Dropped my husband off this morning to pick up his work truck they repaired over the weekend. My husband noticed my tires were low and pulled out our emergency pump and one of the guys came over and asked my husband if he could take care of it for us with the shops machine as a courtesy.Talk about great customer service!! Definitely will be telling people to go to Integrity Automotive.

After this shop completed a front axle replacement on my 2011 Nissan Sentra, my review is that this shop needs a new name. Integrity is far from what I experienced.When deciding whether or not to complete the $1100 repair, this shop only offered to waive the initial diagnostic fee ($75) to scrap it, even though I received multiple offers of $500-$600 from salvage yards.After the repair process began, I got a call saying they needed a new $400 bracket that wasnt included in the initial estimate. Not only was I able to find this bracket on Amazon for $91, but the repair couldnt have been completed without it being removed in the first place. After I voiced my frustration it was magically removed and reused less than an hour later.During that call, I was told that Integrity Automotive always strives to under-promise and over-deliver. Well throughout this repair, they did the exact opposite. By not providing accurate, worse-case-scenario quotes, they over-promised and under-delivered.I emailed the shop after the repair was completed and paid for in an attempt to make amends, but unsurprisingly, never got a reply.*** 10/1/21 UPDATE: ***Dont let this shop mislead you. They did not recommend that I should not fix this car. In fact, I was told the car was in fine condition once I brought up the idea of salvaging it, so they could profit from the repair.Notice their reply made no mention of the bracket that they marked up 400%, which was only removed after I voiced my frustration.

This is a reliable shop that lives up to its name by conducting themselves with integrity. Most shops will invent things to do to a vehicle to beef up the customer invoice but this business does not engage in this practice. If you vehicle does not need a repair or part, you can rely that they will not tell you that it does. Vehicle maintenance is not inexpensive at any legitimate shop and when you can depend that you will not have to pay for anything you do not need at Integrity. We give this business an A+.

Was in town for Christmas. Had sound coming from belts in Honda Odyssey Van, Turned out to be a transmission issue. Needed a timing belt change. Larry and JR were able to squeeze me in at mast minuet despite being super busy in week after Christmas. Very professional approach, fair price, courteous and on time. Got van back in two days and drove it back all the way to Texas. Good fair pricing. Overall, glad it all worked out and despite the tight holiday schedule and such a major repair to get timing belts change in the middle of such a long trip.

I had a huge antifreeze leak from a blown hose. Pulled into the parking lot with plumes of smoke thinking the car was on fire. Integrity came right out with fire extinguishers but quickly realized it was antifreeze spewing onto hot surfaces. They got a part that day and repaired my car in a day. The cost even came in under the estimate. This is the first auto place Ive ever gone to that has won my patronage for life. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Very professional and got my repair done in a timely manner. Timing for appointment worked out perfectly and they were able to get me in when I needed. I loved that I was able to drop my car the night before my appointment with their key drop off system. Also, because of the pandemic it was completely contactless.

Could not have been a better experience!! Yesterday I called in and arranged to stop by for a new headlight. Thinking it was going to cost hundreds of dollars it was a simple bulb!! I went to Integrity Auto because of the excellent reviews. The people there were very nice and helpful. However, I had requested they call me when the job was done. I didn’t get a call and waited approx 30 mins until I walked in and asked if the job had been finished. Also, I thought a little pricey. An oil change and tire rotation cost me about $110.

The guys at Integrity are awesome to work with, and they were able to get us in and get our brakes fixed quickly! Everything was also completely no touch and they even disinfected the key fob. Would highly recommend!

This place is as honest as you can get. My daughter, who is 17, was told by the car dealership that she needed several hundred dollars in car repairs. We took her car here for a second opinion and were told she needed none of the repairs they said she needed. When does a mechanic ever tell you they cant find anything wrong and dont want your money?! Never! I recommend this place to everyone who asks if I know an honest mechanic.

I have been taking my car here for years, JR will test drive your car with you to listen to noises and troubleshoot on the spot. I recently brought my car in for AC issues and I expected to pay a lot but JR was able to diagnose the issues with minimum cost of labor and parts. Integrity is in their name and that is what kind of service you can expect.

The team did not have the necessary tools to fix my electrical issue, but they referred me to a specialty shop to correct the problem. I took the recommendation and the shop was able to correct the problem in a timely manner. I believe Integrity is honest and professional, based on my brief interaction.

Took my older Audi here when I was having some sort of Axle issue...I was tired of paying for dealership service prices. I was so happy to come here. The staff were super helpful and informative, the prices were reasonable, and the work was done quickly. I had the same repair made on the other axle of my car a year prior at an Audi dealer, and it was easily 50% higher than what I paid at Integrity. Ill be coming here from now on!

I took my SUV there for the used car inspection and cannot say how pleased I am on their honesty, JR taking time to explain each issue and offer options/advice based on my truck and my goals for it. Diagnosed and solved my problems all in one day. New front brake rotors and pads, new rear tires and a full alignment, and a new oil filter. They even did inspections on things I didnt ask for such as belt and leak inspections. Reasonable prices and quick work!

Always great service, friendly, skilled folks. If you are waiting, the waiting room is comfortable and clean, and, unlike MOST auto waiting rooms, does not smell of car tires or fumes. Theres a park bench outside for sunny days. My car has 279,000 miles on it, and I owe a lot of that to them!

JR was fantastic to work with! My car was fixed in a very timely manner and the price was fair. I was referred by a friend and I would refer you all to others!

They caused a lot of inconvenience by forgetting to put my key in the car after they were done with it, so I wasted a lot of time driving back and forth between my house and the shop (20+ min one way). They didnt give me any kind of refund, and they are also very expensive. Dont think Ill be going back in spite of their great reputation.

So, I took my BMW there because it was leaking oil, like the older ones do. I thought, I like the idea of integrity, why not give it a shot. They called me back and told me what they thought the problem was. Funny thing was, the place I bought the car from had already fixed that problem. The place I bought the car from fixed the oil leak for $100 and sighted their conclusions as erroneous. I say that to say this, they tried to play me by referencing a common problem that 99% of people wouldnt have been in the situation to get a second opinion on that would have cost, in my estimation, perhaps $1000 more to fix. Needless to say, after confronting them about this, they returned the charge for the inspection...wonder why they did that? :)

JR was great. He won over the whole family right from the start. We will definitely be back!

After being informed by a national chain that we needed a new engine ($7100), we got a second opinion from Integrity. The news was much better received that we needed an intake manifold only. An expensive fix for sure, but about 1/6th of what we were looking at. Their repair was solid. Unfortunately, 700 miles from home on a Sunday, the engine coolant spewed onto the pavement. This resulted in a tow, 2 nites in a hotel and a $260 repair at a dealership. All because a clamp on a radiator hose had not been locked during the manifold repair. To my mind this was a simple oversight with consequences beyond the mistake. After interviewing the mechanic, Integrity admitted their culpability, reimbursed us for the out of state repairs, and threw in a free oil change. As far as Im concerned, thats integrity and I intend to return to their shop.
