The prices are also prob only 75% on average to those of competitors (and no gimmicky account or deals need to be juggled to get the lowest prices). The management is also AWESOME at this particular location about having boots on the ground to observe and react to everything, e.g. announcing when some checkout lanes are shorter than the rest.

Always very special to shop at Market Basket. Excellent sales, low regular prices and great products. Many foods you dont see anywhere else. Staff very accommodating.

This is a very small store but it is packed with all kinds of ingredients, except meat, you need for cooking. I was surprised that the vegetables they have are fresh too.

One of the best Market Baskets. Very organized, clean. Very Good location. I think next to H-Mart is a plus, not a minus. I have found it very convenient when I go shopping at H-Mart for asian food and go to Market Basket for everything else.

One Stop Shop for all groceries! This store offers good variety of fresh vegetables, dairy, frozen stuffs are available at good prices. Staffs are friendly and fast! My go-to grocery store in town!

Their brand of Breads - especially Light - are absolutely Delicious!! I do find other items are cheaper at MB than my regular Supermarket while Im there so Ill pick them up. Need to save $$$$

Dark store. Most of employees do not speak English. Even those few who work hardly know own shelf inventory. I asked for food color and wax told they have none. Just a minute later I found it on spices shelf.Yes, this store is cheap but you get quality and service you pay for. I will not go there again.

The best Market Basket at Boston area! There are enough space to go with trolley, huge choice of grocery. And smells fine everywhere, even near Sushi. There is a cafe and it looks good. Ill bring my wife here to show the perfect shop.

Excellent clean well organized Market Basket location, next to a liquor store, old navy, paperstore and more, down the street from the Burlington mall. Quick check out, not a lot of people clogging the aisles like in the Brockton location.

One of the best supermarkets around. Competitively priced. Friendly staff and a wide selection. Just today, I didnt see an item I wanted. I asked the nearest staff if they had any. He answered: Let me check and proceeded to bring out two cases of it. Our go to place.

Since the laws and rules on social distances are far lacking. theres now no one at the exits to enter . so its not limited and no guide lines. .. At the fresh chickens pizzas subs burgers that are made up there. again no one is told to stand behind any lines if any? But one person after another gather . CLOSE nothing is said to them . Some workers do try to help this and assit. but its far from helping . my self and others have brought this out at the store. Its clear its about sales and not the must needed help. to follow guide lines. Note this goes on in other areas of the store. Its getting worse . i will not return to this store.

Great to be able to get steamed lobsters right on site. Quick service, reasonable prices, nice selection. They ran out of steamer clams by late afternoon so plan accordingly.

Multiple times I have watched the clerk, different clerks each time, put hamburgers on the grill and then grab a sub roll to make my sub. Same gloves, one time wiped them off with an old rag. Last two times I just walked away. I kept coming back because I love the subs and hoped maybe there isnt raw hamburger on my sub roll. This time no more, need to find a new place for lunch.

The store can get busy at times which is not a problem in itself, but this store has packs of karens harassing customers. Nobody can mind their own business. Shop somewhere else.

Freshest produce of all the supermarkets. Nice wide aisles make it one of the better places to shop during COVID-19 if you can get in when there arent a lot of people in there. Store is laid out well.

I am new to the East coast and so far have been Basket Market for 3 times. The first 2 times were good but today I bought home some cold cut ends which was spoiled, and items that I did not brought were shown on my bill. Don’t know how often this happens.

I like the store because its clean, the aisles are wide, the employees are nice, selection is good & prices are great 👍That pretty much sums up.

I threw medication away accidentally at the Burlington store July 10 and the store manager did everything in his power to help me find it. Although unsuccessful, I am greatly indebted to both he and his employees who did their absolute best to assist me. He was very professional and very empathetic. Very impressed with that store and shop there weekly.

Prices are generally the best of any of the local supermarket chains, and they carry most of the things I want. But theyre often out of specific items that they usually carry. Today, they were out of their own house brand cottage cheese and several other things that were on my shopping list. And their disorganized section for Friskies canned catfood is horrible if you want to find a particular flavor. (See photo.)

Clean and professional atmosphere and environment. Plethora of different choices in food and other goods like plates, spoons, cups, flowers, seafood and desserts. Personally I like it better than stop and shop in general.

Been a long time shopper at the Burlington Market Basket. I usually shop on Saturdays, but, due to a prior commitment, I shopped today, a Sunday.The existing Burlington location is a newer store. It replaced a much smaller Demoulas store in the same mall.The store is fairly well laid out. Shelves are usually well stocked, but, today, some items on my list were in short supply.Prices tend to be lower than competing chains. Selection is decent, but, with some products, such as Morning Star frozen foods, Stop & Shop has more variety, but, higher prices.Employees are friendly and attentive. I enjoy talking with Ben, Tommy and the other employees who staff the deli.There are times when lines at the registers are long. It is a testament to the pricing and staff at the store.

Great looking sales circulars, love the layout- easy to read. Service is excellent, friendly, helpful employees. Opens early 7:30-. Excellent produce and seafood variety is fantastic too. Excellent prices and so much variety. This is a real supermarket that serves their community.

Lines werent too long but moved slowly. There is someone inside wiping down shopping carts so no need to grab o e from outside. There were disinfectant sprays but no paper towels.

Shopped here regularly many years ago but hadnt been in for awhile. Store enlarged with wide aisles and room for many new and ethnic products. Produce is better than used to be. Instore bakery is very good.

Nice place the store looks pretty well run and you see a lot of employees there prices are not bad all an all nice grocery store. I can see myself going back.

Recently reinovated, the Burlingtons Market Basket has all of the chains whistles and bells - market kitchen, sushi counter, bakery and even lo and behold, a clean and accessible restrooms for the customers. The isles are wide enough for three carts to pass. The store is usually well stocked and staffed, except on Sunday evenings. It gets pretty busy and parking may become difficult on the weekends.

I like the selection at this Market Basket. Some workers know right where things are located if I cant find it, but I often have to ask more than one worker where things are located before I find it.

This Market Basket works very well for me. Its plenty busy(like all MBs) but this one is a bit more spacious in the aisles & rest of store so its a slightly slower pace than some other MBs, like Somerville, that feel a bit more cramped. This one in Burlington has space when you walk in and a large cafe up front w/restrooms. Weve gotten coffees and lattes at their coffee counter and toted the cup in the carriages cup holder for the duration of the shopping. Like all MBs Ive been too, this ones got very fast & precise checkers and baggers that are really what makes me come back faithfully. Even if there are lines the workers are quick and things move fast anyways. This MBs got a large plant/floral section and its usually nice & neat and with good selection & prices. You cant go wrong at Market Basket.

Love the variety of foods

Service has been good and they are behind the quality of the stuff they are selling. However, most prices of products have been going up to the level of stop and shop, Star market, and Wegmans. I may not need to travel far and deal with crowd anymore.
