I was incredibly impressed with the customer service provided by Chris! He was able to answer my questions and give me an accurate estimate to replace my muffle and tailpipe. This is THE most amazing muffler shop Ive ever been to by far. No joke. Chris helped me and not only solved my problem easily, but educated me on what was really wrong with my car, unlike the 3 other places I went to who quoted me at over $700. Chris fixed my issue for $47.99. Honest, straightforward, and more than fair. Additionally, any question I have they answer. Nobody wants to need a mechanic. But, if you have the need of what R&R offers, they are open, honest, fast and efficient. If I gotta spend the money, its been with them multiple times.

Chris was alone today when I brought my Durango in for a catalytic converter. He gave me a ride home so I wouldnt have to call a cab. He was very honest and upfront about everything he was going to do with my vehicle. The price was awesome,,very affordable. Will always be doing my business with them in the future

We brought my car in to get the brakes replaced and had a great experience working with Chris. Another repair shop gave us a quote that was two and a half times as much as R & R charged. So we saved money and the work was done well. We would highly recommend using this company.

My 09 Forester was making a very loud rumbling/fluttering noise and I was smelling fumes in my car. Fearing the worst I called R&R muffler and spoke to Chris. Chris was awesome was able to get me within 30 minutes. Turns out the bolts on my muffler were loose and I was missing a couple as well! Chris took care of this in less than 15 minutes. My car now sounds like new and I no longer smell fumes inside. I feel that another muffler shop might have taken advantage of me $$$$, but R&R is an honest shop. Thank you Chris and R&R Muffler for putting my mind at ease.

Great service. Nice guys. Went in for a muffler and tailpipe replacement. Very fair price. 45 minutes later I was driving away with a new muffler and tailpipe.

Took our 89 Chevy truck in there for a muffler replacement and possible pipe repair/replacement. They got us right in, but we still figured itd be at least a couple of hours, so we left the truck. Within less than an hour, though, it was already done. They had inspected it and said our pipes were fine, so they just put on a new muffler. The price was outstanding - we expected it to cost more. Very pleased with the work and the honesty of the owner/staff at R&R.We have a 65 El Camino, and now I know where Im going to take it when it comes time to put an exhaust system on her.

They do good work but their prices are outta line.was charged 160.00 for 12 ft of exhaust pipe. I had my own mufflers and they charged 100.00 to install them. Almost 300.00 for a very small job. I will never be back.

Awesome service, great price. I needed a muffler for my daughters car, called and got quoted a price. I showed up and it took about 30 mins to take off the old one and put on a new one, price was exactly what he quoted on the phone. Would definitely do business here again!

Went there to get a small, maybe 6 inch piece of pipe bent to finish the exhaust on my wifes Can Am Spyder. Ol boy tells me, Im not a motorcycle mechanic, I dont think I wanna do it.I wasnt asking for a free deal, I had cash. This is the second experience like this from R&R.Guy had no cars in the shop. He is not interested in working.

They replaced my catalytic converted for hundreds less than the franchises quoted me. It took only a couple hours (maybe even less than that) from start to finish, and its held up well.

Had a blown out muffler and was replaced and welded in about 20 min. and the price was verry resonable
