Though I live in Indiana, my son and I happened on this location on the way home from our camping trip in the U.P. Same GREAT coffee and same STELLAR interaction with the GREAT staff. Just like the one in my area at home. Thanks Biggby!

I used to be a huge Starbucks fan had the red bull berry drink will never go back to Starbucks again Big Bs coffee or drink quality is so much better I love it and they also do boggo coffees and so many cool days they have like muffin day!! I absolutely love this place it’s definitely my new coffee shop 😍

Die hard biggby fan and omg they have a drive thru, you can sometimes get coupons in the back of family fare receipts which make the deal even better, amazing coffee tastes oh so good, lots of flavors whether it iced, hot or frozen. love the seasonals like apple cider or sun tan lines, great speedy service and kind staff highly recommend for your next coffee experience

Really great coffee restaurant. They have really cool employees and the assistant manager, (My girlfriend), is the sweetest person around there. I recommend this place to people. Their coffee is legit the best thing to enjoy. If you want something better than gas station coffee, that is the place. Happy coffee searching.

Staff are very nice and service is quick. I just wish there was a diaper changing station available. I always think of biggby as a family friendly establishment and a changing station would only support that idea even more.

Love this place and its wonderful people! I have never been one to buy drinks at coffee houses when I can get stuff Im happy with at any gas station. But we came in on one of there opening days with a great coupon. But then I fell in love with all the wonderful people!

I really like this place with the exception of one thing, and please see the humor in this because I love this place. As you enter and exit the restaurant there is a very loud beeper on the door to let the staff know the door has opened. This is pretty normal, but the staff simultaneously says hello as the beeper is going off and you are still 25 feet away from them. So as I walk in I hear BEEP and HELLO! right at the same time. I like to think I am a friendly person and want to say good morning! but then I have to shout it because I am still twenty feet from the counter. Any chance you could wait until the customer gets a little closer to the counter to greet them? Now that my fun little gripe is out of the way, Ill say again that I like this place a lot. I frequent here, and the staff are very friendly and talkative, and very energetic - probably hopped up on caffeine. - lol. I know I would be if I worked in a coffee shop. Ive heard the owner speak at a couple local events and she is extremely friendly and professional.

Biggby could be bigger than Starbucks but their sales team is lacking. Starbucks teaches sales and customer service, BIGGBY from what i see only teaches the basics. Their is much more to a great cup of coffee than a cup and brown water.

I went here on a whim and although a 16 Oz latte has a rather steep price of $5.50 (w/tax) I have to say the Honey Lavender Latte was delicious (nice little you got this written on the lid, which considering I have a test tomorrow is oddly perfect). Ive never seen lavender as a drink choice and maybe some may think its weird but it was perfect. The honey wasnt overwhelming and the lavender was noticeable but delicate. The staff is friendly and I got a rewards card while there. Oh and it actually smells like coffee (some places are overly sweet); it was perfectly balanced. Nice job Biggby! :-)

An amazing coffee shop with drinks for children also. They also have snacks you can buy there, coffee beans, ground coffee, travel cups and mugs, and coffee flavorings. I love going there when I go out for coffee and the employees are always nice there.

Still our favorite coffee stop in Michigan. Only draw back with this location is just that, location. Easy to miss. But service and product was great.

Horrible service. Was not greeted-not a word was said to me. I asked if she was ready for my order, she nodded. Pretty sure she could speak she just chose not to. While waiting for my drink, one of the other cashiers said the f word. Probably will not be back.

Came for a coffee and a small smoothie. Waited 15-20 minutes for the girls to ignore the drive thru. They didn’t even open it to have me pay or anything. They didn’t start my stuff until after everyone in lobby was gone. Not impressed. We couldn’t stay because we have jobs as well and didn’t think it would take 20 minutes. Probably won’t be back.

We always enjoy stopping at Biggby Coffee, but this Cadillac location was especially friendly. They made great beverages, offered us a Biggby points card. One employee even wrote cute encouraging notes on the coffee lids! Their tip was larger than usual!

Im a frequent Biggby drinker usually from Gaylord or sometimes Traverse City, but got one from Cadillac and was so disappointed! When I pay 7.00 for a drink I want it to be worth it! These girls didnt use enough ice so was super thick so half stayed in blender and they proceeded to fill the rest with whipped cream. I told them I wanted the other half that was left in blender not whipped cream. They looked at me like I was stupid. I was buying $35.00 worth. Never again will I go to that one and Ive NEVER had any problems to the many others Ive been to. Theres a standard to follow, managers need to make sure they are being followed.

Went to this biggby and ended up spending 20 mins waiting in line and bout 10min to order. And by the time we got to the window they didn’t let us know that the credit card machine was down so we needed cash which we didn’t have. If we would of known it was down we wouldn’t of wasted that time in line.
