I highly recommend Sparks. I enjoy going in there and the girls that work at the front counter are so nice. They give the best customer service. Crystal is always so helpful and nice. She always goes above and beyond to help me find the stuff I need. You can really tell she enjoys her job and is even nice to the rude customers that have been in there the same time as me. Becka is nice as well, always a smile on her face. Their prices are very responsible compared to other places in town that offer the same services.

The ladies inside were very nice. I rented their computer 2x in one day to print out color attachments in my emails for local presentations and their rates were quite low. Im a regular FedEx office user, and I was a little concerned that there was no such service in Carlsbad. This business is convenient and easy for people like myself to use when needing to conduct business despite my office being far away. Location is close to downtown. I also bought some nice pens. :)

Two girls behind the counter, the girl named crystal was wearing a yellow shirt and awfully rude!! I went n to have paperwork faxed and she asked front and back I said yes and she was all hateful about telling me prices, I told her it was fine as long as it got done, then I asked her of she liked her job since she seemed to despise customer service lol ugh the younger girl behind the counter was super helpful, when she was done faxing my papers a thanked her and told her to have a great day, looked at crystal and said hey u too!! And crystal stayed on fb the whole time on a company computer!!

The service is amazing. I come here pretty often but i remember one time i needed a special type of label tape. Not only did they get it overnighted to their store, they called me to let me know when it came in, and didnt charge me extra.

Amazing service every time! Very friendly staff, always willing to help! Seen my fair share of obnoxious customers at this place, yet the girls still smile!
