Firstly Id like to start off by saying that I work in the family business.We never made an account with this company, yet orders were being made in our name from another upholstery shop nearby. We only realized because we have been receiving emails and a roll of fabric. After waiting a few days for someone to claim the fabric, a worker from another upholstery shop came to our store to pick up a roll of fabric that was supposed to go to them. I asked them if they had a receipt of purchase, they had nothing to prove that the fabric was theirs.After calling, the Trivantage associate, Andrea claims it was an accident and that I needed to release the roll of fabric to the shop that bought it in OUR NAME AND ADDRESS because they paid for it. I asked her how it couldve possibly been an accident if we never made an account with them in the first place, and that there were multiple orders in our name that were shipped to different addresses. She said that my boss was the one that made the account. Which is impossible because she doesnt even speak English fluently. Andrea stated: Oh we have a spanish speaking associate here, she made it with her. I told her theres no way my boss made the account if she doesnt handle finances. Andrea said it didnt matter if it was under our account information or not and that I needed to give the other upholstery shop the fabric because they paid for it.I told her I would NOT be giving the fabric to these people and that she needed to send UPS to pick it up. She said she didnt want to involve UPS and asked why I couldnt just give them the fabric and get it over with.Once again, I told her I was not comfortable giving the other shop the roll of fabric that was ordered under OUR NAME, ADDRESS, and TAX INFORMATION.Days later, a return shipping label was FINALLY emailed to us and we were told our account will be deactivated (Which we had requested they close 5 days prior).Andrea was reasonable at first, however as time went by she became irritated and unprofessional.My boss is very upset for this grave error as this is considered business identity theft.Beware!

I would like to know how can I get a roll of fabric.
