The sales consultent was most courteous informative and friendly. The rest of the staff also made the transaction of buying a home easy and fast. The labor workers new their jobs and were quick. We love our new home. We highly recommend Clayton homes.

From the minute we walked in we felt like family! Jessica is an amazing salesperson who has been working hard for us to make sure things are taken care of in a timely fashion. The manager, Ricky, is awesome. Between the two of them, they have answered our questions and helped us when we were not getting responses from the lender. If you are looking for a home, I highly recommend giving Clayton Homes Burlington a try. We came to just look, fell in love with a home and managed to find new friends in process!

Dont waste your time with this place. My wife and I went there with our pre approval letter and we had already done our homework and had chosen what we wanted to see. Our salesperson was Brandy please dont deal with her she wouldnt take the time to show us any home on the lot. She was to busy trying to sale us homes by looking at pictures on the computer lol what a joke she shouldnt even be working there in my opinion. If she would of took the time to do her job she probably would of had a sale. And to top the cake she sent us in the middle of the country to see some trashy land that they are trying to push off on someone. Warning to everyone look somewhere else. Go somewhere where they will take the time to see what you are looking for and and see what works for you instead of trying to put you in what they want you to have. This place is a waste of space and time. if you cant hire a better salesperson then what I had today then you really need to lock the doors. They let a sale walk right out the door. People know what they can afford and what they want to buy so dont tell me how to spend how to spend my money. You should change your name from Clayton Homes into Joker Homes. what a total waste of my time!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Home buying can be crazy and usually has many stressful spots in the process that make you wonder why you even wanted to do this in the first place. Clayton homes went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, informed and basically taken care of during the entire sales, building and after move in process. Jessica is awesome and just fun to work with (sales) and John in maintenance is super talented, friendly and fixes pretty much anything perfect. I highly recommend Clayton Homes for your future home buying/building adventure!

They have nice trailers. most are too small for a family with two or more kids. or with teenagers. well not for a reasonable price. because lets be honest thats what they are. modular homes manufactured homes double wide single wide at the end of it. its still just a trailer. I think they ask too much for some. but they look nice.

Michael is the MAN! He was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. The whole crew here is real helpful and you can tell they love what they do! I highly recommend them and will be sending all my friends here! When you go in, Ask for Michael! Thanks again all!

We are getting ready to purchase a home from Clayton.

This is a great place to look at single wides but they didnt have too many double wides, like I wanted. The staff Is nice! I just wish they had more of a selection of double wides.

Was great at first but after a few weeks I couldnt get anyone on the phone or return a call or text message.i made multiple attempts to reach someone with no response..only when I asked for my money back I received a call with them apologizing and trying to keep my business.so I gave it another shot only to be disappointed once again.so my first attempt at buying a home was not a good experience and therefore I would not recommend nor shall I be returning to Clayton homes

My husband and I found the perfect home at Clayton homes of Burlington after shopping around for about two years. This is our first home and we couldnt be happier! Mgr Ricky Fuquay and the entire staff are awesome to work with and very trust worthy. Clayton homes let us be involved in every step even throughout the entire setup process. We love our new house ! We thank God that we made the right decision...5 stars!!!!!

I did not receive helpful service. I had to continually reach out for clarity and understanding. The only time they were willing to meet is when I asked for my money back. Ricky Fuquay the manager very rude. Devon the salesman may have been extremely hard to meet up with but he had more manners than the manager.

I’ve been knowing Ricky Fuquay a long time! I would refer anybody that’s looking for a new home to him. He cares about you and tries his best get you what you want and need in getting a new home. So if your looking for a new home go check him out.

Went to just look and get some ideas.Even though we are still looking and wanting to see all options and wanting to sit on it and not make no decisions quickly the sales person pretty much blew me off pretty much like if your not looking to purchase to day Im not going to waste my time showing you anything well how are we suppose to know if Clayton is where we want to purchase if they dont even care about the people and respect the fact that they want to see whats available but instead they only want to deal with you if they know for certain theres a dollar involved I have been to many clayston and many many other home places and never been treated like that definitely need some training in what their values are supposed to be and not be worried about having to walk a little and maybe do their job and assist someone that could of been potentially a customer and dont alway assume that Im telling the truth when I say it will be a couple of years before we buy because I just say that to insure Im not being pressured when looking but I did learn today that Clayton will not be in the options for us

WENT WITH BROTHER, HE BOUGHT A MODULAR HOME FROM THEM

My review has nothing to do with who I know there but only about the trailers/modulars. I have seen a few modulars I really like but when I look closer it is not for me. Im apparently not a trailer person. I would rather buy or rent a house. And FYI (Ricky) I have stopped in MANY, MANY TIMES over the years to look at a modular that caught my eye. I own my older home and it is well built. I know we have turned into a throw-away society, but I still like to buy things that last.

I really enjoy how friendly everyone was I had my home pick out that I wanted but didnt get to much help trying to find the land that I really wanted after giving money it like who was helping me started slacking Im not gonna state names because Im not that type of person but Im sure wish yall could have found us land I sent him a message when I last spoke with him and he did not return my call at all or text. I just doing a review for you all not to do to future buyers because you may lose out on people really trying to buy Thanks have a bless day 😘

Really nice at first but after a certain point couldnt get in contact with them anymore. Bad business, left a sour taste in my mouth as far as Im concered with homebuying as a first time buyer. Disappointed that they just didnt care abour us it seemed.
