Horrible experience. Super long, doesn’t tell you all the details. Makes a mistake and blames the customer. Wouldn’t recommend it.
My wife and I started with Metro in portland but never got everything we paid for with our service. Stopped in at this location in Nampa and explained to the csr what the problem was and he fixed it for us immediately.
Great service Maria helped process our warranty without any trouble. Also very knowledgeable of products and service!
Went to one metro store and they did not help me much. Told me to go to another store. And the store i went to gave me excellent customer service.I got my phone stolen and they helped me walk through the steps i needed to get done so the guy who stole it couldnt use it.Edgar was a associate i talked with. Very helpful and very friendly.
This location charges more than what the website states. They add accessories stating they are included with the phone purchase, but actually charge you for it without telling you. They also added the premium security package for an additional $10 a month without asking. I saw this on my account when I logged in and cancelled it as soon as I saw it. They dont tell you line by line what is being charged and then argue with you when you try to dispute it afterwards. When they did give me some of the charges verbally, they never stated the phone case was extra. I did not get a receipt and was told the next day it was because the printer was broken. The Manager is rude and will not assist in anyway, other than telling you, you knew exactly what you were getting and paying for and included with the phone means you are paying for it and we do things different than what the website says. She also stated she knew exactly what was discussed even though she wasnt there. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They are dishonest and will sneak fees and costs in wherever they can. They will also refuse to give. you the phone deals and make you pay full price. Unfortunately, there is no course of action for the buyer as no other store nor the corporate number can help resolve the issue. Beware of this location. I should have slowed down to take the time to get all the information before paying. I wouldnt be in this situation if I did. They need training in Customer Service skills and be willing to work with the customer instead of arguing and denying any wrong doing. I just hope the service is better than the customer service they provide, otherwise I will take my business elsewhere.
This is my review of the employees at the location NOT FOR METRO PCS BY T MOBILE COMPANY OR SERVICES!!A few days ago I went into the Caldwell location to inquire about their plans and pricing if I switched from Verizon to Metro. The Customer service was Excellent. Maria was engaging and very friendly. There were a few hiccups as far as the amount of time it took to set up my account and ordinarily I might have been put off by that but the employees were doing their best and so much fun to chat with that I just could not be bothered to be bothered.However!! That is where my 5 star review ENDS! I am trying to be patient considering it’s been less than a week and keeping in mind that not even Verizon could offer up perfect call connections inside my house and definitely did not offer a true affordable unlimited everything plan, I will hold off on my final opinion of the services provided by Metro PCS by TMobile for now. I will say this, regardless of how friendly or approachable the staff at any Metro location make sure you ask or otherwise verify the end price and plan because what I was told and what I received ended up very different.
