Etta is the kindest, most helpful employee ever! She’s funny and engaging. She made great conversation and I actually enjoyed going inside the gas station. 10/5

This was the worst costumer service in this gas station i been too an her name is birzayaitShe put my money in the wrong pump an she said that some one else pumped it already an I told her how I was waiting to pump my gas an she said that it not here fault an she didnt give my money back
Very bad service all times the cashier confuses the number of pump and the costumers needs to wait a long time to be attended. 😕
If I could give no stars I would. Recently this gas station changed ownership and ever since we have had nothing but problems. On multiple occasions I have caught them charging a penny more for gas per gallon and not giving the correct amount of gas. This doesnt sound like a big deal but you add .01 × 10gl of gas × amount of ppl/day = a lot of money. There is a reason this is illegal and regulated and I will be turning you into the NAAG.Beyond that we still continued to go out of sheer convenience as this is the closest gas station to our house. Not anymore.Unfortunately they have an employee who is VERY nasty and argumentative with customers, I believe her name is Jessica (she has a piercing in her face). Everytime I have been in there and she is working shes arguing with a customer or huffing and puffing around the store like heaven forbid you have to DO YOUR JOB. I have even showed up middle of the day, gas station is slammed and she has the door locked. I have never in my 30 yrs seen a gas station front door looked in the middle of the day. To make matters worse she just stands there glaring at all the customers trying to buy gas! I would be extremely surprised if this was corporate policy as this would be the only gas station in America to have that policy! My suggestion, if you need to hire more people do so. Customers shouldnt have to wait due to your lack of employees for break time.It is extremely sad that this place has changed into a very negative experience for me. I am a local customer who used to stop in at least once if not twice a day. Now I avoid going in knowing I have to deal with this snotty, rude, attitude driven, millennial. She clearly isnt from around Carlsbad, we dont act like that here. I also cant imagine I am the only individual who has issues with this girl. If I had to guess, this is a common issue with her everywhere she goes.You have been warned.
I give it two stars for the coffee and they have my smokes but I live in OC and come down to visit my mom. Everytime I stop here, they are closed for a break or lunch, 30 min to an hour. I will not try to come here anymore. Its useless!
