I got a phone from there as a gift. At first the phone was working fine. Then 3 days after the phone locked on me I went back. They then gave me another phone which started turning on and off going crazy I finally went back again then they told me they don’t have anymore of the phones I bought that I would have to downgrade or pay the difference for a newer phone. At this point I got my money back and went somewhere else to get my phone. Rimos on federal

Good place for electronics, music systems, phones, a variety of things. Only problem is the females and younger guys that work there never wanna negotiate on prices, unlike the older guys who will definitely negotiate with you and sometimes give good discounts. I think the phones are a bit on the expensive side but other than that we (husband & I) are regular customers when it comes to buying things for our music system and phones.

Lacks knowledge, poor customer services it takes 5 business days to do a screen repair instead of 45min. Representatives lacks the initiative to help or provided information on purchase services.

This store is great. I love to go there. The people are friendly. The store is very convenient from buying stuff like car stereo sounds, paying your bills, buying phone & they help you with installation too, musical instruments & much more. Now this is what you call a bodega. It has everything. You cant get a sandwich but you can get chips and a soda while you pay some bills or get your phone fixed. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

Luis records is a great place its not far from the house they have all of our electronic needs its great for a Western Union which is from the time they open till the time they close at 9 at night you can either receive or send money there which is great for family emergencies very friendly service everybody there is very nice.
