I had a less than stellar experience for my first oil change at this location. I usually get my car serviced in Bowie. I stood for a while waiting for an advisor to greet and get me started. My initial maintenance package was over and I had to inquire about purchasing another care package because my advisor failed to do so. Thank goodness they have plenty of Toyota care signs posted everywhere.I returned a week later due to concerns about my brakes. Nick Kennedy noticed I was waiting and immediately checked me in. He gave me an estimate on how long the service might take, and sat down with me to explain the results very thoroughly. He was amazingly professional and down to earth. Nick is the reason I will continue to come back to Camp Springs for service! Thank you!!
Passport Toyota service center values their customers and knows how to treat them well.After terrible experiences with my previous service center, I had low expectations but Passport Toyotas customer service blew me away. No wait for an advisor, nice spacious waiting room NOT full of people (and shaded outdoor seating available), when the wait was longer than projected they offered me a complimentary uber to my home and back (rentals available if needed), and they washed my car without me asking! I cant get back the time Ive wasted giving my business to my previous service center, my only regret is that I put up with it for so long. Suffice to say, I am beyond relieved I found Passport Toyota service center.

I always feel comfortable at Passport Toyota when Lamone is there. He always explains exactly what I need done. Everyone is always so professional, this time I went in for an oil change and came out with brand new car at a way better interest rate them I had on my former vehicle. My salesman, Samuel Frempong bent over backwards to find me the car I wanted. He and Manager Mike Quinn made sure I got the $1000 rebate. Stephanie had me sign the contracts and coordinated with the DMV to take care of the transfer of tags and title. I highly recommend Passport Toyota for a pleasant purchasing experience!
The service was exceptional. They were ready to take my car in on time as it was scheduled beforehand. TaDaryle Kept me informed throughout my stay there. I returned there the following week based on to TaDaryle’s Recommendation that I needed 4 new tires and additional filters for my car. I have a loaner car for the day, but fortunately my car was available for pick up on the same day.
I went in for a maintenance,And Steve Allamby help me out,he is very polite and knowledgeable about my car.it was quick and with all this virus I got a text message sent from phone and details telling me know what is going on with my Toyota.and also he inform me about how long I got to change my oil and my tires.I truly recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to get good quality customer service and quick service..I didn’t need an appointment..👏👍🏼

Was here in January to fix my wheel alignment and back again after just 4k miles, the manager telling me I have to fix the alignment again. Thats is very poor and someone didnt do their job in the first place.

The WORST customer service i have received in my life; my brand new corolla 2019 die in the street; it had 3 recalls, every time i call no one has answers for me, my car is been there for months and that is fine but i want to know why; they have hang up in my face twice simply because my agent is not available. One time My agent was there and she put me on hold once for an hour because she was busy, and then she says to call me back like always, but she never did; is horrible.
Worst service experience ever! I wanted on a shuttle during the height of rush hour for an hour and no one seem to care.
