Bruce was helpful & took the time to explain many issues with my older vehicle. I found him very personable & informed. Unlike others, he kept me updated as my car was kept overnight. I will request Bruce again when I need service!

I called to schedule my vehicle to be serviced and there wasnt an available appointment for a few days .Spoke with Vicky and she got me in the same day!She had great customer service skills and made me feel extremely comftorable in the process . Sherry kept me updated the whole time. I only wish I had purchased my vehicle from this dealership.Very genuine,helpful & honest staff! Go see for yourself...

Dont ever get anybody work done there especially with Bruce he didnt even call in and align my truck or check my radio correctly guess I need to go somewhere else thats more professional

Going on 5 visits to get a proper oil change and tire rotation done. The service people are nice but the quality of the service is as amateur as it gets. I would of avoided this pace like the coronavirus if I didnt have a lease and included service. While I cant fire whats free they are a waste of time.

Service advisor did not advise me on anything of my vehicle granted its brand new but I did mention that I had an engine light come on and it went off in a couple of minutes but of course that wasnt checked out because its a warranty oil changes what I went in there for. Ive worked in this business for 35 years and service advisors that work on a Saturday are the biggest babies and have the biggest attitudes because they have to work till noon on Saturday boohoo

One of my wheels is missing a lug nut after service.
