I called for a bid on a job, and the sales rep cut me off repeatedly in a very rude tone, then told me to get someone else to do the job when I asked them not to cut me off. He also did not seem to understand my answers to his questions, despite them being simple. I recommend finding someone more professional to do your flooring project.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Savon flooring and we wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Although the regular staff is very nice, we found the owner to be extremely rude. The owner came to measure our space, then lost all of our measurements. When he came back he entered our house when we werent home and without our permission. Other contractors at the house even told him we werent home and he came in anyway. When the type of install changed from the original lost information, we went to the shop to get a better idea as to what we were getting. We spoke with a very nice younger employee who called the owner so he could better explain our order to us. While on speaker phone, from the store phone, the owner began yelling and saying that he knew what he was doing and has thirty years of experience. At this time we hung up on him and cancelled our oder. We switched to Lowes and had our carpet installed for HALF the price as Savon. I have no idea how theyre still in business or why the owner chooses to interact with the public... hes obviously terrible at it.

We went to the Savon location and hand picked our bathroom counter top slabs from lots of options. The pricing was great and they cut to fit our custom size space and installed them just a few days later. The team was kind and did a great job. Would definitely use them again!

Great experience, the owner is super nice and accommodating. Went on a Sunday evening and they were able to install my new carpet the next day which was great. He gave us a great deal for the carpet and installation. Will definitely go back and highly recommend it.

Heres a tip: dont pay in cash. In the midst of a remodel, I lost my receipt and with that, lost my $500 deposit. Alan wouldnt return my messages and when he did pick up, he hurriedly asked if he could call back and never did. I finally got him on the phone and wouldnt let him off until he agreed to refund my money. He claimed that I waited too long (after he had promised to waive the refund deadline in a previous conversation), he said he would only refund 50% of my deposit. He promised to mail the check that day. It never got here.

Everything started of great pricing, the product and the workers that came to my house to perform the work. As long as I owed Al money he was tentative to what we had to say. Once he got his money no call backs lie, after lie, after lie about what he was going to do. He told me several time he was going to call and send a worker to my house to repair the growing holes in my quartz counter tops. its been almost a year and several phone calls and visits to his place and still no one has shown up. Dont trust him once you pay him, other than that the employees ad subcontractors are the best. I would give him zero stars but the system wont let me.I sent more photo of the isuses at the owners request, let see if they follow through. Ill update to a good review if they follow thru on what they said they were going to do. 12-20-17

I am writing a review for Savon Flooring in carlsbad, CA. I bought granite counter tops from them about 6 years ago and they did a very good job and their prices were very good. I am writing now because I had such a positive response from them after 6 years. I was worried about a crack in the granite near the sink and they came out twice and recalked the sink, polished and sealed all the granite. at practically no cost when the problem was not because of their work. Very Very low quality jobAl is very rude and did not finish the job rightThere are gaps in cabinets, measurments are wrong and the top of microwave is NOT flush with cabinet.If you decide to work with this company and specialy with Al, make sure to keep part of payment UNTIL the job is completley DONE and they have fixed ALL the problems.Shower floor was leaking on the 2nd day after JOB was done.He was not able to manage his crew.Not happy with the work, at all

Ended up going with Savon for our carpet after some friends told us about them. Lowes, Home Depot and Sids Carpet Barn were all at least $1,000+ more expensive. Carpet is now installed and I couldnt be happier with the choice of going with them

Worst experience ever

Just saved money on carpet purchase: I got a quote from Alan for carpet for a rental property which I then comparison shopped at Lowes. Lowes was nearly $500 higher then the $1100 quote I had received at Savon Flooring. I wish I had used Savon when I bought a lot of carpet for our house in 2013 at Home Depot. Thanks Alan!!
