Definitely a lack of communication skills. If you don’t call for an update yourself you will never be informed of what exactly is going on. There’s always the run around about what’s going on exactly.

My family was in search of a newer and better home and we talked to Charles. He showed us several homes on the lot and we were set on the Blue Tarheel and put money down to hold it. We went through the whole process and were waiting on the land approval. We were denied after almost a whole year after waiting and didnt get our whole deposit back after the lawyer did her job and come to find she didnt do it right. She was looking up the leans for the wrong land. We now have a new home from Piedmont Mobile Homes and Supplies!!! They are awesome!!!!!!

I purchased my home 4 years ago. I love my home. People drive by, stop and ask me where we bought our home. I always tell them to go see Makisha.... i recently told my neice whom is a single mom to go see Makisha . Makisha makes people feel like your family and God knows i drove her crazy during construction.

Loved the outside and inside of SEVERAL homes. SOME of the inside designs were gorgeous! Im not a trailer person, but two of the modulars I could see myself living in. My biggest issues with all designs (not just Oakwood) is that the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are always way too small.

Probably they most helpful when it come to this stuff! Dont go to Clayton of Reidsville they wont tell you Jack and they will try to lie to you. Go here there is a sweet lady named Misha I believe ( I could have butchered it) but she will really help you out and give you the down low on what to do and expect. I look forward to buying my new home here in the next year.

Purchasing was easy due to the excellent sales staff at the Burlington NC location, but the quality from the factory is very lacking, I am having a lot of issues that should have never left the factory. I bought the Ali around 6 months ago and am still waiting to hear from the factory rep about the carpet coming apart. The rear door had to be replaced due to the door frame being bent from the factory. The island counter top is waiting to be replaced, it had PVC glue on it(waiting on parts from factory). I have a marriage wall that is buckling(waiting on parts from factory), and there are several electrical issues...(need to reschedule electrical contractor as I missed the first appointment). I have 1 window in the rear of the home that is mounted about 3/4 out of level/square. (still dont know how I missed this one)......Overall the home is very nice, setup went very well.. I would recommend someone looking to purchase a mobile home/modular to go here.....................The factory definitely needs to step up their quality inspections though......

Went to Oakwood Homes on N Church Street in Burlington on Thursday of this week, sales person was friendly and professional. He introduced us to one of the Managers and this Manager was very unfriendly and wasn’t interested in speaking to us. We totally lost interest in buying from them.
