I used to go here all the time when Bill was managing the shop, never had any problems with suspect charges. End of 2020 I was told that I needed my brakes done. I didnt get it done the first time I was notified, price quoted was like $600. I went back a month later intending to get it done that day. This time the price quoted was $1,100. I looked up the price of brakes (high end, front and rear). Parts alone if I purchased myself would have totaled $300 tops!! How did we go from $300 to $1,100??? So, I asked whats your labor rate? They said something outrageous. I called BMW down the street just to compare, their labor rates were cheaper. Papa didnt raise no fool!!! Im out!!!
Visited for a recall on my vehicle and because I said my car needed a gas cap because my dashboard light was indicating the need I was sold a $30 gas cap. I paid because I thought by it being a Chrysler dealer purchasing the cap from them would take care the problem. It did not and they will not refund me my $30. Needless to say I will never go back to this location for a free tune up. They cant ever get any of my time and damn sure not my money. Ray was not very nice at all!
The service is very slow. I walked into the parts department only to see the employee look at me then back at the computer. Waited another 15 minutes before asking for help. Customer service 0 out of 5. Better off buying online.
It seems that they used a process of elimination to try and diagnose and fix my vehicle, and in the end they still never did fix what was wrong with it. They found other issues with it which they did fix, and I am grateful for that, but after having to take my car to them several times for the original problem, and not getting that problem resolved, I ended up having to go to another business to get my car repaired. This was very costly, because I was unable to use my extended Jeep warranty with this other place since they were not a Jeep dealership. What is the point of purchasing this extended warranty if I still have to pay full price out-of-pocket at another repair shop, because Jeep was unable to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it? This other repair shop diagnosed the problem within a couple hours and had it fixed that day. I did not have to keep taking my car back to them. They told me the problem was obvious and that Jeep shouldve been able to easily figure it out and fix it. The only good thing with the employees at the Jeep dealership was that they were ALL very nice and pleasant.
****Interim Rating as of June of 2021 and during The COVID-19 Global Pandemic: I placed multiple frantic/panic calls here after my HOA threatened to levy a huge Monetary Fine against me because for unknown reasons, something has caused my car alarm to go off all times of the day and night even when I’m driving and while it’s parked in our garage. The last two Technicians I spoke with here really helped to ease my mind I made an appointment. My HOA later granted me a temporary extension as far as being Fined after I told them about my appointment here to diagnose the problem. I will update this post and rating (if necessary and appropriate) asap after my appointment.
The service requires appointments for even services such as oil changes. This information is only provided if you call the dealer service department. The information should be listed somewhere else (i.e. website, signage).
The only bright spots were the parts department and sales department. The service department was horrible and leave something to be desired. Smdh.
The one young man that was taking care of all of the clients was diligent, courteous and kept me informed during the wait.
I must say,I had a good experience.

Terrible Customer Service...Rude...Tool it there for a simple window motor and regulator replacement and was rold that the window switch needed replacement also...Window switch did not need to be replaced tried to charge Me $1,100 for the repair...Said no thank you and they charge Me over $230 for a diagnostic fee...
Extremely long wait. Waited an hour before asking was someone going to speak with me. Other service personnel just having personal conversations. Do not go here, spend the extra time and go to Waldorf or Virginia.

My experiences at the service department have been horrific. They are terrible. Ill take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube, or drive totally out of my way to another dealership, before I patronize this location again. I asked an employee what was the purpose of scheduling an appointment? Only to get a response that it garantees that my vehicle would be seen that day, even if it literally meant all day. This is totally unacceptable customer service. My previous visit was equally as bad. My daytime running lights were working fine until I received service from them, and then they had the nerve to say I would have to pay for them to fix. Even after I repeatedly expressed that they were working fine before they serviced it. They are a rip off mainly focused on money, not customer service, and although they have survived for quite a while at this location, they might want to consider there future, because if this behavior continues they will eventually dissolve.

Some of the staff are Very unprofessional disrespectful and dont honor schedule appointments.... They make you sign in and take there sweet time to call your name for assistance.... I have waited 3 hours for a simple oil change... The time is now 11:06am I have been here since 8am Im still waiting as I speak right now.
As an owner of a successful garage, I can tell you my story is true. My vehicle broke down in their area, which for me, was over 100 miles away from home. They told my engine was shot. I had the vehicle towed back to our garage, and our mechanics found it just needed timing replaced. So, $100 in parts & 6 hours of labor, its good as new. Whether they wanted to sell me and engine replacement, or a new jeep, Im not sure- but I am sure glad I didnt stick around to find out.

This is the worst place to go for service, my vehicle has been in for more than 12 weeks, they have no clue on how to operate with my warranty company my warranty company has called them everyday this week and the service advisor has no clue that they called, they have left messages i have left messages it is so bad that i just have to get a ride to go there just to be told some bs to my face, i just want my vehicle repaired and i will never ever go there again in my life for anything!

Arrived at 7:55 am and left at 10:15 am just for a flat tire which cost me an outrageous $56.00 to plug a nail puncture almost half the price of a new tire. Labor is ridiculous.Next time l will go to Pep Boys
I have a 2016 Chyrsler 300 and had my vehicle serviced (oil change) a few times at this location. The first time I went & signed in at the front desk and was not seen for a good 15-20 minutes. Employees walking back and forth pass the sign in sheet. Then it took another 20 minutes after my vehicle was serviced for someone to say your car is ready. I gave them another chance and the second visit went pretty smoothly. So, on my latest visit they held my car for two days, after having an appointment, stating they were backed up (mismanagement) only to say they could not fix my issue. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS UNPROFESSIONAL & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN & I LIVE LITERALLY 5 MINUTES AWAY. I WOULD RATHER GO OUT MY WAY TO HAVE PROFESSIONAL & GENUINE SERVICE.

I didnt like their service the 1st time I went. Take too long, before someone ask if they can help you. Very poor customer service. If you want to get an oil change or rotation of tires, save the aggravation and go to Darcars New Carrollton or jiffy lube.
