great selection only down fall was that pizza was cold even under the heat light!

Love this place,dry age steak, 🦞 lobster,crab legs,an sushi 🍣 most of ⏲️⏳awesome, only part I hate is putting on a order an drive an hour an then they havent made it or new person didnt put in order, happens alot.and sometimes you get the rudest employees,like they take there life out on my family, not cool

Love the store remodeling. More spacious and aisle space not cluttered. Makes shopping more easy and enjoyable. Always find what I need and new items. Differently will be my go to store.

Store has expanded and other renovations are underway. Due to the work, it was more difficult to find some of my usual items. Many items have been relocated. Selections are better due to the expansion. Its still a great store. It will take some time to acclimate to the new layout.

Clean, friendly, and fast. They have things in stock that I need and stuff I never knew I needed. The options for wine are seemingly endless. I love that! Its a great place to run in and out on your lunch break .

I use to like shopping here. I went to meat department and wanted fat trimmed. Assistant Manager Brittney had to call someone from a job he was doing to trim fat. She is an Assistant Manager who cant trim fat or cut meat. I think thats backwards! She getting paid to do what now??? Lol. I witnessed how they treat their colored workers. Slavery is still alive and well. Sad but true.

This is the best Harris Teeter in the state. Their meat department is truly divine. They do butcher shop work and items. You can get almost any cut of steak and slabs of Angus. They have fresh flavored bacon and breakfast sausage. Their fish selection is reasonably priced and huge

Its hard to shop because its to many people in there at one time. Not much social distance. Other than that they are well stocked.

The store was very clean but I never would have expected to pay $14 for a bag of cherries, like I think they were like a pound

Needed a full sheet cake in less than 24 hrs. Accommodated my needs, cake was delicious & cheaper than food lion! Thanks HT.

Although they were closed and I didnt realize it I called them about my favorite eggnog and see if they had it he was nice enough to walk all the way back to the dairy department from the front of the store and and told me that he had some thats the what Harris teeter is known for theyre kind and generous service from every department you can imagine especially with the remodel

Wonderfully friendly staff, good selection of products, even though it is being reorganised and inventory is being moved around (June 10). Store is being renovated and expanded to almost twice its size. Fantastic fresh produce section. Almost everyone there was wearing masks and practicing social distancing. Ill be back!

Everyone was wearing a mask. Staff was hustling but stock was down because of Christmas. I think the aisle signs need to be more visible.

The remodel has made it incredibly difficult to navigate, and even more difficult to find anything. The number of aisles has doubled, with the length of the aisles being halved. Yet the guides for items only shows what is on “that half” of the aisle, forcing consumers to wander aimlessly like Moses seeking the Promised Land. Unless management begins issuing maps, I shall have to take my business elsewhere.

I wish i could say something nice about the remodel of the store, but alas ... this is not a possible. The remodel has turned us into Stepford Wives as we amble our carts back and forth and back and forth and back and forth hoping to glimpse ANY of the elusive items we seek. The quantity of various items has been reduced while the level of stress and frustration of trying to find ANYTHING has been elevated !!! I am sure someone got a bonus for the redesign and scavenger hunt we must deal with . Who ever that is needs to have to shop with us, the public, for a month and see our frustration and hear our heavy sighs of disparity. Once again a corporation (and some people with in the corporate framework) have proved Oh Look ... This works perfectly ... Lets Break it !)

Very clean and well stocked. I love the fresh seafood department and that the store is open 24 hours. The workers are friendly and helpful. It’s a little a pricey, but they do have good sales.
