We had such a stellar retail experience at Kiss the Cook that when we left I actually turned to my partner and said, that was a stellar retail experience! We wanted a new kitchen knife and the guy who helped us was a great listener, super knowledgable, non-judgmental, and really took the time to educate us an help us make a choice.We were so impressed by the experience that weve made a habit of going back frequently just to keep supporting them. Were always surprised by the vast selection -- they have everything from fancy Le Crusets and pasta makers to small things like sponge holders and ice cube trays.Theres no reason anyone in Burlington should be buying anything kitchen-related on Amazon. Kiss the Cook has it, and they have a passionate and knowledgable staff who will talk to you about leveling up your kitchen game,

RUDE! No one greeted me or asked if they could help me when I came in. Found the cast iron pans was looking for. Went to the register where three employees were standing around chatting. Said Hi. Conrad looked at me, didnt respond, then continued talking to his co-workers. He asked is that all? I asked about what type of spatulas to use with cast iron and he said any... Not particularly helpful. A female staffer kindly offered to bag my purchase. Bald Conrad barely got out Thanks after I paid. I would have given the store a higher rating for their products, may not shop there again after being treated so rudely! It was if I was bothering the staff by shopping there.

Wandered in off the street to purchase an armful of cast iron on a random Saturday. Staff were pleasant, genial and helpful. Selection and prices excellent.

Nice little locally-owned kitchen store with excellent selection and occasional great prices on All-Clad stuff. Buy knives here, but dont consider for a second letting them sharpen knives for you. Learned that lesson the hard way.
