Awesome shopping experience! Everything I needed, I found.

Helpful staff but FedEx shipping to Canada impossible! We tried sending a 1.25 pound document to Montreal. The OfficeMax application for shipping was intractable. At least four attempts to send the docs wasted over an hour of our time. Error messages baffled staffers and two of us without any hints or guidance. Abandoned that and went another 6.1 miles to a FedEx Pack and Ship store which handled the transaction smoothly. Lesson learned!This review is for the shipping aspect of OfficeMax as the store itself is okay.

Brightly lit and clean. Helpful staff and well stocked shelve with wide variety of products. Where Target and Walmart failed OfficeMax shined and I was able to get all school supplies. The other stores had a supply problem.

Employees were very nice and helpful. Got some really great deals on supplies for school. I plan on coming back.

Just left this store. OMG. There was 2 workers and 1 was new. Plus the store manager, so tht make 3 people. I stood in line for help for one hour. The normal workers where working very hard and very fast but it was too much for them. The so called store manager Tony was talking to a friend of hers that came in the store for the entire hour I was waiting. I tried to tell her that her associates needed help but she walked off with an attitude.I guess they hire anyone to be a manager here. Very unprofessional.

Good shopping experience there. Its always helpful when the sales team on the floor knows there stuff.

Garbage.The following review is not of the staff of this store, but the way the company is organized to handle orders and information.We came here in hopes of getting some nice easy holiday related engagement cards printed. We had ordered them on a Wednesday in the afternoon, and came to pick them up today on a Friday. 2 days of eager waiting we show up and leave empty handed. Our order was nowhere to be found, not printed, not in the system. The nice girl at the counter did all she could to find the order but sadly could not. Now i have an even more upset fiancée who was already once disappointed by Walmarts poor quality printing service. Her dreams of being an excited bride to be are slowly being chipped away with every small disaster.Hope you are proud of yourselves. Happy Holidays.

Leanne is the sweetest, most helpful employee in the printing area I have ever had! She is a true asset to the company and the reason I keep coming to this store!

Apparently just checking out is not a service they provide regularly. No dedicated cashiers :( :(

So today I made my 5th call to OfficeMax about their delivery man who inapproately touched me when making a delivery. Does anyone care? Apparently not. Apparently they are ok with their drivers behavior since I havent even gotten a call back. Ridiculous.

The customer service people who walk around the store are quite helpful. The cashiers are not friendly, courteous nor helpful.

Horrible! Some 1 cent sale... limited to 3 items and there was minimal stock! Give disappointment!!! Dont waste your time...or money!
