Great store, great location BUT was just rushed out of the store because “they need to close in 5 minutes” after being offered a spackling “for someone who’s never done it before” by a female employee. Before that, I was told by an older male employee at the counter that “all I need now is to get myself a nice man to do all this work” What the heck ACE it’s 2021 women can own buildings and do carpentry too but ACE is the only place I ever get these comments. Please train your staff to treat all genders equally.I have to say - I also had amazing experience with other staff members over the years but it’s these specific interactions that make you not wanna come back.

They deserve a five star... BUT...Didnt like the staff stalking my every moment like a thief...I understand why they have to but it bothered me....Other than that?Amazing LOCAL business...Props....

Best place to get ALL your hardware goods. The owner/store clerk (older gentleman) goes above and beyond always. He’s a true gentleman.

I don’t usually feel like I “fit in” at hardware stores but I went in and was greeted by an awesome employee named Libby, who made me feel welcomed and helped me find the right paint for my ceiling!!

These guys really care! Every time I go there I trust their judgement over my own haha. Its not a big place but it has everything I need. I forgot his name but the guy with grey hair is great! He really knows his stuff and everyone else seems to go to him too. I think the record for how many times I had to visit that store in one day was four times. At least they are there!

Extremely clean and organized store with great prices not downtown prices! The staff is aware of u the minute u walk in the door and are eager to help u find what u need!

I do have to say, the two guys that helped me there were amazing. They have alot of cool stuff there to do spring cleaning and stuff. The Gorilla Glue they turned me onto does the repair job, bigtime. Cheap batteries etc. Great place. I wonder if they have carpet powder which once dried, can vaccuum up. Those two guys were super helpful.

The staff are very knowledgeable. Its amazing how much hardware is organized here for easy shopping. Some racks slide aside to reveal even more inventory so be sure to check or ask staff

I was so excited when I realized we had a hardware store right in downtown Burlington! Ive done a lot out of there. Got great paint for my basement Man Cave project. The staff is part of our community. I make a point of shopping there for my needs to support downtown. I sure hope they stay there for a very long time.

Best customer service in town!The handful of times I have needed something here I have been greeted kindly and helped fully. Big or small, difficult or easy to find, the staff makes a point to connect with each of their customers. It really makes it feel like your local hometown hardware store.

Wow! Its amazing having a hardware store right downtown plus they participate in the Ace Rewards program so you can download the app and see their inventory before you get to the store,very handy if your doing multiple errands while downtown . Only problem and why I didnt give 5 stars is they currently cant use Google pay until they update registers,no biggie is a new store.But moving on the customer service is excellent and employees are very upbeat and knowledgeable. The affiliation with Ace hardware also means you get those low prices a lot cheaper than the other hardware stores around here.

I love having a hardware store, with helpful people, right around the corner. I hope they stay downtown.

Great addition to the Burlington downtown scene, contributing to overall city livability. Small footprint, but excellent selection for household and small business needs. Every time I have gone, with my short list of miscellaneous items needed for projects, I was able to come away completely satisfied. The staff are excellent and friendly.
