Excellent layout of merchandise. Pharmacy technicians very helpful and on top of their jobs.

This is one of the best drugstores Ive been too. They have clean bathrooms, fast service and they are very friendly. All the shelves were stocked and neatly organized. I will be coming back next time I need to fill a script, my last one was filled quick.

Went there on several occasions to purchase nba trading cards when the site says they are in-stock at 5.98 only to find out walmart can ship them to me for free at 28.99 a pack. Thats practically 5 times the instore purchase and now Im well aware why they are not stocking them in stores. So they can upset them online. Panini should stop doing business with them.

I have a ton to say!! First off Michelle in photos is AMAZING!! Her customer service qualities are TOP NOTCH!! Michelle not only helped me with my photos, she was patient, friendly, and smiled the whole time. She would be excellent at training your other staff. I usually find your front cashiers miserable. No smiles, no friendly gestures, not helpful.Michelle even signed me up for a rewards card, got a coupon for me to use, just amazing!!! Im a business owner and would snatch her up in a heartbeat!!! Kudos Michelle!!!!

My daughter takes anti-rejection medications after her kidney transplant. The staff at the store has been very helpful in making sure she has her medication even when there are supplier issues. Excellent customer service!

This morning I called the store to make sure I could use express pay at the photo center as I was having someone pick up a gift. I was told this was was fine and would work. This afternoon they told the person picking up the photos that express pay was only for pharmacy and charged them anyway. I was so embarrassed.

So impressed with Walgreens Pharmacy. They were the only pharmacy in town open after 9. They had our prescription filled in less than 10 minutes, and we didnt have insurance they ran us through a family discount and saved us money. I think we found our new pharmacy!

Horrible customer service, pharmacy not well trained and the store manager isn’t any better with his customer service. No consistency on how things are done would not recommend this place unless u have no choice. I understand now why they have low rating.

Super helpful. Jacob the pharmacist went out of his way to help me. He got an emergency script fill to help me when I was on the road from out of town.

Excellent customer service at the pharmacy. Was greeted as soon as walking through the doors inside. Very nice and clean store. The OTC meds pricing is fair and the store is well stocked overall. The pharmacist was able to access our out of state scripts and fill them in 20 minutes! Glad our insurance now includes Walgreens once more. These folks rock! This is the second time and location that has come through for us when we traveled this year. Awesome!

It a nice pharmacy.

They should be using the drive up pharmacy exclusively during this virus pandemic. Walking in the store exposes everyone to others who are sick. This is a blatant disregard for the public and especially the elderly. Shame on Walgreens.

Very slow and expensive compared to other pharmacys in Cadillac. the head pharmacist was untrusting with me too and treated me like a junkie also. I would recommend Cadillac family pharmacy instead its way better!

Good place to get meds, service is always great. Prices on goods aside from meds are a bit inflated.

Store is always properly cleaned and stocked, pharmacy quick and considerate, but the head pharmacist is untrusting and will treat you like a junkie if filling a schedule II drug.

The people are impolite in the pharmacy. There is not good customer service here. 👎🏻

I had my prescription with another pharmacy that was charging me 4 times the amount that Walgreens charges me.
