One star is too generous for this place. Went to pick up my order Wednesday evening, their online hours state they are open until 8pm. When I arrived they were closed. So I stopped in on Thursday afternoon and was told they didnt have my order. Stood outside in 100 degree weather as they dont allow customers in the store. They refused to look up the order or give any customer assistance. They dont answer their phone, no text, no email, so my order is held hostage.

This store is the absolute worst store to ever go to poor customer service rude staff I advise everybody to avoid rising up lately if this is the Kind of customer service that they are going to give.We went in to check up on something. First off we were completely and totally ignored by all staff including the store manager then when we asked about the issue the staff told us they will not help us the store manager said he will not help us and then Rudy told us to get out of his store

No one allowed inside the building. Cant pay with a check. Same story with changing mailing address. Did it in stores 6 months in a row, sent the change in with my coupon and check 3 times, still no change after 6 months. Changed it online and keeping my fingers crossed for it to be changed. Customer service sucks. They just want you to buy and use the service.

Ordered a phone through Verizon. Verizon support said it was at the location nearest my house. Go to the authorized retailer and they deny having the phone I ordered. Was a seven day process to get a replacement phone elsewhere, after I learned my lesson. Go to these guys if you really hate yourself.

My sons Galaxy notebook broke down, we needed a new phone fast! but they dont have any phone for sale! They have no idea when they are getting more inventories. Unbelievable! I also did not like the way the guy talked to me. I know that it is closing time, but I am still a valued customer.

I went here to see about my available upgrade. The guys working were not very friendly and had little knowledge of Verizon products and services. When the guy helping me told me I had to buy an accessory bundle if I upgraded in stores the older gentleman in the store agreed and said that ALL Verizon stores are requiring this now. I promptly left and went to the corporate store in Nampa where the guys helping me there confirmed what I already knew, that Verizon does NOT require customers to purchase accessory bundles, that these guys were just trying to make money off of me. I would not recommend this location. Drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the corporate store.

This store listed their hours as open until 8pm here and on the Verizon app but all lights were out when I arrived at 7:30pm. I was referred here by the Nampa store because they didnt have any more of my new phone in stock but this store did. This resulted in me not getting the new phone I wanted to get before my trip plus 45 minutes wasted driving clear out there and back.

Had a great experience at the Caldwell Verizon store. We had bought our grandson a phone and needed a screen protector and rubber case. It was a phone no longer sold and I wasn’t even sure what style it was. Jesse looked it up and while he put the glass protector on was able to order a case. So personable....even through his mask! Thank you Jesse!!

I was in desperate need for a replacement phone and ran down to my local Verizon store with 10min left till closing. I explained what I needed and the gentleman there told me not to worry, that he would take care of the situation, and get me back on my feet. I apologized over and over for coming in that late and he joked and made me feel that much better. The whole experience was quick and easy. I will go back to that location and recommend them to any Verizon customer.

I would have to say this stands as the single best customer service experience Ive ever had. Without going into all the details, Jesse spent over two hours on the day I upgraded my IPhone and service, including detailed explanations of the new device and service and problem solving on the data transfer. The next day, I stopped by for assistance with a problem of my doing on the new and old phones, and Jeff, the manager, spent another two hours with me troubleshooting issues well above and beyond expectations, and never gave up when I was ready to mail it in. Cant say enough positive about this locations team and the leadership of Jeff. Loyal customer for life. Thank you.

Great customer service, the employees at this Victra really strive to make sure you know what youre getting and to answer any and all questions. They are happy to find a great deal for their customers. We couldnt be happier with our experience at this Victra. We had questions days later, and they were so accommodating to answer them instead of pushing us off on Verizon customer service. We will definitely be back in the future, and we are MORE than happy with our devices and plan.And I will say, we did have a out of the ordinary situation. I wasn’t ready to trade in my phone on the day we came in (when there was a trade in deal going on) and transferred all our lines from AT&T, so we got in touch with Verizon chat to see if it was still possible to do less than a week later. They said it was, we had 30 days to do it. We went into the Victra store to do it, but they didn’t think it was possible and didn’t want to mess up our trade in (which is fair, and I appreciate them not doing something that might have gone wrong). They told us to try the corporate store, so we did. That store thought it might be possible, but they were afraid to screw it up too, so they had us call Verizon customer service. Verizon customer service was unsure at first, but found the available offer on our account and their manager taught them how to do it. They had us go back to Victra in Caldwell, and they walked them through the trade in, and assured all of us that the agent would make the needed adjustments. Two weeks later (middle of the holiday season!), and the trade in promotion has been applied to our account just as it should— in large part to Shane and Chris from the Victra store working hard to make sure nothing went wrong on Victra’s end, and Elizabeth Chaplin from Verizon Customer service. Above and beyond! Thanks!

Edited:Management spent two hours working with my wife on fixing the issue. The issue was caused by them so, while I may be upset that it took multiple visits and finally a 2 hour time period to fix, at least management had the decency to continue working with my wife instead of sending her off to call *611 to have someone else take care of the issue. I won’t give them a 5 star review because no authorized retailer has the capacity or capability to provide 5 star service. Personally, I will always avoid a retailer because they are not equipped to deal with problems that are bound to arise, as is an actual Verizon store. I say this after having been a corporate Verizon rep for two years. However, my opinion should not be your guide. The choice is yours. I just wanted to remove such a negative review I had left. They didn’t deserve a 1 star review.

I went in for help with my phones camera and the customer service was horrible. The guy basically made me feel dumb through his tone and remarks. He also said my pin was incorrect for my account so I had to leave. But I went to the meridian location and they solved the issue in less than 5 minutes (and my pin was correct the first time). Overall it seems like the Caldwell location just has incompetent employees.

I walked out of the store after less than 5 minutes. The clerk was rude and seemed not very willing to help. If I am to spend $1000 on a phone I would like to pick it up and see if will fit in my pocket. Very hard to do with all of the phones locked up with a huge metal security device attached to them.

Beware! This company is not a Verizon company. It is a private company authorized to sell Verizon services. Not impressed with the store manager. Very condescending and rude. Tried to call an owner to report the behavior through Verizons customer service line but never got a call back from anyone. I will definitely stick to going to the Verizon owned stores in the future.

Went into the store to get some help with my Verizon service. Asked to get my new iPhone set up with two phone lines, I knew it was possible from Verizon’s own website. The rep was smug and told me it couldn’t be done. Additionally, he told me “Do you believe everything your read on the internet.” Went home called Verizon customer support and got done what I needed.

To start they were great. Slow but good. Switched 4 phones over and was told that there was a rebate for each phone I brought over. $150-250.00 per phone. Was sent the email with rebate info by representative that helped. I filed accepeted then they were rejected because i was a business account. Not told this when signed up. I called Verizon to find thar put.they were to call me jack. That was the last of March. I went in to the store to get help and the representative called the manager. He told me that yes it would work with business account . I asked for his help to deal with Verizon and he went in to how i should of bought phones there and that they write off a lot of expense when you sign up as business. Itold him I realize that but could he help. He just kept saying same thing 3-4times he did finally say he could call and ask what was going on. Still have had no call back from them and no solutions. If your representative tells you something i feel like the manager should stand up and help
