Good Market, decent food and prices but they need to have their loyalty cards able to be scanned from iPhones and android phones. Other than that all is well.

Today is my worst experience in this supermarket. You have an employee who discriminates against customers who do not speak English. This employees name is Jacob. Today I took my father to send money. The employee told me that I needed two IDs of my father. Even though we only needed one ID before, I drove home all the way to get the second ID. I told him that my father does not speak English and I came to help him translate. Then he said that he needed my fathers social security code. He specifically told me that he needed my father to read it out. I directly gave him the social security card. When he printed out the information, he rudely pointed his finger at my father, specifically telling my father to confirm all the information with him. I told him again that my father could not speak English and I was here to translate. He told me that this is required by federal law. I dont understand what federal law stipulates that a son cannot help his father translate, and he can insist that a person who does not speak English confirm all the information to him, and does not allow others to help! This is totally discrimination! What shocked me was that he turned out to be the lead of customer service. I hope I can give 0 stars. We often come here to shop, but this is the worst service ever. He never apologized to my father from beginning to end. Is this your customer service attitude! Very disappointed!

The men’s room has smelled like pee for years. They spent all this money upgrading the store from a Price Chopper to a Market32, and they didn’t do anything with the smelly old men’s room.Apart from that, it’s a beautiful store with wide, well-lit aisles. They have a large flower shop (and a separate flower consulting room). Extensive, fancy pastries and donuts.Great produce selection.Good craft beer selection.

Awesome place to get sandwiches except the sandwich counter was closed because they were training new people and they had nothing in the grab and go cooler.. I should have gone to subway!

The store looks amazing. I stopped by the patisserie, and the ladies there were so nice. The while store looks beautiful. Price Chopper conversion to Market 32 is extremely impressive. However, the self checkout felt a bit tight. Instead of 4 self check out stations, they crammed in 6.

Open till late, good selection, reasonable prices. The cakes from the patisserie are surprisingly good.

This guy right here! The woman checking out ahead of me was in tears with her child. He calmed her quickly by quietly offering to pay for the rest of her groceries. I offered to help and he said “no worries, we are all going through so much right now, she doesn’t need more to worry about”.

I am from North Carolina and we do not have a Marker 32. I am very impressed with this store. They have a choice of merchandise that we just dont have.

I find this location in Burlington, VT to be well-stocked. It is always clean and the staff very helpful, and knowledgeable. I pickup my porkchops, and tomahawk steaks from them. The meat counter staff are knowledgeable.

Fantastic selection-this is the Whole Foods of Stop N Shops (New Yorkers know what I’m talkin about) in the area! Fantastic selection of everything from alcohol to drag produce to snacks-and of course, every basic girls great-Starbucks while they’re shopping!

Market32( formerly Shelburne Proce Chopper) has been a favourite of mine for a long time. I like the interior of the store, and the flow of energy. I like the way that it leads you through the store on your shopping experience. Love the pastry section, which displays pastries, tarts and cakes as an old world konditerei. There is a sushi bar, with freshly made sushi of many kinds! Also, several hot bars, with ready made foods- and a counter with single serve fresh pizza slices. My favourite? Mushroom and blue cheese. A section with freshly made breads and an enormous and varied cheese section. It also has a great selection of groceries, both American and foreign. Nicely, the smelly laundry detergents, household cleansers and health and beauty aids are in a separate wing- a small but well maintained floral section- and, of course, a Starbucks. If you choose to eat at Market32, there are tables and chairs- with the current proper social distancing. And the bathrooms are CLEAN. The store is CLEAN. Which is imperative to me.And- the store clerks are pleasant.I make Market32 a small pilgrimage, and enjoy the visit very much. I always come away with some delicious treat, in addition to my necessities.

I can find anything at this store. I even get my meds here now because pharmacys never had them but Market 32 always does. Some very nice and helpful staff, especially the seafood man who came to help me without me having to ask. A+

The store is pretty massive - the first time I came here a couple years ago it took forever to get through the aisles, which I didn’t love. I have since come to appreciate this store for some things - although I sometimes find they don’t have enough organic options. Huge produce section, often with some unusual options that are fun to try! It all generally looks fresh and plentiful- but again the Organic section is pretty small.They do have a Starbucks ☕️inside to super-fuel your trips down the aisles and an in-house bakery 🎂that I’ve never used but their displays are inviting - and they have some desserts made by Douglas Sweets 🧁from Shelburne that I need to try!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Yesterday I was here and they had displays of Girl Scout Cookies 🍪for sale!?! Getting Thin Mints without having to chase down or wait for little girls to appear with them!I also sliced my wrist open on a jagged piece of metal right next to the shopping cart handle (but I’m sure that’s not gonna happen to you ;)) They pulled it off the floor and doused both me and it with sanitizer #anticoronavirus

Really well sorted and structured store, clean, and has everything you need. For local organic stuff I would go somewhere else, but for everything else, especially all packaged bulk, go here!

A little pricy, but a very nice interior. We bought a rotisserie chicken there that was bloody inside... but otherwise its nice.

Ordered a cake, corsage and boutonniere 10 days before I needed to pick up for my grandparents wedding anniversary. All 3 items were not ready at 1 pm, cake is a mess even at half price and i returned at 3 30 for the arrangements. My suggestion is if its important, pick another store.

Wasnt very crowded but still took forever to get checked out. But they definitely have much more on their shelves then some other grocery stores in that area... So a 4 it is...

I stopped in for a something quick to eat at the hot food counter..... I regret this decision. While it was about 7:30pm, so after dinner, and not the best selection. They looked to be getting ready to close. One girl had to be reminded to put her work shirt back on. Everything was at a point where it should have been thrown away... Looking back, this is when I should have walked away, but I like an adventure. The smoked ribs were smoked to smithereens, the meat that was left was dry as the Mojave desert. The steamed veggies had the flavor steamed right out of them. The stuffing looked like, well look at the photo and you decide. I did what I could to get it down, but daggum, I wont be eating at their counter anymore.

Absolute ridiculous. 830 at night and ZERO cashiers. Only self checkout with no bags. I go almost everyday for lunch and this is just absurd. Should expect much more for the premium prices.

Timothy in the meat department was one of the most important people in my Thanksgiving this year. He helped me select the perfect turkey breast, deboned it, butterflied it to my exact specifications, and then even asked if I had kitchen string for my roulade. Helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Who could ask for anything more?

I like shopping on Shelburne rd Vt but I notice Im throwing away molded grapes or apples and its only been a wk or a few days. Please keep a eye out because that can make some one sick.

This is a superb grocery store. Clean and well stocked. They also include an indoor Starbucks and a place to purchase food which includes seating should you choose to dine in. Covid response is social distancing, and masks.

Worst store to return recycle spend 30 min nobody couldn’t help, they don’t take bottles if they don’t have in the system, even if it’s sign VT, costumer service is rude and not helpful.Hannaford it’s getting all recycling bottles with VT sign with no problems and waiting time it’s 5 min.

They have a new app and it is awful.

We are new to Vermont and love this store. It feels like a mixture of a grocery store and Target. Everything you need from the store, with the modernness of Target. We have always had good experiences (the year and a half we’ve been here) but last night Marcus warranted a review.He was friendly and genuine. He was helpful and his good service was noticeable. He wasn’t able to ring up our alcohol because he’s underage but he handled the transition seamlessly. We’ll look for his line next time!

It is absolutely beautiful here. Weird to say about a grocery store. There is a nice Starbucks inside and there is plenty of room to sit. The pastry area is beautiful and there is plenty of food options to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its always clean.

Great store, very updated and modern. Very clean also has a Starbucks in it so that should make people happy alone. They have a great variety of products. Again they are still pushing the membership card thing which is annoying but if you are already a member its one of the best markets around.

I honestly don’t shop much other places but lately I have been finding bones in my boneless chicken tenders which I have pictures of. Big deal stopped buying it there. Then tonight I go there and get a gift card for my daughters birthday and I ask the register person where the card it and it is now mysteriously missing right when her shift is over. They are looking at me like I took it. Just wanted to say wow! How dare they and I wasn’t going to make a bad remark but REALLY! Price chopper really need to focus better and make their customers happy not enraged and looking like a thief. If u get a gift card. Make sure the register person gives it to u after reloading. All I’m saying!

Clean, fresh, great selection

I’m pleased with Market32, they have a wide selection of things for pretty much everyone. From a deli to butcher to bakery, fresh fish. I love the fact that there’s a Starbucks in the front of the store to your right when you come in and it’s close to the restrooms. I think it was a smart idea to have a coffee shop inside the store. I moved here from N.Y.C. so I’m really appreciating this place especially since I was so use to a variety of stores and markets. I always stop for a coffee before I begin shopping. They have a decent selection of wine along with cheese, bread and fresh olives to choose from. They have a florist along with a card section. The one thing that I was disappointed with was after 9 or so they don’t have cashiers and if you happen to have a cart full of food it’s a lot to ring up yourself. It is open 24 hours I heard so that’s a bonus. We shop here regularly since moving to Vermont.

Market 32 is a great store. It had just about anything you could want. They have so much variety too. The bakery is too die for, so be careful!!! Haha. They have a bottle return room, where you are able to return bottles yourself, but the machines are old and need some repairs. All in all, I love this store and we shop there regularly.

Valsoia gelato stated that pricechopper had their cones; I was disappointed how price chopper on shelburne road didnt have weight watchers pepper jack string cheese; avocado ranch salad that I have purchased on barre-montpelier road. one handle was loose in aisle that has the lemonade but in between the Starbucks drinks; I had to use a different door; I was looking at an employee but wasnt glancing in my direction when she went into grab something several doors down and also walked in the opposite direction. Their wasnt the regular size of carts after you walk in; I had found an empty one but had to ask after glancing to see if everyone had a cart near Starbucks. I didnt want to go to shaws to get more items due to poor air quality lasttime; a neighbor went to the grocery store the day before yesterday; price was in the $$$ and price chopper was also in the $$$ yesterday.

Very clean water well organized store good prices no cook turkey breast but the people on check out or so very nice the two girls made my experience very pleasurable as they washed the belt down and everything else I felt really confident they were keeping everything as clean as possible thank you

It has the best prices for the grocery stores nearby. However, the staff all look like theyve been overworked and underpaid for years. And from what Ive heard they do underpay them. Most of the time the selection is really good. Their produce isnt always the freshest.

Had a list based on the flyer I received in the paper. Went to PC but forgot flyer, figured Id pick one up at store. Flyers are different! The bargains had disappeared. Pretty shady if you ask me. Very dissappointed. Have to rethink my brand loyalties.

I normally have a great time in Market 32. However tonight I was shopping, having a good time until I went to check out. The guy was extremely rude, you could tell he was in a rush to get out of there. I understand that I have worked in a grocery store before! He left his register before I even finished bagging and loading up my cart. I have never been so disappointed with this store before.

This is a great supermarket. Lots of variety and open 24/7. They sell some decent sushi too. Their brand products (pic) though are really not great, especially the dairy, hence the 4 stars. But otherwise everything is fresh and reasonably priced.

I got out of my way to shop here, there are close supermarkets near me. I enjoy the cleanliness of the store, the layout, and the freshness of the good.

This is a great grocery store. Clean, well organized and lots of gf options for me. My only suggestion would be to have more checkout lanes open. I always end up going to self check out due to long lines.

Some prices are amazing others are a touch high but thats how the Burlington areas is. Compared to other stores around price chopper always seems to be more constantly stocked and in off hours its a breeze to shop.

This store often does not have what is advertised. When an employee in the relevant department is asked it is obvious they are making the answer up.It has become our least favorite store of 3 in our area. We avoid it as much as possible.

Its easy to get to its new modern clean and once you get to know the layout its a very easy place to shop. The meats are very good seafood is good produce is okay for the most parts. They have a big Bakery its pretty to look at Ive never bought anything. People are helpful they need more check out people. They should take a lesson from Trader Joes its a good place

This is a gorgeous grocery store, and Ive never thought to add that adjective to a place I buy toilet paper from. The produce section alone is visually striking in the best of ways, not to mention the huge amount of choices in cheese, the bakery, butchers section and the like. This place is worth visiting and coming back to time and time again.

Same store..all New! I appreciate the larger isles.. sturdy carts... helpful associates. Sometimes it seems to have too many choices which increases shopping time. My big buga-boo....scented plastic grocery bags. What a turnoff....may prove good for the environment as I am more conscious of bringing my own.

I bought a flower arrangement. I brought my own ribbon for the bow. They made the bow but showed me how because I wanted to learn how. Very, very pleased. Will certainly go back for more in the future more arrangements. I recommend it to anyone.

Big, newly remodeled store. Good prices. Great sales. Friendly helpful staff. There is a starbucks inside this location for you coffee lovers. Huge desert selection. Good sized floral selection. Service desk staff is friendly and fast. There is a bottle return machine in the entrance. This location also has a red box, and a pharmacy. Nice seafood selection and prices. I use this location very often.

Atmospheric grocery shopping? Is that a thing? In store Starbucks, exceptional bakery with modern cafe display and informed employees, and that is what you walk into! The remainder of the specialty departments (deli, produce, etc) are equally adapted to entice. The aisles are modern, shelving invititing (yes, Im not mistaken!).... The only part of the store that is a let down is the overly bright and sterile aisles in their own nook for cleaners, etc. Doesnt match the store concept and is glaringly bright in comparison. Prices are great, deals galore.

My FAVORITE grocery stop! The spread is quite an adventure of mouth watering goodies. Although, it should be against the law to have all those TEMPTING Bakery goods right there at the entrance! LOL 😂 😃 😄

Beautiful both inside and out. HUGE selection of everything and their hot bar is the best around with the best prices. GREAT place to get a quick affordable lunch.

Watched two women who were unable to communicate in English take out the bagels and donuts from their containers in the bakery to touch them with their hands, then put them back... While trying to keep a safe social distance they ignored me when I tried to tell them to stop contaminating food. After telling an employee they refused to stop them. Dont buy anything in this store that can be handled as its apparently a free for all and open to being contaminated.

This Price Chopper makeover was done really well. All the new features are great. Still trying to get used to the layout, but it wont take long. I make a point to shop here, even though there are 2 other Price Choppers closer to me.

My favorite supermarket in Burlington. Recently upgraded, it now has a Starbucks and tempting, expansive pastry area, floral department and more organic produce. The sushi is made fresh daily on the premises. Nice little cafe area. You can order fresh boiled lobster, fried fish and other hot meals, at a good price.

Great prices and deals. In the middle/end of a remodel to Market 32, but the layout was very easy to navigate. Polite and diverse staff who were very willing to offer help and answer any questions. Definitely worth checking out.

Very nice! This market 32 is so nice..they even put in that special lighting inside freezers and under shelving areas to make the items shine! Like at the car dealership to make your eyes go right to the shiny..lol It will take a while to find stuff but its worth it.. Large amount of produce and Cheese! Ive never seen so much. Except the cheese factory its self..now if the employees would clean up there act..some not all need to clean up and look.yikes!
