Absolutely superb experience with this business! Ralph and Shane helped me pick out my backsplash and expertly installed by Reilly. Extremely professional and courteous, it was a great pleasure doing business with them. I felt they were heavily invested in making sure I was happy with the project and even made it a point to get it done by Labor Day.

Bought 12 one square foot tiles. Was given an open box at the warehouse. Four days later my contractor came over and their where only 6 pieces of tile in the box. I immediately went to the store and spoke with the owner Ralf Trebing about the discrepancy, that I was given 6 not 12 pieces of tile. He responded by calling me a liar and implying I’m “Trying to pull a fast one”, I was appalled by his response. I said I’m not a liar I just want my missing tiles that I paid for. He and two other employees stared me down behind the counter, and was told to leave the store. I even offered to buy the tiles and split the cost, but Ralf said “ No, I’m done talking to you, you need to leave now”. One employee began turning off the lights in the store and the other was standing by the door essentially bullying me into leaving. All this over 6 tiles? I would take your business somewhere else. I filed a report with the BBB.

Had our tile cleaned again and now looks great and squeaky clean. Dennis is friendly and thorough. Everyone I talk with on the phone is pleasant and knowledgeable. Great company.

Our old tile buckled up, what a mess. The Trebing crew (special thanks to Dennis) answered all our questions. They came out and removed the old tile, removed the appliances and put down the new tile. They were always on time. The new tile looks great. They even helped us find some wonderful people to help clean the house. Would definitely recommend them.

I was only needing advise on a couple of small projects. The young lady helped me and was very patient with all of my questions even though I had interrupted her lunch. I have dealt with them on a project about 15 years ago and was very pleased with the entire project.

We just finished our fourth project with Trebing Tile & Carpet. We have had faux wood tile put in three rooms and regular tile in a living/dining room combination. We keep returning because we are pleased with the work completed by this company.Our installer has always been Otto. He is amazing. He works nonstop until the job is completed and then he totally cleans up the room.No doubt, we will be returning to Trebing. I have already spoken with Julia (a great support) about another project I have in mind!

With our schedule there is no way that we can show up to a show room and pick out tile. Every other flooring specialist in Southwest Florida show up to your house and show you tile. For this company there is a $55 service fee for somebody to show up to your house and give you estimate. The sales person wanted to argue with me over the phone about not have the time to come out.

I don’t know how This company is still in business after almost 20 years of such bad customer service. They will sell you the wrong product and then will not assume responsibility. The customer is just dollar sign. They are not flexible for the customer and do not care about customer relationships.
