Employee put wrong labels on 2 packages. Not their fault. I asked to research label history. Not their fault. I asked for a solution. Not their fault.I asked for help from owner Darren. Not his problem. I asked for help from employee Robert. Not his problem. I asked why. 350 packages a day is why. Not their fault. Writing complaint letter to UPS VP of So Cal. Dont use this store. Nothing is their fault and they have no responsibility whatsoever.UPDATE I am now out $120 because of this UPS store.WARNING IF YOU HAVE A PREPRINTED LABEL UPS STORE 1184 TAKES ZERO RESPONSIBILITY IF PRODUCT GOES TO WRONG DESTINATION. IN THIS CASE EMPLOYEE PRINTED AND LABELED PACKAGE.HORRIBLE PEOPLE.
So… they do notary.. when the notary guy is there. Which is unhelpful.
Will not use their service again. Left a prepaid package for USPS drop on Saturday (5 days earlier). Package never left their facility till my husband called and asked about it. They blamed USPS, however, USPS had no record of receiving. Oddly, that very night, USPS did receive my package. Coincidence? I think not. I think they just misplaced it in their chaotic mess of a store and then actually looked for it and sent to post office. Its not even a small package. It was a big box and clearly marked. I dont appreciate mishandling of important packages and lying to customers.
I used the store twice last week for sending 3 packages to international destinations. I received both days awesome service and help from Julia . Everyone was fast, friendly and effective. I can only just say great team and store .
I left my home for the first time in six weeks, other than daily walks, to have printed, notarized, and mailed documents requesting my brothers death certificate. I was a little shaken and Julia could not have been kinder or more helpful. She made something difficult a little easier. Darren was very kind as well. Thank you.
Parking can be difficult. Staff are hit or miss with customer service attitude. Unfortunately today the girl at the front was curt at best, no eye contact, apathetic, not very helpful.. have had decent experiences in the past
While the parking situation can be a challenge, I’ve always had good experiences shipping here.
I shipped 2 packages from here on Saturday, 12/18. I was told by the woman helping me that they would be delivered by Friday, the 23rd. This was the longest I could allow for transit since both packages had plants. After them not being delivered yesterday, I checked the receipts and saw both had an expected delivery date of Tuesday, the 26th. When I called this morning, they said I should’ve been told that Friday wasn’t guaranteed. Had I known this upfront, I would’ve paid for faster delivery. The woman helping me just wasn’t engaged in the transaction and, honestly, the other staff were short with other customers. I understand it’s the holidays and the shipping business can be stressful but that’s the business you’re in and it’s not acceptable to take your stress out on customers. I witnessed this twice at this location.
Pretty bad customer service. Was dropping off a bag of recyclable Nespresso pods and the girl working there told me to put it outside and instead of showing me where, just kept pointing. Like girl, just get out from behind the counter and show me. Don’t make me guess.
All good each time I go in. After reading some of the bad reviews, I think some people are just grumpy. Theyve always been a great help to me. Thanks and I will be back very soon!
Love this UPS store. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. They never charge you extra for printing labels, using packing tape or shipping with prepaid labels (unlike other UPS franchise stores).
I know and like the owners and employees. Everyone is always very helpful.
Fast service even when they are busy, o got my love scan fingerprint done there for about $75.
Ive been coming here for years. The main guy is very helpful and they are a great business to have in the village!

I went in to get the form needed to rent a PO box, she asked for two forms of id, Which she made copies of then she came back and asked me for my phone number, I again asked for this form and she told me I couldnt have it until I have her my email address, I demanded to have my info back, she tore it up and told me I had to leave so I did, all I wanted was the form

Went to have a parcel shipped and the next it was returned to me with no postage. The incompetent staff failed to put postage on my parcel after I had paid them $7 to do so. I then returned to tell them of their mistake and they didnt look like they cared or were sorry. They are indifferenct (especially Tessa) every time I have gone in to this store. I will not be going back again
