Amazing Place with great games for the PS4 which I really hope to get the PSt when it comes out because they have great games for that console.

Of course theres a great selection and they are always stocked. The service is great and you have to remember, its not the employees who make the rules and set prices. So dont get mad at them for what they can offer you for things or prices on the products and services.

Always my “go to” spot for physical copies and video game accessories. Manager is always helpful, was quick to keep his promise when bought my Xbox series X on launch.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. My son bought an expensive headset for his PS4 for over $100. We purchased the Game Stop extended warranty as well. After three days the headset was disconnecting randomly and unsatisfactory. Many other complaints from customers re this model.We approached Gamestop within three days re the defective unit and they said they didnt have any in stock to replace it with but would be getting in more so for us to keep checking in with them. This was June 5th, 2020. After nearly a month of waiting, I called the store and was told by a key-holder that we were beyond our exchange timeframe because they will only exchange within seven days. I argued that we tried to exchange the unit but bc they had no inventory we were unable to do so. I was told to continue waiting for more inventory. I asked for a cash refund and was told I could receive a cash refund less 30%. So $30! What? I am following your own refund policy and yet I am being punished because you cant support your own policy by replacing the unit? I declined this offer.I went in the next day and spoke to the manager directly and was told he would order a unit for me. This was three weeks ago and no one has been in contact with us. I called today (August 28th!) and was told Game Stop will likely not get any more of these units in as it is now listed on their site as unavailable. I then stated I feel a refund is in order because the unit is defective and Game Stop hasnt been able to fulfill their own replacement policy. I was told to call back tomorrow because this person on the phone has no authority to help me.Great. Thanks Game Stop.Future ex-customer.

Update- The guy working was pretty rude. Acted like I was an idiot for trying to find a copy of monster hunter without a preorder. Will probably go to a different gamestop or buy online. Had very little in stock at the time. (Granted thats not normal.)

I may not always shop for games here, but the customer service is more than eager to please your gaming needs. Im not basing this review on trade ins or sell backs cause thats the guys up top making things weird. There are times games are priced much lower than Wallmart.

I placed an order for pick up & pre-paid. I come in to pick it up & am told I have to be refunded because it was being held for someone else even though I already paid & was present to pick it up. The item I ordered is not being sold at any other location or any other store in the area. Unfair treatment.

Couldnt be more disappointed. Walked in the get a switch for my son. I had a couple question about what would be needed to get him setup. The TWO employees would not stop to help me, and I was the only one in the store. They just refered me to the ad on the counter. The website was more helpful. I found better assistance at walmart:(

As a gamer, this place is almost like my second home! I had gone in for a screensaver for my new Nintendo switch. Everything was perfect, and the Staff was super nice!

For years we stopped shopping at anywhere but online. we have been going in and the guys have been amazing. ordering things for us, and letting us know when there is something we want coming out. they go above normal customer service.

My kid and i frequently trade games here and their helpful when trying to guide me to the correct games.

I bought a new copy of Steep for X1, and it didnt have the download code in it. I realize this isnt the stores fault and they offered to swap it out for me. The problem is the store is 125 miles away from me and I dont get there often. Hopefully they will honor the swap when I get down there soon. Ill update this review once I get back down there.

Just bought myself a pre-owned Wii U. Very happy with it so far. It was professionally boxed and the warranty is straightforward. I made the mistake of getting a (defective) Wii U from a pawn shop a few days ago, never doing that again. The sales associate, Brandon, was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location!

The website said they take retro consoles with or without the controller and cords so I spent a bunch of gas going all the way over there finally got through the line and they told me they cant take the systems bc the controllers were work out. they r going to be wore out they r RETRO systems duh.

So INCREDIBLY UPSET!!!!!! My ex husband bought my son a headset w/ warranty. We ALWAYS purchase the warranty! The headset broke, they wouldnt replace it because he didnt have the receipt, even though they could see he purchased the wsrranty in the computer. Today my son and his father go into the stire to get a replacement on a headset I JUST purchased for him.....they tell him there is no history of a warranty and that his box would have a sticker on it. I find my receipt, they didnt charge me for the warranty. I bought MORE than the $129 dollar headset so I didnt notice at the time of purchase. I had a 5 minute discussion with tge sales associate on WHY I always buy the warranty......WOW JUST WOWIts Best Buy from NOW ON! A letter to corporate with store numbers and names.

The girl who works here, Hailey I believe is her name, is rude and argumentative everyone I come in. She also isnt knowledgeable about the merchandise. I will not be returning to this particular GameStop ever.

I recently had the best experience Ive ever had at any Gamestop🎮🛑! Quick version is, I had reserved 3 games at another location (Boise Mall Gamestop👎), Kyle, the employee at the Caldwell Store, called to have them transferred at my request, the other store gave him the 3rd degree👮‍♂️, he finally told the other store, thats what the customer wants and U need to do it 😠! I had a bundle for the upcoming Spiderman🕷 game reserved, which meant the game was transferable but the bundle items were not, he told me, Dont worry I wont make U go back to that store, I will have them ship it from that store to this one🤗. How freakin awesome😁, this is Customer Service, this is how customer retention happens, through great Customer Relations👍! Nice work Kyle👏!
