Met the manager. Requested front end alignment and tire balancing. Was provided an estimate of expense and a time frame to be accomplished. All professionally communicated. As service progressed was advised of status. Work was completed in accordance with time frame estimated. All communications were friendly, helpful and positive. I dont know how you could have done this work better. Great job.

Don’t take your car to any of Tire Kingdom’s location. Took my wife’s car to the Pondella location for tire rotation and oil change and ended up having to go for service at Nissan and end up paying $300 for the damage. Was told it was not their problem. The receipt given stated they serviced MY car, not my wife. I tried to give them a 2nd chance and took my vehicle for an oil change to the Del Prado location (1028). After I paid and got in my car, there was a warning light - that was not there- on my dashboard. When I went back to speak to the tech I was told “I have to pay to get that fix and if I was unsatisfied to get my lawyer”This has been the worst customer service experience. They don’t even make an attempt to offer a resolution. STAY AWAY, AVOID THE HEADACHE.. I wish I could give ZERO star!!!

I had both of my vehicles in to replace all four tires on each. They had to special order high performance tires for my sports car, but had them within a few days. Great prices and fast service. I would highly recommend!!

Went to tire Kingdom to have them do a front end alignment. Tire Kingdom in North fort Myers aligned my truck twice and it was still wrong. The del Prado store was very friendly and efficient they got it done right the first try. Thank you guys very much very happy to do business with your store.

I’m a long time customer of this place, I went there for axle, car was shaking on acceleration.. after they inspected the car, they called me telling me all this things I need including a new air compressor, they told me it was damaging the belts, I told then this air compressor was new done by the dealer, they insist needed to be change, because of their great concern I agreed. the total cost for everything, they told me I needed was $2,800 including new shocks for the rear.. as you can see in the picture that is what I got.. New shocks broken cover same as it was. My biggest concern is the up-selling style this people have, they are concern for a AC compressor $800.00 dollar job but not for the broken shocks cover.. This is visual and they fail to replace the shock with a better quality and a new cover. My suggestion people find ways to check what any mechanic does to your car. I will be paying someone else to replace this shock again.. I lost $344.00 plus I regret paying for a refurbished AC compressor I just dont think was a big deal. Seems to be part of the up-selling strategy, Also communication to sale is excellent once you paid communication is minimum.

I dropped off my car because I thought I had something wrong with one of my tires. In a situation where they could have taken advantage of me, they did not. They pumped up one of my tires and tightened a few bolts and didn’t charge me anything. I am very happy they were honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.

Got an oil change and new brake pads and it was great. There was no issues and I was able to call in this morning and get it done immediately today. Very impressed with this store.

Friendly people, 1 of the 20 guys I would trust to work on the car. They had an uncertified, “never done this before”, align my truck. They had 4 people looking at it lost until the called me in to the shop to explain it to them I laughed, and proceed to explain. Sat back in the waiting room and an hour later, they said it’s ready charged me 120$ and sent me home with a truck that was trying to hop on the sidewalk. The manager said he would “honor” my alignment I went in the next day. He supposedly never said that and wanted to charge me again. Took my wallet down the street to another shop where it got done in 25min and the full spec sheet in my hand for 90$. Never again.

Im always worried, as a woman, that I will be talked down to by mechanics. The 2 times Ive been in, the people there have been friendly, helpful, and straightforward.I stopped by last time because I needed air in my tires. Even though it was busy in the shop, Jarod Lee was able to help me within 5 minutes of me pulling up. He had a great, happy attitude while assisting me and informing me of the correct pressure the tires needed. A lot of places in the area are short-tempered, slow, and always seem too bothered to give decent customer service, especially when theyre busy!...This location is the total opposite! Im grateful to have a shop like this in the area.

They are true honest gentlemen here. I was in on Saturday for a repair they were busy, and still went above and beyond for me and I didnt even ask them to. My new favorite tire company in Cape Coral folks!!!

I mean this seriuosly, BEWARE of taking your car into this Tire Kingston location. The techs at this locación are very inexperienced & need training at what they are doing. I find this to be very important, you are trusting them with your car, if they are changing a tire and they leave the bolts to your tire loose then what could happen to you or others when you drive the car ? Very bad experience at this location..I think a higher up from there corporation should spend some time at the location and figure out whats going on there. Manager is a total reckless disaster.

Unqualified mechanic doing work on my vehicle.Let me explain: I called set an appointment for 2 front tires and balance. They told me at least an hour.An hour later I get a call they say I need an alignment so I say ok another hour later I pick up my vehicle and it pulls to the left. So I bring it back in the mechanic tells me its a campor and he isnt qualified to do it.What? And that I HAVE TO BRING IT BACK IN WHEN THEIR MECHANIC IS WORKING. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THIS. I like the tires.

I went yesterday and bought 2 new tires for the back of my car I had to put the temporary tire on because the night before I had a flat on alligator alley. After getting the tires put on i noticed that one of the tires was absolutely filthy covered in something white mind you that this is a new tire. I went and washed the car to remove whatever that white stuff was. Opened my trunk this morning only to see that the temporary tire was just laying in the back of the trunk . I called and spoke to Freddie he said just stop by and we will put it where it belongs how about doing this the first time. Oscar was the tech that installed my tires if you are looking for customer service and someone who takes pride this is not the location for you.

Horrible experience, First, They didn’t have my appointment listed, but then they found it by my model of car.Second they didn’t have the 2 tires in stock that I informed them on my making Appt, cashier said “I don’t no why they are not here” But they offered me a different brand, did sell at the cheaper original price for a slightly high price set of tires, but I had put so much time in reaching the tires I wanted, plus I asked them I wanted to keep front left tire, very good shape, right front had a bubble. After waiting 2 hours, mind you I had an appointment, I checked out, went to car, my old left tire wasn’t in car.So they went back and find mine, hope it’s was mine, I didn’t get a fuzzy warm feeling they really knew for sure. This Tire Kingdom is filled with amateurs, will not buy from again. Going back to my old place, only came to Tire Kingdom because I liked the set of tires reviews. Hope the tires they sold as alternative are worthy of this experience.

Customer service was wonderful, which is becoming more lacking these days unfortunately.I needed an oil change and they had the best prices. I was able to use the chat option within the app to ask a few questions and schedule an appointment for about an hour afterwards!Even the mechanics were friendly. They found an issue that I have been meaning to ask someone about. And they dont try to push you into purchasing unnecessary work!

Horrible they did my brakes 2 years ago and ive had my truck in 7 times trying to get them to resolve the problem they just keep changing parts first it was the rotors (they went through three sets of rotors and pads before they got the front corrected then the drums went about three weeks later probably caused by the incompetent work on the rotors then they dident adjust the parking brake properly. then they replaced the pads and told me the master cylinder was bad so I had them change that when I got home I opened the hood and several vacuum hoses were left off and spare parts were left in the engine compartment.. not even 2 months and that master cylinder failed again. so they replaced that again. 1 week after that the rear brake cylinder failed and they called me and said I needed new drums again not even a year after they changed the drums.

Ive been ripped off badly in the past. I got to a point where I stopped believing there was an honest mechanic anywhere. Its not a matter of money. I know I have old cars, but I dont want to be taken advantage of just because Im willing to drop $1000 on a visit. This Tire Kingdom does more than just tires, which is a relief because Id like to have one shop for all my needs.Chris, an awesome seasoned mechanic, has went over and beyond for us every time. He listens to my many whines and concerns, and addresses each without hesitation or without trying to convince me Im wrong before even checking. Most mechanics just dismiss me. He doesnt try to up-sale anything, and if you say you can probably fix it yourself hell give you great advice. We request him for all three of our vehicles. Hes literally renewed my faith that honest mechanics still do exist. Thank you Chris!

The service manager that was working on Saturday, June 1st, 2019 went above and beyond! We’re in the area to drop our daughter off for prom and our van’s check engine light came on. The manager helped us to know that we would be able to pick our daughter up and get home safely, even though it meant he had to give up the “sale” to a shop closer to our home. A huge thank you to the staff !! First off, I own my own repair shop in Michigan. On the way down I lost a tire weight off one of my front tires ( a little good bye present from Detroit pot holes) the next morning after my arrival I started looking for a shop to balance my tire. After stopping in at 2 other shops and not liking what I saw, I stopped at Tire kingdom. The shop was clean and I got a chance to hear the service writer on the phone with another customer....totally professional. Very friendly and willing to help you when you spend a thousand on tires. But my experience is that they are slow and indifferent to simple things like tire rotation later on. Even with 11 a.m. appointment I still had to wait until 12:40 to get my truck out.

I was referred to this Tire Kingdom in particular by my long-time mechanic for having custom wheels put on my Mazda3. Victor in the shop gave me a great deal on taking the old stock steel wheels off, taking the tires off those and then putting the existing tires on the new custom wheels. Ray was the person who did this as he specializes in putting on custom wheels. They were mounted quickly and correctly. You can trust them to handle your custom wheels with care and expertise!

MORAL OF THE STORY I WOULD GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR OIL CHANGE AND TIRES, YOU WONT BE SORRY!!!!!!

Freddy Rosario, the manager and the whole crew at tire kingdom are awesome. My daughter needed her tires checked when the check tire light came on. She had a big screw in the tire. Her Honda Civic only had 9,000 miles on it so she was worried she would have to buy a new tire. They repaired the tire and I picked up the patched tire. They were great and when we are ready for new tires, we are going to come back to tire kingdom. Great service and great team.

Had another great experience at Tire Kingdom of Cape Coral (1028 Del Prado Blvd. South). Went in for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Job was done right, as usual, and I had a discount coupon for the work I needed. Original price for the service was already cheaper than a lot of other car service shops, even before the coupon discount. Sales rep and mechanic showed me some abnormal wear concern on my front tires during the rotation but no high-pressure tactics were used to get me to spend extra money if I didnt want to. The oil filter I needed was not initially in stock but the sales rep (Justin) and the service manager (TJ) worked hard to find the part at one of their local suppliers. I also noticed TJ answering other customers questions with honesty and courtesy so they understood the process and cost involved with their needs. The shop was busy but they got the work done for me in a reasonable amount of time. The staff (specifically Justin) treated me with courtesy and respect with the whole process, as usual. I have been bringing all my familys cars here for years and will continue to do so in the future. Good, friendly service at a great price.
