I bought a large sectional sofa here about three years ago, and Im still very pleased with the purchase. It has held up very well to the last three years of use and its still the centerpiece of the room where it lives.The shopping experience I had at Rose Design was one of the nicest Ive ever had for furniture. The salespeople were very informative and offered lots of options but did not pressure me at all.They offered an extraordinary level of customization: I was able to mix and match different shapes from different couches, choose my own material and color, and even shorten the depth of the entire couch by an inch to accommodate my most comfortable sitting position.Highly recommended. Best thing i ever did was get a sofa from these folks. Friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable, no pressure, and a miracle of a sofa. I had spent months trying to find a tightback sectional and didnt think our budget could accommodate a custom design. Rose Design came through on all points: quality, delivery, fit, warranty, price. Even the upholstery they recommended was genius. We love it and the cats have no interest whatsoever in going anywhere near it. If you need the sofa in your head, not the one at the dept store, Rose Design can hook you up.

Very Poor Quality for an expensive Sofa. We ordered Sofa and two Side Chairs with high firmness. The firmness in 1 year has deteriorated so much as if no firmness is left. The tufted buttons are coming out . Thought its just one occurence but it the buttons came out from 2 different locations and other one is almost coming out . Dont buy the poor quality with expensive price tags . Posting the pictures of tufted buttons. Thought the firmness and quality will last atleast for 3 years but with in 1 year is unacceptable :-(

My sectional looks great but it squeaks when people sit down and get up. I was told of a lifetime warranty, but Ray and his company did not come through for me. What an embarrassment and disappointment.

I just moved to San Jose and had to get some furniture ASAP. The customer service at Rose Furniture was awesome, they spent a lot of time with me, going through tons of catalogs to get me exactly what I wanted. I ordered a Zurich Queen Bed, the delivery and assembly was very prompt. The bed looks awesome in my bedroom, a dark cherry, low platform, similar to japanese style. I recommended the store to my neighbor who also just moved in and he got a bed as well.

Mixed feeling. The sofa I bought was longer than advertised but worked out. The pillows were not as firm as expected. Follow up has been a problem.
