The pharmacists are very unhelpful. It took two days to schedule a covid test, I dont have an id so they wouldnt test me. What do minors and the homeless do? I have been tested at a rite aid before with out an ID. This is definitely a case where if they had wanted to help they could have. Now Ill just be unsure of my and status keep working... Very disappointed in this Pharmacy. I went to pick up a very important medication, my deductible was larger than normal today, and I did not have enough cash on me to pick up my prescription. When the pharmacist tech told me how much my bill was I could not pay the amount and instead of asking how many days I would need until I could pay the tech simply said I’m sorry.I left with no medication. The pharmacy tech did not offer any other way to purchase my medication with discounts or cash cost. I feel like this pharmacy did not care knowing which medication I was picking up and how important it can be to take daily. This pharmacy does not let you refill your prescriptions if you have more than three days left, it was the weekend so I could not refill my prescription until this morning.

Rite aid is fine. It is not their fault. But I do not recommend getting a covid test from project baseline. I live in Canada and needed results within 72 hours in order to go back home. Everywhere else I’ve been tested has had results in 24-48 hours. It was a waste of time getting tested here. It’s been more then 72 hours and I’m still waiting on results. Not only have I been stuck in Michigan I now have to take the test again somewhere else. So if you need quick results Walgreens is a lot faster. UPDATE. It actually WAS rite aids fault. They marked my appointment as “missed” and didn’t even send out my test until 2 days later. So yeah. Definitely do not recommend. I called and asked why they marked my appointment as “missed” they were very rude and didn’t care at all that I am not able to go home because of their mistake.

What a clean, well-stocked store! Went in for a hard to find item. Found it AND also found a great sale on Halloween candy! Bonus! Also want to say that one of the store employees (Cheryl) was very helpful and very nice. I will definitely return to this store. 😊
