My name is Wray Joyce and i go to see James every week and have for years now. I always enjoy our conversations and consider him my friend after all these years. He truly knows homeopathic remedies and the natural products in his store for well being and health. I have learned about natural products and supplements through his knowledge. If he does not have what you need in the store, he will order what you need and contact you. He stocks a wide variety of food products and my favorite, the protein packed muffins of many varieties he stocks fresh weekly are scrumptious, low fat/calorie, non gluten and low sugar and high protein. The store is conveniently located in the mall off Huffman Mill Rd or off Church St., so it is an easy in and out from either road. I look forward to visiting every week.

The selection is decent. However the man Im assuming is the owner is not very friendly and lacking on customer service skills. He seems as if youre bothering him. He also isnt very knowledgeable on the products he carries. I assumed it was maybe just an off day for him. But Ive been in that store twice and he acted as if he didnt want my business. Being more friendly would be helpful to people that are trying to give you their money...

Knowledgeable gentleman directed me and helped me understand what I needed for my stomach issues. I learned a lot from him and ended up buyingdelicious locally made natural salad dressing and protein cakes. I will definitely return !!

Absolutely Disgusting customer service by the old man serving.. .Do yourself a favour and dont bother spending your cash with an out of date behind the times caught up in the 1970s decor shop... Products and health services are very limited as old man timey had no idea of any iridologists or naturopaths in or around the area of Burlington. Looks to me Earth Harvest are selling out of date products and services. Your better off to buy online on eBay or amazon As I just wasted 5 minutes of my life writing this review about this place. Rude customer service. Went in to ask about a specific vitamin and the clerk was on the phone and acted annoyed when I asked a question. When I needed details he was rude. I walked out and will never go there again. One star is simply because it is local.
