I only gave them one star so I could do the review. The two women in the store today were NASTY. If you want a ghetto attitude this is the store for you. The vocally made fun of every question I had and told me to go to another location. Not only will I do that now I will not give ANY metro my business. Its a shame this ghetto location would employee such nasty workers that are losing business. Read all the other reviews, this location is trash

Bought my stylo 4 there 2 weeks ago tomarrow. But the flash stopped working so i went there for help. The lady the looked it over had long sharp nails that scracked up my lower left coner og my screen only to tell me that the phone had to be taken to the main office in cherry hill she claimed that the office didnt have a number (found the number on google maps)Long story short i went home and fixed it my selfThir only good for taking ur money and over chargeing you for the same phone you can get cheaper.
Other than thei r corporate stores they are complete idiots when it comes to do even the smallest of tasks or problems they refer you to a corporate store. So why call them authorized dealers?...they cant even trouble shoot issues. I dislike metro a lot, Im seriously thinking about going to another company...if they cant fix my new issue with them Im going to go back to a real phone company
I’ve never met anyone so miserable as the unkept bob cut who served me yesterday. Disinterested, confrontational, and ultimately turned me off from spending my time and money with them.I had to ask her to please calm down and stop being frustrated that I did not understand how to activate a phone, because that is why I came into the store to ask the questions. When I asked about buying a new iPhone she didn’t get up to show one to me or explain models or pricing. I had the cash and desire, but she barely looked up.***I know I don’t know, that’s why I came in to spend my money and ask for help! Don’t yell at me, don’t be short with me, and take me the time to explain ...how you make consumers FEEL is as important as any other service you can provide as a retail worker, and I hope you get further training.***Ended up sitting in the car out front of here after being so completely turned off by the attitude & calling metropcs phone support to help me (they understood the issue, walked me through the steps, waived all charges, resolved within minutes! Don’t bother in store.)
I walked into this location and asked the clerk if they had a tempered glass screen protector for the ZTE ZMAX PRO. She said she did, took my payment, and quickly began opening the packaging and installed it on my phone. I then noticed she had installed a screen protector for an LG Aristo that is an inch smaller. She said she could not do anything since she had installed it and said it was a misunderstanding. She purposely lied for no reason what soever. Will never trust this location again.

Their the rudest sales representatives ever. ESPECIALLY THE FEMALE EMPLOYEE. SHE HAD AN INSTANT ATTITUDE TOWARDS MY PARTNER then denied her help with her phone
