Love the employees here. I come here often to but feed for my show horse. I needed a last minute thing for one of my donkeys and they were happy to help even at 8:45pm at night. They have very intelligent people who helped me with good products with my goats and horses.

If youre looking for baby chicks check out chicken facebook groups. Theyre getting bought up so quickly, and luckily they are finding homes as their new chick storage doesnt seem to be healthy for the babies. Otherwise I love the selection of feed and bedding. People are super duper helpful and kind.

Looking at the store main door, theres a fence on the far right corner where you can drive in for the propane refill. The senior who helped me that time was very friendly.

When to go purchase an item but had to wait two minutes to get help at the check out because the cashier wanted to talk about her boyfriend to another employee. Very unprofessional and very unsatisfied with the experience I had. I will not be coming back

Tractor supply is not a bad store for most things needed. Personally I am not a fan of their feeds, they are a low quality and cheap. As far as other products tools, boots, and work clothing, they are a good option and easy to find in most places. Never really depend on the staff at any location to be really knowledgeable on products that they are carrying or that you need.

This is a new, beautiful, clean store. Very helpful people. Love shopping here.

Were not farm people, but we buy bird food for our feeders here in bulk and LOVE checking out all the cool stuff when we stop in every few months. Ladies, dont walk past the clothes on the right... spend a little time, and I promise youll find something you want. I always do!

Terrible customer service!!!! Sat in the rain for 30 minutes waiting to get propane refills after asking for someone to help me 3 times. I do not recommend anyone shop here

Okay so I gave thim a better star rating last time. This time I have a complaint. Got a utility trailer for my lawn mower, a few years ago. I had a flat. I go to tractor supply to get a new tire and cant find a one. Talk to an associate about getting one. She said she would get it as a rain check and call me. That was 3 months ago. Havent heard back from them. Went in today, and guess what, no tire. All the other slots, that were empty, are stocked nice and full. But not the slot of the tire i need. Cant order the tire because their website is so messed up. So if you buy utility trailer from them, you might want to buy extra tires while they have them in stock. Ho me De pot is looking a little better these days. Allan

I love this tractor supply as I go there at least 3 times a week. The management is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! However the store needs a facelift! Especially the restrooms! It is not the managements fault at all and from what I understand they have suggested the same things. It would be nice to see an update to the store as it stays very busy. Thank you management for being so helpful and courteous!

I go here every now and again to get something I need like work gloves or western wear. Employees are always very friendly. Store layout is fantastic and items are always nicely stocked and well organized. I never have a problem when I go here. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

The customer service was excellent! They walk me all around the store to find the best product that I could use. At the register the gentleman explain to me the rewards program instead of just taking my information. Great place to shop I will definitely go back!

Friendly but extremely unprofessional staff who seemed unconcerned with basic hygiene protocol. Cashiers and other customer service reps were walking around eating open bags of snacks and donuts without washing hands (this is Covid-19 era), much less wearing masks properly. Workers complained and stated openly they wanted to go home, in front of me (a customer they dont even know).Ive worked customer service before and it takes A LOT for me to complain about others working in retail/ customer service jobs.

Love this store. The manager is great and the employees are ALWAYS super nice, knowledgable and ready to help. Great service and the prices are even better, but I would not mind even if it did cost more! Got this trail camera battery pack DIRT CHEAP and it takes great pics for months now.

Item I was looking for didnt have a price label and the cashier couldnt look it up. I had to stand in line twice for a total of 20 minutes. Around back for 10 minutes waiting on someone to load it. No one showed up so I did it myself

They even give your dogs great treats.

My husband ran in and got what we needed for the chickens while I waited in the car. He was in an out in about 5 minutes and that kept me from being late and him not having to make a second trip. Very efficient today.

Got me some chickens from here had them for over a month now and there all perfectly healthy

I got a great deal on a 6 foot boxblade. The original place was $749 discounted down. After some bargaining and more discounts I got it at $599. The only downside was the forklift driver scratched it while picking it up. Other than that am happy even my dad mentioned I basically stole it from the place lol. Original price on them is $799-$849.

Always like going there. My wife and I have bought many items. Always friendly staff that doesnt mind helping to load.

Every Saturday from 4pm-5:30pm (hours may change) they have a vet and team that come out to give your animal/s low-cost rabies and other required shots, fecal test, low-cost heartworm meds, etc. Also have incredibly low cost for microchipping your pet. I believe it was $25 possibly less. You do not have to pay yearly fees. You go home fill out online take a picture of your pet. Extremely easy.

Only gave one star because I had to. Customer service is not what it needs to be.Waited 10 minutes with no one at register. When cashier finally arrives, she addresses another customer waiting off to the side..rudely looks at us and says“What you need?” No apologizing for the wait time or anything. After the purchase was rang up it was set back on the counter.. no bag, no thank you. I normally don’t do google reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed before they lose more customers.

Store not stocked up on necessary items. Such as meds for livestock and front checkout needed to trained better to be able to locate and charge for items to be picked up. Protein tubs. Asked where to pick up. They said front. Was in back. Will go back to siler City store or Asheboro next time even though it is further commute.

The staff at this TSC goes out of there way to help. I drive and extra 10 mins to this location bc of the inventory and helpful people.

They dont stock as much as they did. But still good to shop at. Wish they would keep the shelfs full.

It seems the same three people have worked here since the opening and thats the only three people there. Always one register open no matter how busy. Dont go if you are in a hurry. But its a Tractor supply.

They have the parts that you are looking for. Wide Isles, well stocked, and clean, except the mens bathroom, it was pretty disgustingly dirty.

8/9/2018 11:15, tried wranglers on for 15 min, nature came a callin. Go to the restroom, no TP. No big deal, think I was being funny I asked the guy up front if they sold any TP, he said no; why are we out? Me: yes in both stalls. He immediately calls someone to get some. I understand it’s not going to be right away so I walk around and browse the store for 15 min. Go back and still no TP. I go back to the front and ask if the manager is in; he replied no, I am the acting manager (no name tag), I asked him to thank the person he called but there is still no TP in the bathroom and I proceeded to walk out. He replied that the guy was busy with a customer that is spending a lot of money and he could get me a corn cob if I wanted to be that way. I responded that the bathroom should have been checked this morning, I also stated that the manager has done a good job of turning the store around and if he was here we probably would have this problem. The employee responded “evidently you don’t know the manager very well”. So what I have gathered is that 1. I don’t spend enough money with Tractor supply to be important - (I have four horses). 2. If your there when nature calls; have a corn cob handy.My solution is to not spend a dime in any Tractor Supply again. There are two local stores where I can buy all my sweet feed, hay, salt blocks, fencing supplies and they will be happy to have my business no matter how much I spend. Should have been buying local to begin with!
