We have been residents here for a year now.we are in our second home here, hopefully our last. LOL and Sarah is phenomenal to work with. Jason does an outstanding job on keeping the grounds beautiful in the spring to fall seasons and is on top of his game with the snow removal.All the neighbors have been awesome. Nice quiet park most of the time. I wish the stores were just a little closer sometimes. This park is definitely worth investing in.

Its becoming too expensive to live here Rent goes up every year

Lived there for 20 years rent keeps going up your better off buying a house for the way lit rent prices keep going up.

I visit my best friend and her family in Wheatland Estates. Ive met some of their neighbors too. Ive had such positive experiences in this mobile home park, that Im making it my goal to reside there with my children. Wheatland Estates seems like the ideal place to raise my family, and also an ideal place for me to live permanently.

Middle of no where. Very low cost of living though probably. Looks like A 1950 movie set

Not to bad of a place definitely seen worse. I believe its now under new ownership and it appears that they are doing a little house cleaning. Ive noticed 2 mobile homes being torn down and several new ones brought in.

Looks like a decent Mobile Home Park but some of the homes definitely need some cleanup and remodeling.

1 of my fave places to be! Have the bestest family there & know a handful of some pretty B.A. folks that live here also!
