Clean and nice people who work there

They just lost my business!!I have been going to Admiral for years. I smoke & they have decent pricing for my brand, so I “use to” gas up & get cigarettes for the week. The station on the north end of town was my usual stop, then a new manger came in & couldn’t seem to keep my brand in stock. I started going to the station on the south end as they provided me with good service & my brand was always available until lately that is. 4 weeks in a row.... Not available & I’m done even stopping in here for anything!!

Only putting 5 stars so it gets seen!I prepaid $30 and went outside to pump my gas an it wasnt working so I went back inside an she told me I had already pumped. witch wasnt true my car was still on E and they wouldnt give me my money back or reset the pump. so in the end I ended up having to pay another $30 ($60 in total) for 12/13 gallons of gas😠😠😠I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

Staff is not friendly or professional. I have gone multiple times and usually have good service, however the last two times the service was non-existent. One clerk stayed on her cell phone the entire time she processing my transaction. Today, I purchased a couple of pops which has been 2/$3 but the clerk said it was 2/$3.50. I asked her if the price had increased and she curtly replied that it was 2/$3.50. I then told her the posted signs stated the price was 2/$3. She tore the signs down and said she would give it to me at $3.00 this time. She acted like she was doing me a favor- but stores are required by state law to honor the posted price.

All of a sudden you cant by lottery scratch offs after 2 am? As though I used to work here years ago, and could sell them at any time just couldnt accept them after 2 am if they were winners. Hmmm. Whoever works graveyard shift right now for south admiral needs to read the rules to their guide apparently. Or just simply not work there period. Very disappointed in how awful admiral has become.

I witnessed some despicable behavior by the Assistant Manager (AM) at the Admiral down by Rite Aid on my lunch hour today.A Veteran was looking through the garbage. He spoke to me and I spoke to him, knowing very well that I was going to get some cash out for this man. As he walked toward the building, the AM came out yelling at him in front of all of the customers that he is NOT ALLOWED to go through their trash anymore! Im like, wait...what?First, you dont have to embarrass anyone like that, let alone a veteran looking for cans! Second, again, wait? What? Trash is off limits? Its TRASH!The guy followed her into the store and when he came out, I waved him over to me and handed him some cash and said Im so sorry she just did that to you! She had no right to embarrass you like that. Please accept my apology for her. God bless you!Then, I promptly went inside and asked for the manager. The AM yells back and says, come here, this is the incident I just told you about. I asked how dare she treat a human being like that, let alone a veteran! She said, He knows he is not supposed to go through our trash. I said, I dont care! How dare you treat him like that! The young female manager just stood there with nothing to say. I asked the AM, So who are you anyway? She said Im a home health care worker. I said good for you! He fought for our country or at least went into the service for our freedom to do as we please!Then I told them both I will not buy anymore gas from Admiral again after witnessing what she just did to that man and I will let EVERYONE I know hear how a veteran was treated at that station! Disgraceful behavior!! Neither had a word to say. The AM just shrugged her shoulders.I will be contacting Admirals corporate office as well. If this is how Admiral treats the downtrodden, I will not be a customer of theirs!

Fantastic people to buy your gas from they have motor oil and cigarettes and potato chips and pop you cant ask for anymore

Absolutely dreadful. Bathrooms are NEVER cleaned, staff is always in a bad mood, and it seems like everything is always Out Of Order. On top of that, as of late, lines seem to be moving much slower and no one seems to know what they are doing. Shame.

This am needs to be fired wont let a veteran get cans out out garbage this is bs with everyone that comes in there to buy stuff ur gunna lost alot ur job and the the store

I visit this place every time I go to Cadillac the people are very nice and eager to help also a great place to purchase tobacco at a cheaper price

Ive been going to Admiral for the last 8 years mostly to buy my cigarettes. A friend of mine told me she buys Montclair for 4.50 a box at Midway Market. I run in Admirals to see if they carry them and they sure do. AT $6.40 a box!!!!! I check the price at Marathon and they also carry Montclair for $4.50. What the heck is wrong with Admiral that they charge $2.00 more for the same darned thing? I will drive the extra 2 blocks from now on.
