Only been here once, but my experience was fast and staff was friendly.

The employees who work at this location are the sweetest. I have always been asked how my day was, and my orders have always came quickly. Thank you for being so kind, despite this era of unruly customers.

Was friendly, fast. But my cold coffee was not stirred whatsoever so the first initial sip was awful.

Good coffee, good other drinks, excellent place to study and/or read. If you talk or phone take it outside. Good outdoor seating

Staff was so sweet and reccomended the BEST drinks. We also got the lemon loaf and some cake pops. Overall 10/10 for customer service.

Love the Carmel latte (iced) sweet cream foam with soy milk.. what I like about sb is so many different types of milk that if you dont drink cows milk or allergic to it they have soy milk,coconut milk, and different types of milk so next time someone dont think they can have it because they think sb has only cows milk they dont ask when ordering what they have. Also sb also does sugar free stuff and low fat stuff .Unlike some places that serve coffee they dont have a lot of options but sb does.. Also they sell food .. And breakfast foods .. I highly recommend this place to anyone ..

They had the cup I was looking for which was great. Staff was friendly. Adjusted hours when I was there, but I hope they get back to normal soon.

For the Cadillac store-These guys always make my order right, and the lady working the window when I went today (I think Tammy was her name) absolutely made my day. She was so nice, and I could just about see her big smile through her mask. Great time.

This was the First lame experience I had at this location. My hot coffee was room temperature.

Used to love going here but now there hours have changed. I work at 630am so when they were opened at 6am I had my coffee every morning. There’s no coffee shops around Cadillac area that open at 6am on sundays. Just a suggestion go back to regular hours.

Everything is great except for the straws that are card board type they don’t do good in liquid

I have searched FB and google to find your hours of operation.. When i arrived at the cadillac location it is closed. Posted only on the building that hours of business had changed... Yet this change wasnt posted anywhere on your Google of FB.

Ive been through the drive through at this location multiple times. They have always made my drinks well. I have not had to wait long in the line. The employees have been professional.

I was thrilled to hear they were putting a drive through Starbucks in Cadillac and they do not disappoint. I been there probably over 100 times and have never once had my order messed up, or any rude behavior. The staff is always very friendly and upbeat. Thanks for always doing a great job! I will continue stopping at least 3-4 times a week.

Too bad they close at 3pm now. I used to like stopping after work.

Ordered two very berry hibiscus lemonades unaware they had no berries... Got two clear (and berry-less) drinks and told, “it’s okay they’ll taste the same.”

I don’t like to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but never have I experienced a Starbucks slower than this. Twice it’s taken me 20 minutes to go through the drive through, and then today I placed my online order 20 minutes ahead of time so that I could walk in and pick it up quickly. I have waited another 15 minutes after walking in. 35 minutes to get two drinks. I’ve been late to work 3 days now.

Very fast service. Line was pretty long in the drive thru and it took about 8 minutes to get our order. Good drinks! Order online wasnt working. Not a problem. Just kept the order i wanted from online, still in checkout and ordered what I wanted in drive thru. Sweet treats we ordered were cheese Danish and old fashioned glazed doughnut. The cheese Danish was warm and delicious! The doughnut was okay. Warmed up would have been better. Overall, good experience.

Amazing coffee at good prices. Cups and coffee beans for sale there as well. They have different teas and some food items. Always really fast at getting drinks done and very friendly employees.

Ok, so me and my boyfriend come in there quite regularly and get the mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, the best part?...the chocolate peices (or java chips) on more than one occasion, (over 5, maybe they forget, or probably more accurately, pure laziness) we have gotten them without the java chips. And i can tell u from experience that it is definitely not the same, doesnt taste the same, and to be honest, not very good at all without them. Couldnt even drink mine. Anyway, so my boyfriend goes through the drive thru a half hr ago and when they hand him his drink, he realizes that it doesnt have java chips in it, and asks if he can get them added, and instead of apologizing and adding them, she argues with him that it doesnt change the flavor. WHAT?!? Make it right, do ur job and stop being lazy. We dont pay 6 bucks for a coffee, for it to be made wrong, and then argued with. Wish he had gotten the employees name to be honest. I have made it a point now, to ask when I order if theyre gonna have the java chips in my Frappuccino, and every single time, they sound confused and say if its made right, it will well, someone who works there, obviously doesnt know how to make them, as it happens to us ALL THE TIME. once, I could get over, but, multiple times?!? And if it wasnt for this employees rude behavior, I probably wouldnt even be writing this review. Management should probably have a word with said employee. He came through the drive thru around 430 today. Thank you. Rant over.

How can you ever go wrong with Starbucks? I especially like this location since it is close to home. The manager even called me by name and other employees make friendly conversation about the vehicle I drive or the mountain bike I have on the back, etc. Very personable.

Store needs more road visible signs to identify the lobby being closed.

So went to the Cadillac Starbucks and got there 4 minutes before they closed. They wouldn’t serve me because they said I wouldn’t get to the window until after they closed. There were 3 cars ahead of me. I think it was laziness. They also keep changing there hours. Poor store management.

Went in with my friend to get 2 drinks and no other costumers were in there. one employee in particular made the experience irritating. my drink sat there in the blender after it was done blending for about 2 minutes, while she was talking to other employees (who were off the clock) about non work related topics. my friends drink sat on the counter (finished) for another 2 minutes while she was still not paying attention. she then finally put a lid on it and gave it to her. turned a 5 minute visit into a 10 minute one.

Great place to get a cup of coffee. Very nice atmosphere as well; baristas are friendly, coffee is delicious and nice clean environment there. No issues.

I stopped in several times for the same drink while on vacation (grande mocha, coconut milk, no whip). Every time they got it correct and the taste was consistent every. single. time. I visit a lot of Starbucks and none of them ever come close to this level of consistency in drink taste and quality. (I remembered to write this review because Im drinking the exact same drink from another Starbucks and its too sweet to even finish which made me remember to do this review.)Not sure about all the bad reviews unless it is local people who are unhappy Starbucks is in town. Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile pickup and after waiting 15 minutes inside the location someone finally asked what we were waiting on. They had placed the mobile orders near the drive through window and not in the order ahead section of the counter! My coffee is no longer hot and we never got so much as an apology. Unimpressed.

The coffee can taste a but burnt but they have nice service and decent drinks

Been going awhile and got to know the workers and they are very nice. Some seem to have a little attitude. Been asking for extra strawberries and barely get any or there are none.

Expensive coffee of average quality. Has issues with managing stock as many items are often unavailable. Friendly staff but there are much better coffee places in the area.

PSL is consistent. Always clean inside. The shop manager really takes pride in her shop.

A mile off the interstate. Easy in and out. Excellent service. Front barista was able to suggest an alternative to a half-caff selection

Long drive threw

I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. So I leave the drive thru no cream cheese in the bag with the bagel. Now I go into the store and they tell me they were out of cream cheese. Could you tell me this when I ordered it no, could they tell me this at the drive-through no . So instead I get a half toasted bagel no cream cheese and now has cold butter on it. Not very happy.
