Had a great chance to chat and learn from the owner about my laptop. I had a great experience after my computer dropped and he fixed it within a reasonable price. When something wasnt right when I brought it home he adjusted the issue and explained some further options for us in the future if our laptop caused us more issues. Great guy and very knowledgeable

I had heard bad things in the past, but it has been a few years. Stopped in today and Dale was awesome. Very honest with the women in front of me, knows his computers and does great work. If you are having issues there arent many places I recommend, this is one of the top ones now.

I went in to get my new HP laptop fixed and apparently they can’t get the screen for that device as it’s an HP only product but the guy inside, unfortunately didn’t catch his name, was super helpful with providing me the information for my warranty and who to call at HP and I just wanted to write a nice review because of him :)

Dale was very helpful and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend him and his services to any of my friends. If you have a computer that needs to be fixed or have questions about your computer he is very helpful and his prices are reasonable. Please give this older honest gentleman a try. Been there a few times. Always had good service with a friendly smile. Ive dropped in to buy keyboard and mouse as well. Might have gotten better price (a few cents) at Walmart but Id rather support the small stores that need our bucks more.

I have used Cadillac computers for all of my computer needs for years. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Dale and Jeremiah are the best around! They tell you they will be there for you after you purchase your computer --- and they mean it. I have called from out of state with computer problems and they have taken over my computer by remote, and fixed it! Ive never had additional charges when I have had problems! This is the first time I ever was in this store. I was having trouble with my laptop. The young man working there fixed it in just a few minutes and didnt charge me. He didnt try to sell me anything. Just fixed my problem. Great service! I will go there to buy all my computer related items.

How is it that a town the size of Cadillac (population of about 10,000) has a full-service computer store like Cadillac Computer? Here is my story.I live in Grand Rapids and come to Cadillac to visit friends and for the occasional hunting opportunity. This year I needed to find a solution for my computer needs. I have an Asus laptop that was an upper-end unit 10 years ago. It served me well, but started to show its age with a Windows 7 platform that, for reason of hardware limitations, was not compatible with Windows 10. And the 500GB internal drive was progressively losing capacity.My options were to go to a Grand Rapids box store, to an internet merchant, or to an IT expert at cost in additional to the price for new hardware. I know enough about computers to get myself into trouble or end up purchasing a computer that was less fitting for my business needs.My friend, who is a Cadillac resident, told me of his positive experience with Cadillac Computer. I was coming up for opening season on whitetail. I figured I would give Cadillac Computer a try.I am so glad I did! In short order Dale, the business owner, figured out by asking me questions my computer needs and how I use my computer. He recommended three viable options that fit my budget. By the next day, and after a successful hunt, he had my new Asus notebook computer with a solid state internal drive set up with my principle programs and files transferred. He also had a new, 3X5 inch, external, one-terabit, Sabrent drive for my backup needs ready to go and provided a new external, 5.5 square inch, LG optical drive for my occasion DVD needs. He gave me an hour-and-half of undivided attention to make sure I understood and was comfortable with my new equipment. As an added value, he provided a means in my new computer for him to remotely resolve any unforeseen technical difficulties, since I live in Grand Rapids.
