I used to only shop for fandom items and stick to sale items. Really, the prices are more than fair with fresh meats and good produce. Bakery and great sales. I love fishers!!

Clean and kind workers... its sad this is the only fishers we have left near here because it is a great grocery store! And the cooked hot food is yummy too especially the veggie fried rice! Amazing!

I would have given 5 stars if all departments were open. It was 6:42 pm. when I arrived at Fishers and the Deli, Meat department and Bakery were all closed.

Sooo I grew up on this store when I come home i always want my cookies, my chicken salad and lastly my Jojos. This store wont be around long. Like they gave up. No deli.. it was 7pm. Nothing prepared. Nothing.. it saddens me to see this cause this is a staple in our community. Another company Walmart has eaten up. Fight fishers Fight!!

Yet another trip for more of those delicious smiley faced cookies! Ahhh! The other item pictured is the Orange Blossom cake. Orange zest and shredded coconut blanket this unforgettable favorite of mine. As I grew older, my Mom always gave me this superb, 2-layered, mouth watering, velvety sweet creation of deliciousness on my birthday. I’ll admit, a few tears were shed as I stood alone in the bakery...I sure wasn’t expecting that! I wouldn’t have guessed that a cake could trigger an emotional response, but hey, we’re only human. Enjoy!

Ordered Chinese from Deli, and it was terrible. Rice was hard and dry. General chicken was not hot and spicy. No egg rolls. Sweet and sour chicken had huge hunks. Everything was ice cold. Dry food and not offered any soy sauce. Do not recommend!

Dishes made from the deli are excellent and there is a more personal touch from staff. They have a more caring approach towards their customers.

Compared to other grocers, they have a terrible selection and ridiculous prices. Oh but the store is clean and well organized...

My favorite family store

Went into the store this morning, First-they were late opening the doors, I went to get my items came to the front and just standing there two men in service desk area didnt say a word, so I asked if there was a cashier they said she called off and they are having problems I will have to wait. 20 mins later I was still waiting with 2 other people now and still no more acknowledgement from the men. I asked to speak to a manager and the white haired man said he is a manger and they cant ring people out until they have a cashier and the money is fixed.... They were rude and didnt even acknowledge their customers. They lost my business permanetly.

Fishers has what I need, their meat selection is great, I dont have to look elsewhere. I drive twice the distance I have to just to shop there.

Its a grocery store. Its has food items that you can buy.

Overall good selection, though prices on some items are a bit high, others are quite a bit better than other grocery stores so I think it evens out.

Awful. Absolutely awful. Dirty store. All the locations are dirty, but this one is by far the worst. Roaches, everywhere. Do not, I REPEAT, do NOT purchase produce from any of the locations. There are cockroaches and mice everywhere. The workers are treated poorly. The owner of Fisher Foods is a deplorable man who doesnt know how to run a business. I urge everyone reading this to save your money(because everything apart from the beer, wine, and liquor is way over priced and because they dont keep their stock in the back rooms most things are out of date on the shelf.)and stay far from Fishers Foods. Disgusting place.

This was my first time ever going to Fishers and what a disappointment! I cannot believe the outrageous prices! The store itself was not up to par, it desperately needed cleaned and painted or something... I felt like I was walking through an old Marcs that had prices higher than Giant Eagle. I dont know why anyone would choose to shop there!

Prices could be better overall but they do have a good selection of discount brand items

A memory of neighborhood grocery store

Well fishers was one of the stores I went to several times a week, until several of the stores close down like the one on Cherry also the one on Harrison. I may travel to the location on 44th, but not to often.

Good local store kind of expensive but has some great sales

Ive always shopped here because of the convenient location, helpful staff, and I always try to support local business before buying anywhere else. However, over the past few months Ive found it almost impossible to shop here. The items I used to find here, they havent had in stock. The selection has drastically decreased. Some of the shelves are barely full. The last time I went to get chicken breasts, they were out. Instead I picked up ground beef that turned out to be expired and rotten. I used to be able to run in for a few items and get on with my day but now theres only 1 or 2 registers open and the lines are incredibly long. Fishers has always been my favorite place to order cakes! I was so disappointed yesterday when I called multiple times to order a birthday cake and each time a machine picked up saying the bakery was currently closed?? I called between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. why would it be closed then? I ultimately had to opt for a cake from giant eagle. I really hope things turn around! Fishers chicken salad is a favorite for my family and Id love to be able to shop there regularly again!

Ordered groceries online and got them only a few hours later today. Their groceries were a little higher proceed than Giant Eagle or Walmart but those stores had no available pickup or delivery times for at least a week. Super fast service and everything in my order was correct or substituted correctly!

Just left from grabbing a few odds and ends for Christmas dinner, it was a quick transaction, less than $5. As I was picking up my bags to leave I wished the cashier and the 2 managers at the end of the checkout a Merry Christmas. Dead silence. Literally no one responded to me, just looked at me. How disappointing and rude, you dont have to respond the same but a response would be courteous. I shop at this store frequently, despite the super high prices. Youve lost a customer.

Been searching all over for ibc flavors other then root beer... they have it and a couple other flavors also. Little bit pricey on some things throughout the store. Most of the fruits looked ripe an fresh. The bakery has some amazing donuts and cream sticks. I would shop here again.

The food is ALWAYS good and very fresh here. I use to come to this very store with my parents some 50 years ago. I have fond memories here. However, that being said I am now disabled. I AM partially blind, walk on a cane and my balance and breathing arnt good. If I need help in this store.... I may as well forget it. The customer service sure has slipped. I have better luck asking for help from another customer! Whats a shame!

Fishers doesnt seem to know what it wants to be and it has lost its identity. It was a low priced high volume store where you could count on fresh high quality food at low price. It now has made half hearted efforts to provide amenities to compete with the likes of Giant Eagle and is no longer top knotch at anything. They should decide what they are good at. Then execute their strengths better than anyone else in their market.

The owner has changed the store so much to where its quality of food is awful. Produce is not fresh many times from lettuce peppers cucumbers within a couple days are rotting. Theres absolutely no variety anymore and just for $0.10 difference are mostly from the cheaper Brands to a regular brand. Sometimes one thinks hes actually trying to ruin his own store

Very pleasant experience. I enjoy the store a lot. They have employees that are more than willing to assist you. They also have a wide variety of merchandise. Very easy and quick in and out store if youre in a hurry.

Local grocery with good buys on meat

I like fishers ground chuck. They are one of the few stores who grind it in store daily so its fresh. The bakery is awesome as is the deli and ready foods! Always quality items. I would say the only downfall is some things are really pricey if not on sale, example cat food normally 50-55 cents a can. Its .79 at fishers, makes a difference e when buying 10 or 20 cans. Overall good quality and nice staff

This location is terrible. I work 250ft away from this location. It takes me my entire 30min lunch break to get food from the counter and to check out. They only have 2 lanes open and the cashiers are always slow. The cashiers also talk to their customers too much and hold up the lines. Also the prices are high. A small salad from the salad bar cost about $10. A lb of mashed potatoes cost $4. Roast beef from the counter is $12lb. I only come here when I have no other options.

I LOVE FISHERS! this last time I went though, the store was dingy, and one end was completely blocked blocked off.

Visited from Carrollton, Texas and found exactly what we dont have back home.

Great selection, great owners, small town grocery store trying to keep up with Walmart, Marcs and acme!!!!!! They closed 2, of their stores! Old ones, but there is so a few more,! I will only but their wedding cakes here,,!! If u love iced sugar cookies, this is the place!!!! I have been doing here since I was very little!! My mom would only shop here!!!!! Staff is very nice too! Keep up the good work and I also met Jeff Fisher only of the owners a few weeks ago! Sweet and personable man!! Very down to earth. I would love to work for him 💖

My family and I purchased fried chicken from the deli for Memorial day. The food was delicious but the staff we encountered at both the deli counter and the check out were the opposite of friendly. There was a great assortment of items to purchase but the staff clearly seemed bothered by patrons.

Fishers sells local farmers goods...to me its important to support our community and what few farms we have left. The fruit and vegetables are fresh and delicious. Their meats are excellent,but most of all, the customer service is outstanding!! Thank you Fishers

The store itself is great. There is good variety of products. But unlike my usual store, Giant Eagle, the clerks at the checkout at Fishers are pleasant if you speak to them, but usually ignore you and just speak to each other. This happens nearly all the time regardless of the age or sex of the cashier.

This is an awesome store, almost always less crowded than big bird store and always well stocked and normally similar prices.

Always a great hometown experience. Theyve been around since I was young and have always provided the best customer service and decent prices. The Chinese food (sweet and sour chicken) cant be beat even by actual Chinese places. If you want a less crowded and more friendly grocery store than the competition...this is the place to go!

Love the sushi! One of the only grab and go sushi that never lets me down! No complaints about this store, it was my grandmas go-to for years. Great wine selection as well.

Great cashiers

I usually go to the Fishers in North Canton on Cleveland Avenue and always have a good experience. I walk into this one since I was near by to pick up pizza sauce and not only left because I would not find a jar of pizza sauce, but wanted to leave because of how dingy it felt and smelt. I really like Fishers and hope they can bounce back. But this store in particular was just sad on the inside. Atmosphere was not what I expected. . .

I havent been in a Fisher Food store since the 70s in Mayfield Hts. The store still smells like an old time grocery store. Really took me back.

Great grocery store. Very good selection of items. Prepared food area has an excellent selection for take home. Prices seem fair, and items on sale are really good.

Very pricey

Its a dimly lit grocery store, which scares me, because I want to see what Im buying to feed my family. Outdated, and more expensive than all other stores in same area. So it doesnt make sense to do ALL your grocery shopping here, however Fishers French Onion Dip and Spinach Dip is epic and best in Stark County. only reason it gets 3 stars.

Employees are slow and rude. Prices are inflated on simple everyday items. The deli they have is just ok and the same items can be found elsewhere at the same quality, for much less.

Its just too expensive, I only go now when they have a sale on a item or two. I used to shop there every week and I cant afford to go there now. Its so sad, I use to love Fishers, they just cant compete any longer.

Crazy expensive! I only go here for the chicken salad and fresh salsa in their deli. Today I needed a few other items and was in shock at the prices! $3 for an avocado? Everything I looked at was at least 50% higher priced than Target and even Giant Eagle! Outrageous.

Fishers Foods is a great place to shop. The employees are very knowledgeable and polite. They have a wide selection of products that are first rate and easy to find. Fishers Foods definitely knows what theyre doing.

Have to REALLY watch the dates on everything. Frozen stuff is always freezer burnt and newer employees are rude!! After 25 years of being loyal, Im done! Too much money wasted
