If I could give zero stars I would. Do not trust the majority of the staff members in this dealership. 35 point inspection is more like 5. I trusted this dealership to complete a thorough inspection at each of my appointments. Which was apparently never completed but always checked off on all of my receipts. So glad that I no longer have that vehicle and no longer have to step foot in such an untrustworthy business.

Never answer their phone, incredibly behind in service requests, constant fire fighting mode. They are short on staff, but they have had these problems for months, you have to figure it out. Pay more, train better, prioritize better, work harder than passively hiring. Management is failing. Feel bad for the employees working so hard to hold this place together.

This week I bought a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid from Vision Hyundai in Canandaigua. This is my second Hyundai purchased from Vision Hyundai in Canandaigua and the only word to describe my experience is exceptional. Eddie respected my time and treated me with respect along with answering any questions I had leading up to the purchases of the new car and is still answering my questions about how to use features.

When you want to find an example of a salesmen giving great customer service you cant go any farther than Aaron. He takes the time to listen and follow through. I started my car search by calling all of the local dealerships and asking them if they had any of the vehicles I was looking to test drive on their lots. Some did not have anyone available to come to the phone. Others did not have what I was looking for and did not listen to what I was saying. When I called Vision Hyundai I was immediately greeted by the Manager, Massimo who heard me out. He asked all the right questions about what I needed and why. He was able to recommend a vehicle that would meet my criteria at a better price range than I imagined. I came in for a test drive where I was introduced to Jill Haddock. She was amazing right from the start. Within minutes she had us behind the wheel ready to test drive a car with absolutely no waiting around. When we were happy with the first car, but I had a few concerns she heard me out. She cared about what I wanted. She returned immediately with car that met all my criteria. It was still an important decision for us. We took a week to finalize the purchase. Jill was the best. She was patient, caring, and fun to be around. The entire Team treated us like family that week. Sales Manager Joseph was a big help, making sure we understood everything we were moving forward with. They worked with us to make sure we were getting everything we needed. They were able to get us amazing rates on our financing. When it was time to do the final paperwork, Zachary made it a pleasant and stress-free experience. All and all the team here was unparalleled in their dedication to helping our family and the experience was amazing. I can not recommend them enough.

This is my first Hyundai - I got a sporty looking Red one. Alex went out of his way working with us trying to find just the right fit for my husband and I. We started with the Tuscon but found the Santa Fe gave us the comfortable room that we were looking for. All of the bells and whistles certainly helped too. I would like to have more experience with them before finalizing a review, but so far everything has been excellent, and the fact that I am eager to work with them more speaks volumes to me. Sales was easy, low key, professional. Financing was extremely friendly and helpful. Service thus far has been excellent. One issue was a problem with the car - new Hyundai - which they immediately addressed at no cost to me (as should be the case - it was nothing I could have done). I have no reservations in recommending that you take your business to Vision Hyundai in Canandaigua.

Problems with car since day one driving off the lot told it would be it would be taken care of never was! Took two months of calling management and another vision to even get my car in they had it for two weeks to pretty much say they couldn’t find anything wrong when there is in fact stuff wrong! I would never recommend the trouble at this place to anyone just junk cars and junk repairs! I had to go in the garage and get questioned by their mechanic so I could show them what was wrong maybe it’s time to hire new employees that actually know cars!

Tony genuinely wanted to help us and did not want to rip us off in any way. It was not about the sale, it was about us getting into a dependable vehicle we were happy with. There were a lot of other people in that day due to a sales event and he would not leave us until he knew we were 100% taken care of. He kept his attention on us and made the stressful car buying experience fun. If you go to Vision, ask for Tony, you won’t regret it.. Tony listened to what we wanted. First and foremost something safe, dependable, provided the space we need, and would last us for years. He didn’t pressure us into getting the fancy model but we walked out with a brand new 2020 Tucson that we will be able to enjoy for a long time with the peace of mind of the Hyundai warranty.. I took my car in for an inspection this week. The service technicians are professional and knowledgable, and everyone on the sales floor is polite and friendly as well. They informed me that my car passed inspection, but that I will need front brakes in a few thousand miles. I am thankful they are ensuring that my car is safe to drive, and I will definitely return to Vision Hyundai for brake services soon!!

My Mother in-law (woman in her 80’s)was in to have her vehicle serviced recently (August 2019) when she expressed upgrading her car at some point to a SUV suited for her husband (easy to get in and out of). They managed to show her the BEST DEAL on the lot (2018 Mitsubishi Outlander) mind you this is a third row seat SUV, just over 30,000 miles, crashed front end, used as a rental vehicle. They gave her $3K for her 2011 Hyundai Sonata with 77,000 miles and in good shape! With the trade in they managed to give her a price somewhere around $20,000 before taxes and registration fees😳(DEAL)? Oh right let’s sell her the extended warranty for $3K too(does a 2018 not have a manufactures warranty)? She’s now expressed needing to get home to her husband and rushed through ALL the paperwork not knowing the SUV had been crashed and that she got a slightly HIGH interest rate loan, paying until she is just about 90! Sales Manager Dave L., also expressed that she can make bi-weekly payments to pay it off sooner(on a fixed income? Really?)Needless to say 2 days later her children are upset with what she had done and knows she was TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF...not upset that she wants a newer, easier, more reliable SUV for herself. We went to the dealership 2 days later in hopes to get a SUV more suitable (price, size, interest rate) NOPE not happening! Just a heads up to buyers BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP they only want to make the SALE! Period.

We purchased my wifes 2018 Tucson from Vision Canandaigua. The Service Department is very efficiently run and the personnel has been excellent. The only bad experience weve had was at the time of purchase. The Salesman promised us that after we had 3 oil changes we could purchase a coupon book of 10 for $99.00. This was one of the reasons we chose this vehicle. When we eventually inquired about the book of 10, we were told that the $99.00 oil change program was cancelled. Having said that, would I still buy form them again? Yes, because the positives heavily outweigh the one negative.

I really appreciated the service department at Vision Hyundai. We live in Cicero and had to drive an hour to get there. They promptly took care of my oil change and put new winter wipers on my car, without making us wait too long. We were in and out in 35 minutes. The service department treated us very well.

Took our car here for them to place new tires and an inspection. The car wouldn’t pass inspection without new tires. They called to say the tires were wrong, and then we said please don’t do the inspection because it won’t pass. They charged us for the inspection and when we (nicely) requested to speak to someone, we ended up getting screamed at by a manager and we got our bill thrown in our face by the manager. Will never return.

I am a first time car buyer. I was excited and had a price in mind. They ended up finding the perfect car for me and telling me I could take it home that day. 2 hours later they tell me they don’t have a title and I can come back in a few days once they have it. A week and a half goes by (after calling them everyday and them saying it’s not ready) they tell me oh yeah we have had the title since yesterday do you want to come in. That week and a half I did not have a vehicle because the new vehicle was under my insurance and my old vehicle was taken off (because they told me I could take it home that day). I never received my spare key they said they would send in the mail and when my temporary registration sticker expired they kept insisting it would be in the mail everyday but it took over 2 months after the expiration to come in because they never sent it to me until I started calling and harassing them about it. 6 months later my 2014 vehicle is in the shop for an issue that had been “patched” up about 8 months prior, costing me $600 in repairs. I will never go back and refused to even return for my free oil change. Not to mention one of my tires had a slow leak in it that they had to fill right before I took it home, saying it wasn’t a leak the tire was just low and not to worry.

This would have been my 3rd lease and 7th time getting a vehicle from 3 different dealerships to give you an idea of my somewhat limited experience. This is the first review I’ve ever felt compelled to write. the entirety of my visit from start to finish was 10 minutes, which I think negates any rebuttal that Eddie cared about me or my business. So, I took the advice that he had hanging in his cubicle and wrote a review.I had an appointment at 4 with Joe (confirmed twice) to look at 2020 Sonata Limited and test drive it. I was looking forward to the experience. Geoffrey did the preliminary call and was excellent! The second star is for Geoffrey and just the benefit of the doubt that not everyone there hates there job.My expectation if I call ahead with the vehicle I’m interested in, make an appointment, AND fill out a credit app early is that I will be greeted by whoever my appointment is with. That person will know my name, be expecting me, and maybe even have my information already pulled up (this is during the pandemic). In either event, none of that happened.I arrive and say I have an appointment and Eddie takes me instead saying that Joe is his manager so I have to work with him... fine, no problem. Then he sits me down and makes a phone call while I wait there and listen to him talk to a different customer. After, he asks what car I want, I tell him, his whole demeanor changes as if this kid can’t afford it. When I asked if they had any rebates or programs going on it must have confirmed his suspicion that I’d be a waste of his time, he said they only have $1000 cash rebate (which to me is fine, so what’s the price? Well, he never gave me one and only “ball parked” it so he wouldn’t have to do too much work...). Then before any other words are exchanged he goes to get the credit app that I filled out early online. He says my credit is 714 and it needs to be 740 for him to work out a price with me. Maybe I’ve been spoiled but all other dealerships love talking about “calling in favors to banks” and how special their relationships are to get a deal figured out. Anyways that little of a variance apparently meant that there was no good deal for me and no further words were required (he also never asked if I could get a co-signer or put money down... both of which were possible). He said he wouldn’t be able to get a lease or finance option for me that was below high $500 and low $600/mo for the Hyundai Sonata Limited which would have exceeded my budget of $500/mo. Sad that I couldn’t get a sonata under $500 I was looking for some indication of another car. The reason my budget was high was because I was rolling in payments from my lease that would’ve added 65/mo to whatever I purchase (that my number, nothing Eddie figured out for me). It was also sad to hear that Hyundai offers no pull ahead programs or anything at all to help current leasees.He never mentioned any similar vehicles, nothing that had good value on the lot, no offer to test drive the car I was there to test drive, nothing at all actually... just “the car you’re looking at is far out of your price range” and then a blank stare until I said okay and got up and left. Bad salesmanship, bad demeanor, and no sale.

Unfortunately, I had to change the exceptional review I gave previously.I have had my car for what has been almost a year and have experienced the following issues:1. When I test drove & purchased my vehicle, the car was backed into a spot so I could pull straight out. That was because the back-up camera was completely smashed and does not work. That was a very sneaky move .2. I did not receive a spare key. I was told one was being ordered and no one has reached out or given me one as they dont have one3. I purchased the car in the winter, therefore I did not need to test out the moon roof. Obviously trusting that it works.The first nice day I attempted to open it just for a piece to break off and fly all over the place.I purchased this car from someone I thought was a friend, yet I have been treated like garbage and sold a car with MULTIPLE issues.I am very disappointed that I am paying so much for this car for 6 more years. It has really put a damper on my life and budget.Hoping I can find a new place to help me get rid of this thing and start fresh. Any ideas let me know!

Service took me right in, and another service rep pointed out to me that I had free brake pads coming due to an earlier purchase....which I had not remembered. Although they did a great job after my cars motor was replaced with cleaning up my vehicle. The service was bad. Took staff over 1 week to contact me so I was with out a car for over a week. I called and left multiple voice mails for some one to contact me and nothing.Now I got my vehicle back and found more problems. The car leaks antifreeze, the fan is making a rubbing noise, the lifters are louder, and the dashboard is making noise when I drive it down a bumpy road like route 318. I have hopes that they will call me with some kind of solution but you never know.The question now that I face is how long will this take? Will I be with out a car? Will anymore problems arise? Can they get all the issues fixed? All really good questions but only time will tell.As of now I would not recommend for you to buy a car from there or if you do dont use there service if something breaks. I hope they can change my mind on this by repairing the issues and if so I will update this and give a better review.

Not very happy with Vision. Just purchased a used Tuscon. A few days after leaving the lot we brought the car back to diagnose a noise while driving. Serviced department gave us a print out that wheel bearings were slightly worn but most of the noise was coming from cupped tires . Was told noise should go away with new tires. Took the Tuscon back today to have them recheck the noise. They put another set of tires on, noise went away, put our old tires back on and gave us a price of $640.00 to replace tires. We only owned the vehicle for a week. Sales manager told us the tires passed inspection so there was nothing he would do. He also stated to me he lost money on the sale. How is that my problem? I give a five star to our sales person Jeff Case. Customer service after the sale gets a one.

I have to say, that I used to hate buying a car. However, the team at Vision Hyundai Canandaigua, has made it a great experience! I never get tackled when I drive on to the lot, and they make it a quick and easy process. I have always been impressed by everyone I have dealt with. Of course it seemed to good to be true right from the start, I’m glad I investigated before driving out to claim what I thought would be $5,000. Certainly won’t be shopping here for my next car after they pull such a deceptive stunt.

I can honestly say that Rob at Vision Nissan is one of the most personable and customer oriented salespeople I have ever worked with. I truly was treated exceptionally from the first phone call and calling multiple times to speak to Mike in Financing who was amazing... Until the very end when I had to call about a concern I was having with my car. They treated me like gold not just some other sale-- I will visit the service center with my new to me Ford Edge on Thursday afternoon and I honestly am not dreading it for the first time in forever I have faith in a car dealership. Thoroughly impressed with this team and I cant say enough good things.

SERVICE WORK… I did pay a little more than I initially wanted to but with the repairs that were included, I can not complain. And when I had to return for the repairs, they gave me a great fully loaded Santa Fee as a loaner. The service department personnel were just as courteous and professional as the sales and finance people. I wish them well and would definitely recommend this dealership in your car buying search.

Great customer service, professional, great experience all around. I was dreading going to buy a car, something I hadnt done in several years, however Ron Jr and Ron Sr put me at ease and kept me in the loop during the entire process. Gone are the days where they have to go talk with the manager...we all talked, and had a good time in the process. I worked with a guy named Zachary Davern and I have nothing but great things to say about him. I was just in for service and he struck up a conversation with me and made me feel as if he was legitimately interested in my circumstances. He gave me a few great options to help me trade out of my current car and into a certified pre owned Tucson.... with a lower payment. It this point I was intrigued and decided to shop around, even other vision stores. His enthusiasm and personality beat out everyone! Glad Vision has a Salesperson like Zachary Davern!

I had terrible experience purchasing a car from here. I am supposed to get refund of residual amount from them. After 10 days, neither the sales person, his manager or their finance department responding to calls or emails on refund status. As of now, it looks like entire center is a scam. I am in process of recovering money. I have a great difficulty dealing with them as their early responses for refund were evasive. As soon as I started asking for specifics, they stopped replying. Now, if I call them I just get to talk to new person every time.

I’ve purchased many cars in my lifetime, however I have never had the customer experience that Ignis created for me. If you’re like me and you want a ZERO PRESSURE sales focus, then this is your dealership and Ignis is your sales guy.They meticulously detailed my new car, gave me WAY more for my trade, beat my banks interest rate, hooked me up with a $50 Amazon gift card, a couple of complimentary services AND the BEST DEAL IN TOWN on their Zeibart and extended service warranties (trust me, I know this because I called other dealerships to see if they could beat the price, yeah, I’m that customer... and they still gave me this kind of epic deal). Justus was my finance guy during the whole process, and he was absolutely phenomenal. This guy really owns his craft, he knows his deals, numbers, and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy as a clam in their new car.Oh- and they provided all of the service records, as well as a whole set of brand new tires, fresh oil, full tank of gas, and they included all season mats and a roof rack— free of charge.Go here, ask for Ignis and drive off the lot in the best deal in town. It’s really that simple.

I give a 1 star. As loyal vision buyers from Hyundai and vision kia were perplexed. I bought a used Hyundai with a complete warranty. I live over an hour away and have a busy work schedule. Ive been calling about moisture and water in the headlight since week 1. They said I need to come show them. By the time I can get a day off from work each time the moisture is evaporating. This time I am off work and finally can come show them in person (because they wont accept pictures). Now they say its not overed because of time. Ive been begging since the week of purchase and now they wont cover anything. So much for that extended warranty. Were in the market for 2 more vehicles as my husband and I need personal vehicles (and not the work commuters that I bought here) and Ill drop my 40k plus elsewhere where a warranty is honored. Lesson learned. Sorry vision, we were loyal for many vehicles until your lackadaisical and sorry oh well attitude. Were very disappointed.Update: You can keep deleting the photos of the water logged headlight but Ill keep uploading it. Its pathetic and affects my visibility. You know how to contact me. I just want this resolved.

Sales manager was rude. Tried to low-ball us on our trade in. When we told him wed try to sell it on our own. He says well ok if you want to waste your time. Wow. Also the service department told friends of ours their car needed a new transmission. When I checked the code it was sending it says it was just a sensor. They replaced the sensor, cars been fine since. They where trying to rip them off. Stay away from this dealership!!!!
