I was unsatisfied the way they handled my defective item. The customer service protocol had an attitude to it. But with that said the item was sent and finally I was appeased. In general they are a reputable company.

Terrible customer service!I paid for a black toilet 582.00 and had scatches on the toilet seat. I wanted a replacement still fighing with them.The manager is arrogant!

Alia was very knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested waiting a month for a new model to be released and she was right. She had everything available that we wanted, gave a very competitive quote and delivered on time. Once we decided we had made the wrong decision on a couple of plumbing fixtures, Fergusons was very accommodating and very helpful. Other staff stepped up when Alia was not in the store. Great overall experience.

Nice atmosphere

Im sorry to say i was not happy. A woman named krystal helped me.she was rudeand made me feel very unwelcome. She was training some gentalmen and blatenly said can u hear me or are you really not all there: i wasshocked. I also had my order put in late. But you guysshould hire new staff she seemed unpleasent and angry. Sorry
