I am writing on behalf of my friend Donna who had work done at her house by this company. She had to call to see where they were, they were not on time.When they showed up they had someone waiting outside in a car while they did the work. Very unprofessional.The workmanship was poorly done not the correct size. They were going to leave it incorrect until she called their company and then they went to get new materials to fix the job. She was not told that when the sun hits the sample that it will be the color she chose.. Very disappointed with this company and all the unnecessary stress and run around.The receptionist was rude. She treated my friend like she was incompetent. My friend does not recommend this company to anyone.

I had new carpet with double padding installed about 4 year ago. after the first year, i had to have them come back as the carpet was pulling away from the baseboard. i had not had the carpet cleaned. the problem now is welts probably from the padding. the carpet does not look smooth. i kept thinking eventually this would go away. but it hasnt. i had difficulty communicating with the original installer as he didnt speak english. ive never had problems like this with carpet. i will never use or recommend this company.

Called for an appointment-got one 2 weeks later, they called to confirm appointment the day before...1hour before the actual appointment time they called me to cancel it. They asked if I wanted to reschedule another one, I said No
